A series of Co-imbedded zeolite-based catalysts were synthesized following a facile solvent-free grinding route.The catalytic performance for direct syngas conversion to gasoline range hydrocarbons was compared with t...A series of Co-imbedded zeolite-based catalysts were synthesized following a facile solvent-free grinding route.The catalytic performance for direct syngas conversion to gasoline range hydrocarbons was compared with their counterpart Co-impregnated zeolite-based catalysts.Successful transformation of solid raw materials to targeted zeolite was confirmed by XRD,SEM,STEM,and N2 physisorption analysis.An in-depth study of acidic strength and acidic site distribution was conducted by NH3-TPD and Py-IR spectroscopy.Acidic strength showed a pivotal role in defining product range.Co@S1,with the weakest acidic strength of silicalite-1 among three types of zeolites,evaded over-cracking of product and exhibited the highest gasoline and isoparaffin selectivity(≈70%and 30.7%,respectively).Moreover,the solvent-free raw material grinding route for zeolite synthesis accompanies several advantages like the elimination of production of wastewater,high product yield within confined crystallization space,and elimination of safety concerns regarding high pressure due to the absence of the solvent.Facileness and easiness of the solvent-free synthesis route together with promising catalytic performance strongly support its application on the industrial scale.展开更多
A series of hyperbranched poly(amine-ester)polyols were synthesized by the polycondensation of N,N-diethylol-3-amine-methylpropionate(prepared by Michael addition reaction of methyl acrylate with diethanolamine)as an ...A series of hyperbranched poly(amine-ester)polyols were synthesized by the polycondensation of N,N-diethylol-3-amine-methylpropionate(prepared by Michael addition reaction of methyl acrylate with diethanolamine)as an AB2-type monomer with trimethylol propane as the core moiety,proceeding in one-step procedure in the melt with p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst.The obtained monomer and polymers were characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy.The solubility and surface activity in aqueous solution of the polymers were also examined.The gas permeability,water vapor permeability,and moisture absorption of microfiber synthetic leather treated by hyperbranched polymer were studied.The optimum conditions were that the dosage of dye and hyperbranched polymer was 5% and 10%,respectively.The water vapor permeability and moisture absorption of microfiber synthetic leather reached to 0.525 4 mg/(10 cm2·24 h)and 0.046 7 mg/(10 cm2·24 h).Compared with blank samples,they increased by 15% and 35%,respectively.However,the dosage of hyperbranched polymer has little influence on gas permeability of microfiber synthetic leather.SEM results show that the fiber of microfiber synthetic leather treated by hyperbranched polymer is incompact.展开更多
Recent studies confirm that the emerging bifunctional catalysts consisting of metal oxide and zeolites can directly convert syngas into high-quality gasoline,however,the formation mechanism of iso-paraffins and the di...Recent studies confirm that the emerging bifunctional catalysts consisting of metal oxide and zeolites can directly convert syngas into high-quality gasoline,however,the formation mechanism of iso-paraffins and the difference with the conventional FT/zeolite catalyst have not been investigated.Herein,three one-dimensional SAPO zeolites with diverse micropore sizes were synthesized and assembled with ZnAlO_(x)with spinel structure.It was found that ZnAlO_(x)/SAPO-41 and ZnAlO_(x)/SAPO-11 with medium micropore sizes favored the formation of C_(5)–C_(11)hydrocarbons with a high content of iso-paraffins.The characterizations pointed out that the formation of iso-paraffins over SAPO-11 followed a pore-mouth catalysis mechanism,which means the isomerization of linear hydrocarbons can only take place near the pore mouth region of zeolites.This mechanism only allows the formation of mono-branched iso-paraffins in the C_(5)–C_(11)range,which are less prone to be cracked than their di-branched isomers.A careful comparative analysis between ZnAlO_(x)/SAPO-11 and Co/H-meso-ZSM-5 was also made in terms of product distribution,activity,and stability.展开更多

The results show that not only the alloy composition and heat treatment before forming influence the formability, but also they have an effect on the paint bake response of the alloys. Increasing the alloy Si content, decreasing Mg/Si ratio and adding 0.3% Cu (mass fraction) were generally found to improve the tensile ductility and formability of the alloys studied, while pre-ageing was found to decrease these properties. Planetary gear-based power-split hybrid powertrains have become widely used in passenger vehicles, but remain rarely employed on transit buses. This study proposes a novel hybrid powertrain based on two planetary gear sets(CHS) and presents its operating principles along with development of a control strategy for the powertrain. The CHS hybrid powertrain operates in electric mode when the driving power demand is low, and changes to a hybrid electric mode according to the power-split principle of the planetary gear set. To validate the feasibility of the designed CHS hybrid powertrain, a prototype transit bus equipped with the designed hybrid powertrain system was built, and the operating characteristics of the system were analyzed through a performance test conducted on a chassis dynamometer. Compared with a conventional powertrain, the CHS hybrid powertrain can reduce fuel consumption by 39%. Thus, the CHS hybrid powertrain is a good solution for heavy-duty applications such as hybrid transit buses because of its simple structure and excellent fuel efficiency.展开更多
