A norm...A multi-level evaluation model for the superstructure of a damaged prestressed concrete girder or beam bridge is established, and the evaluation indices of the model as well as the rating standards are defined. A normal relative function about the evaluation indices of each element is developed to calculate the relative degree, and for each element there are no sub-level elements. When evaluating the elements in the sub-item level or the index level of the model, the weights of elements pertain to one adopted element, taking into account their degrees of deterioration. Since the relative degrees and structure evaluation scales on the damage conditions are applied to characterize the superstructure of damaged prestressed concrete girder bridges, this method can evaluate the prestressed structure in detail, and the evaluation results agree with the Code for Maintenance of Highway Bridges and Culvers (JTG Hll--2004 ). Finally, a bridge in Jilin province is taken as an example, using the method developed to evaluate its damage conditions, which gives an effective way for bridge engineering.展开更多

Experiments were conducted on a computer numerical control vertical machining centre and Lzs orthogonal array was chosen for the experiments. The drilling parameters namely spindle speed, feed rate, drill type and mass fraction of mica were optimized based on the multiple performance characteristics including thrust force, surface roughness, tool wear and burr height (exit). The results show that the feed rate and the type of drill are the most significant factors which affect the drilling process and the performance in the drilling process can be effectively improved by using this approach.展开更多

With the methods of correlation and composite analyses, Ju et al. discussed the relationship between low-frequency oscillation in the summer monsoon region in East Asia and droughts/floods in the middle and lower reac...With the methods of correlation and composite analyses, Ju et al. discussed the relationship between low-frequency oscillation in the summer monsoon region in East Asia and droughts/floods in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and found that strong monsoon years usually cause more rain in the region. Studying the interdecadal variation of precipitation in three rain zones over south China, the valley of Yangtze River and north China, Tan et al. showed that mid- and higher- latitude circulation and SST have important effect on the precipitation associated with summer monsoon in east China. With data of north Pacific SST and characteristic subtropical high, Cai et al.discovered that the anomalies of precipitation distribution in rainy seasons were directly affected by the activity of the subtropical high. As shown in an observational study, anti-correlation was found between the rainfall in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River during the Mei-yu season and the frequency of TCs in northwest Pacific, including the South China Sea, in the prime of summer . The less active maritime TCs are, the more southward the westerly zone is over the Asian mid- latitudes. It is favorable for the Southwest Monsoon to transport moisture towards the region the Yangtze and Huaihe Rivers and for frontal rains to stagnate over the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze, increasing the rainfall during Mei-yu. Otherwise, the mid-latitude westerly is located more northward, frontal rains develop north of the Yangtze River, the Mei-yu season shortens and rainfall decreases. Statistically studying the effect of South China Sea TCs and directionturning TCs on the Mei-yu season from 1980 to 1991, Kang et al.showed that 85% of the TCs had significant effect on Mei-yu and 35% of them would cause it to end. In addition, the Chinese meteorologists have long noted the cut-off role of TCs in the transportation of moisture by Southwest Monsoon to the Mei-yu fronts in the Yangtze and Huaihe Rivers. They found that TCs active offshore China would usually take moisture from the Bay of Bengal and cut off the transportation of moisture and transformation of energy for the frontal areas of Mei-yu, weakening, or even break and end the precipitation (like TC 9106, or Zeke), but there were few TCs over offshore waters or even the west Pacific when Mei-yu was active. As shown in a numerical study, the disturbance of Zeke triggered a horizontal flow field at lower troposphere that weakened the Southwest Monsoon and further decreased its moisture transportation to the region of Yangtze and Huaihe Rivers and the convergence of moisture flux there. At the same time, the typhoon had indirect impact on the Mei-yu through its effect on the subtropical high.展开更多
Methane hydrates(MHs)play important roles in the fields of chemistry,energy,environmental sciences,etc.In this work,we employ the generalized energy-based fragmentation(GEBF)approach to compute the binding energies an...Methane hydrates(MHs)play important roles in the fields of chemistry,energy,environmental sciences,etc.In this work,we employ the generalized energy-based fragmentation(GEBF)approach to compute the binding energies and Raman spectra of various MH clusters.For the GEBF binding energies of various MH clusters,we first evaluated the various functionals of density functional theory(DFT),and compared them with the results of explicitly correlated combined coupled-cluster singles and doubles with noniterative triples corrections[CCSD(T)(F12^(*))]method.Our results show that the two best functionals are B3PW91-D3 and B97D,with mean absolute errors of only 0.27 and 0.47 kcal/mol,respectively.Then we employed GEBF-B3PW91-D3 to obtain the structures and Raman spectra of MH clusters with mono-and double-cages.Our results show that the B3PW91-D3 functional can well reproduce the experimental C-H stretching Raman spectra of methane in MH crystals,with errors less than 3 cm^(-1).As the size of the water cages increased,the C-H stretching Raman spectra exhibited a redshift,which is also in agreement with the experimental“loose cage-tight cage”model.In addition,the Raman spectra are only slightly affected by the neighboring environment(cages)of methane.The blueshifts of C-H stretching frequencies are no larger than 3 cm^(-1) for CH_(4) from monocages to doublecages.The Raman spectra of the MH clusters could be combined with the experimental Raman spectra to investigate the structures of methane hydrates in the ocean bottom or in the interior of interstellar icy bodies.Based on the B3PW91-D3 or B97D functional and machine learning models,molecular dynamics simulations could be applied to the nucleation and growth mechanisms,and the phase transitions of methane hydrates.展开更多

The NANOSATC-BR1 and NANOSATC-BR2 are the first and the second satellite, respectively. They belonged to the project NANOSATC-BR-development of CubeSats, which is performed in the facilities built by the partnership between the National Institute of Space Research and the Technological Center from Federal University of Santa Maria. The project focuses on the development of a scientific instrumentation and, simultaneously, the design development, construction, qualification and launch of a national scientific nanosatellite, in a cube shape with 100 mm of edge and near to 1.33 kg of mass, per unit (U). The risk analysis was held to identify and minimize the project's risks of failure, due to its complexity, assuring the mission success, preventing extra pays and rework. The software, CubeSat Mission Design Software Tool for Risk Estimating, which uses statistical regression methods, was used. So, we were capable to measure the project's most critical steps assuring its success. The NANOSATC-BR1 was launched in June 19 and it is orbiting the Earth in a nominal regime and the NANOSATC-BR2 has been scheduled to be launched in 2016.展开更多
Our survey data on migrant workers in the Pearl River Delta region from 2006 to 2010 and recent fieldwork show that the enactment of the Labor Contract Law encouraged both the signing of labor contracts and the long-t...Our survey data on migrant workers in the Pearl River Delta region from 2006 to 2010 and recent fieldwork show that the enactment of the Labor Contract Law encouraged both the signing of labor contracts and the long-term nature of these contracts, making enterprises more willing to increase investment in human capital, increase employee insurance and welfare and give more attention to human-centered management, leading eventually to the establishment of an internal labor market that incorporates migrant workers. This is accompanied by progress in human resources management techniques and strategies in SMEs and private enterprise. Although the Labor Contract Law to some extent intensified the tendency for migrant workers to undertake collective protection of their rights, the establishment of an internal labor market could also ease the tension between labor and capital and lead to employees becoming more rational and prudent in safeguarding their rights, thereby providing a basis for a transition from confrontation to win-win cooperation between labor and capital. The Labor Contract Law has accelerated and strengthened the trend of individualized development in China’s labor relations. The protection of labor rights through the two channels of the 'rigid' legal system and 'flexible' internal management can help reduce the risk of large-scale collective labor disputes and establish a relatively harmonious institutionalized labor relationship.展开更多

Methods: A total of 100 patients were randomly divided into a treatme...Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of point-toward-point acupuncture combined with herbs iontophoresis in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods: A total of 100 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 50 cases in each. Patients in the treatment group received point-toward-point acupuncture with long needle combined with herbs iontophoresis treatment; while those in the control group were only treated by point-toward-point acupuncture with long needle. Clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 92.0% in the treatment group, versus 82.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈O.05). Conclusion: The point-toward-point acupuncture with long needle combined with herbs iontophoresis treatment for knee osteoarthritis has a significant effect.展开更多

Specifically, they consist of three basic interlinked legal relationships: Contract relations for online trading platform services between the platform provider and the seller or service provider, and between the platform provider and the consumer. This includes the sales or service contract relations between the triad of the seller, the service provider and the consumer. These relations contain five kinds of major content, viz., the provision of transaction space, the publishing of transaction information, price escrow payment, distribution and delivery of the commodity, and transaction credit evaluation. They involve three forms of supplementary legal relations: the supplementary contract relationship between the platform provider and a third party payment institunon; between the seller and third party credit reporting agency; and between the seller and a logistics enterprise. The three forms of supplementary contractual legal relations are set up to act on the major contents of the basic legal relationships in online transactions. Objective: To investigate the factors affecting the fixation, loosening and therapeutic effect of cementless acetabular prosthesis through following up the patients with total hip arthroplasty clinically and radiogra...Objective: To investigate the factors affecting the fixation, loosening and therapeutic effect of cementless acetabular prosthesis through following up the patients with total hip arthroplasty clinically and radiographically. Methods: From February 1998 to May 1999, 139 patients (148 hips) underwent total hip arthroplasty with cementless acetabular prosthesis in our department. In this study, the clinical therapeutic effect and the anteroposterior radiographs of the pelvis and anteroposterior and lateral radiographs of the hips of 109 patients (116 hips) made before operation, at 1 week operation and annually 3, 6, and 12 months after thereafter were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated with Harris hip score. Radiographs were used to observe the position of prostheses and the bone changes around the implant, and to measure the wearing speed and direction of the acetabular cup. All evaluations were made by an independent examiner who did not participate in the operation. The patients were followed up for 5-6 years. Results- The mean Harris score was 44 points ( range, 10-70 points ) before operation, but it increased to 92.4 points ( range, 80-100 points) at the latest review after operation, which was significantly higher than that before operation (P 〈 0.05 ). No acetabular component was revised because of infection or aseptic loosening. And no acetabular component migrated. There was no revision of fixed acetabular component because of pelvic osteolysis secondary to polyethylene wear. The mean linear wear rate was 0.15 mm per year. All the acetabular prostheses were classified as stable on the radiographs. Conclusions : In terms of fixation, total hip arthroplasty with cementlcss acetabular components was successful. Although there is no aseptic loosening and a low incidence of osteolysis at the latest follow-up evaluation, polyethylene wear cannot be avoided and can lead to expansile osteolysis near the cups. This kind of osteolysis usually had no obvious clinical symptoms but it can be diagnosed early on radiographs. So radiographical follow-up for cementless acetabular components is very important.展开更多
With the rapid development of the marine economy,the demand for marine resources development and the pressure on marine environmental protection are gradually increasing.It is critical to evaluate and analyze the driv...With the rapid development of the marine economy,the demand for marine resources development and the pressure on marine environmental protection are gradually increasing.It is critical to evaluate and analyze the driving forces of marine sustainable development in order to promote the coordinated development of the marine economy,resources and environment.Taking Jiangsu Province of China as an example,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for marine sustainable development from the three aspects of marine economy,resources and environment,and calculates the weight of the variation coefficient for each indicator.Based on the grey relational model,the average value of the relational degree,calculated by the average value method of correlation coefficients and the weighting method,is then used to evaluate the status of marine sustainable development in this province.The comprehensive index model is used to analyze the dynamic trend of the evolution of marine sustainable development.The driving forces of marine sustainable development are analyzed by the path analysis method combined with the average values of the grey relational degree for each indicator.This analysis found that the marine sustainable development in 2016 and 2012 was good,the situation in 2007 was bad,and the remaining years were intermediate.Compared with the previous years,the optimal conditions of 2008 and 2012 were obvious.The main driving factors of marine sustainable development are cargo throughput of coastal ports,economic losses caused by storm surges in coastal areas,the area of marine nature reserves in coastal areas,coastal wind power generation capacity,and marine biodiversity.展开更多

W...After a composite service is deployed, user privacy requirements and trust levels of component services are subject to variation. When the changes occur, it is critical to preserve privacy information flow security. We propose an approach to preserve privacy information flow security in composite service evolution. First, a privacy data item dependency analysis method based on a Petri net model is presented. Then the set of privacy data items collected by each component service is derived through a privacy data item dependency graph, and the security scope of each component service is calculated. Finally, the evolution operations that preserve privacy information flow security are defined. By applying these evolution operations, the re-verification process is avoided and the evolution efficiency is improved. To illustrate the effectiveness of our approach, a case study is presented. The experimental results indicate that our approach has high evolution efficiency and can greatly reduce the cost of evolution compared with re-verifying the entire composite service.展开更多

To improve the efficiency of path query on GML two type information, the paper describes a holistic index method for GML data, which we call EKR^+ (optimized R+-tree base on Extend Region Code and K-means extent partition of GML feature elements). The risk analysis was held to identify and minimize the project's risks of failure, due to its complexity, assuring the mission success, preventing extra pays and rework. The software, CubeSat Mission Design Software Tool for Risk Estimating, which uses statistical regression methods, was used. So, we were capable to measure the project's most critical steps assuring its success. The NANOSATC-BR1 was launched in June 19 and it is orbiting the Earth in a nominal regime and the NANOSATC-BR2 has been scheduled to be launched in 2016.

文摘Our survey data on migrant workers in the Pearl River Delta region from 2006 to 2010 and recent fieldwork show that the enactment of the Labor Contract Law encouraged both the signing of labor contracts and the long-term nature of these contracts, making enterprises more willing to increase investment in human capital, increase employee insurance and welfare and give more attention to human-centered management, leading eventually to the establishment of an internal labor market that incorporates migrant workers. This is accompanied by progress in human resources management techniques and strategies in SMEs and private enterprise. Although the Labor Contract Law to some extent intensified the tendency for migrant workers to undertake collective protection of their rights, the establishment of an internal labor market could also ease the tension between labor and capital and lead to employees becoming more rational and prudent in safeguarding their rights, thereby providing a basis for a transition from confrontation to win-win cooperation between labor and capital. The Labor Contract Law has accelerated and strengthened the trend of individualized development in China’s labor relations. The protection of labor rights through the two channels of the 'rigid' legal system and 'flexible' internal management can help reduce the risk of large-scale collective labor disputes and establish a relatively harmonious institutionalized labor relationship.

文摘Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of point-toward-point acupuncture combined with herbs iontophoresis in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods: A total of 100 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 50 cases in each. Patients in the treatment group received point-toward-point acupuncture with long needle combined with herbs iontophoresis treatment; while those in the control group were only treated by point-toward-point acupuncture with long needle. Clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 92.0% in the treatment group, versus 82.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈O.05). Conclusion: The point-toward-point acupuncture with long needle combined with herbs iontophoresis treatment for knee osteoarthritis has a significant effect.
文摘As the civil law expression of internet plus transactions, the legal relations in online trading platform transactions constitute a complex aggregate of legal relationships composed of groups of legal relations. Specifically, they consist of three basic interlinked legal relationships: Contract relations for online trading platform services between the platform provider and the seller or service provider, and between the platform provider and the consumer. This includes the sales or service contract relations between the triad of the seller, the service provider and the consumer. These relations contain five kinds of major content, viz., the provision of transaction space, the publishing of transaction information, price escrow payment, distribution and delivery of the commodity, and transaction credit evaluation. They involve three forms of supplementary legal relations: the supplementary contract relationship between the platform provider and a third party payment institunon; between the seller and third party credit reporting agency; and between the seller and a logistics enterprise. The three forms of supplementary contractual legal relations are set up to act on the major contents of the basic legal relationships in online transactions. On the basis of the online trading platform service contract relationships between the platform provider and the triad of the seller, the service provider and the consumer, the flow of the above- mentioned legal relations centers on the contract of sales or service set up between the seller, the service provider and the consumer to accomplish the aim of the online transaction, meet social needs and boost economic development.

文摘Objective: To investigate the factors affecting the fixation, loosening and therapeutic effect of cementless acetabular prosthesis through following up the patients with total hip arthroplasty clinically and radiographically. Methods: From February 1998 to May 1999, 139 patients (148 hips) underwent total hip arthroplasty with cementless acetabular prosthesis in our department. In this study, the clinical therapeutic effect and the anteroposterior radiographs of the pelvis and anteroposterior and lateral radiographs of the hips of 109 patients (116 hips) made before operation, at 1 week operation and annually 3, 6, and 12 months after thereafter were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated with Harris hip score. Radiographs were used to observe the position of prostheses and the bone changes around the implant, and to measure the wearing speed and direction of the acetabular cup. All evaluations were made by an independent examiner who did not participate in the operation. The patients were followed up for 5-6 years. Results- The mean Harris score was 44 points ( range, 10-70 points ) before operation, but it increased to 92.4 points ( range, 80-100 points) at the latest review after operation, which was significantly higher than that before operation (P 〈 0.05 ). No acetabular component was revised because of infection or aseptic loosening. And no acetabular component migrated. There was no revision of fixed acetabular component because of pelvic osteolysis secondary to polyethylene wear. The mean linear wear rate was 0.15 mm per year. All the acetabular prostheses were classified as stable on the radiographs. Conclusions : In terms of fixation, total hip arthroplasty with cementlcss acetabular components was successful. Although there is no aseptic loosening and a low incidence of osteolysis at the latest follow-up evaluation, polyethylene wear cannot be avoided and can lead to expansile osteolysis near the cups. This kind of osteolysis usually had no obvious clinical symptoms but it can be diagnosed early on radiographs. So radiographical follow-up for cementless acetabular components is very important.

文摘With the rapid development of the marine economy,the demand for marine resources development and the pressure on marine environmental protection are gradually increasing.It is critical to evaluate and analyze the driving forces of marine sustainable development in order to promote the coordinated development of the marine economy,resources and environment.Taking Jiangsu Province of China as an example,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for marine sustainable development from the three aspects of marine economy,resources and environment,and calculates the weight of the variation coefficient for each indicator.Based on the grey relational model,the average value of the relational degree,calculated by the average value method of correlation coefficients and the weighting method,is then used to evaluate the status of marine sustainable development in this province.The comprehensive index model is used to analyze the dynamic trend of the evolution of marine sustainable development.The driving forces of marine sustainable development are analyzed by the path analysis method combined with the average values of the grey relational degree for each indicator.This analysis found that the marine sustainable development in 2016 and 2012 was good,the situation in 2007 was bad,and the remaining years were intermediate.Compared with the previous years,the optimal conditions of 2008 and 2012 were obvious.The main driving factors of marine sustainable development are cargo throughput of coastal ports,economic losses caused by storm surges in coastal areas,the area of marine nature reserves in coastal areas,coastal wind power generation capacity,and marine biodiversity.

文摘After a composite service is deployed, user privacy requirements and trust levels of component services are subject to variation. When the changes occur, it is critical to preserve privacy information flow security. We propose an approach to preserve privacy information flow security in composite service evolution. First, a privacy data item dependency analysis method based on a Petri net model is presented. Then the set of privacy data items collected by each component service is derived through a privacy data item dependency graph, and the security scope of each component service is calculated. Finally, the evolution operations that preserve privacy information flow security are defined. By applying these evolution operations, the re-verification process is avoided and the evolution efficiency is improved. To illustrate the effectiveness of our approach, a case study is presented. The experimental results indicate that our approach has high evolution efficiency and can greatly reduce the cost of evolution compared with re-verifying the entire composite service.
文摘Currently, the OGC GML (Geography Markup Language) specification has been the de facto standard for GIS data sharing and exchanging and spatial interoperation. Adopting nested association expression approach of XML data, GML data documents can store both spatial information and semantic relationship information of geographical elements. To improve the efficiency of path query on GML two type information, the paper describes a holistic index method for GML data, which we call EKR^+ (optimized R+-tree base on Extend Region Code and K-means extent partition of GML feature elements). The experiment results show that the efficiency of semantic-spatial query can be improved greatly by utilizing EKR^+.
