致力于开发煤系气的合采技术是国内现有非常规能源发展的重点。通过对煤系气的地质特征及合采煤系气的产出机理进行分析,采用正确的生产工艺及合理的井下管柱是实现煤系气合采作业的前提条件。通过对双管柱合采技术进行分析,针对上部为... 致力于开发煤系气的合采技术是国内现有非常规能源发展的重点。通过对煤系气的地质特征及合采煤系气的产出机理进行分析,采用正确的生产工艺及合理的井下管柱是实现煤系气合采作业的前提条件。通过对双管柱合采技术进行分析,针对上部为煤层,下部为高压产气层的煤系气合采环境,设计出了较为适用的煤系气合采工艺。构造出双管柱合采煤系气结构,并建立了管柱尺寸的选取模型,再通过分析计算管柱是否满足连续生产作业来判定所涉及的双管柱合采技术对于煤系气合采作业的可适用性。分析得出:双管柱合采技术可用于煤系气的合采作业,并依据地质条件,给出了不同尺寸井口条件下煤层最大产水与高压产层最大产气量的关系,对今后更深入的煤系气合采技术研究提供了一定的参考。 展开更多

近距离煤层合采技术应用

屯兰矿2#、3#煤层结构为3.27(0.65)0.67,煤质相似,且属近距离煤层。在投产初期,仅回采2#主采煤层,距其较近距离的下部3#煤层随之丢弃,通过选用合适的采煤设备,实现了2#、3#煤层的合采,降低了成本,提高了资源回收率。

Attempted to conduct a dynamic monitoring research on coal mining subsidence in western mining areas by using the method of combining D-InSAR and GPS technology. The observation points were installed on the main section and the three-dimensional coordinates of the points were measured by using the method of dynamic differential GPS. Meanwhile, the radar images of this subsidence area were processed by using the method of interferometry with daris software, and the interferogram of the subsidence area was obtained. Through this study, the GPS monitoring data and the InSAR deformation data were integrated and the dynamic subsidence contours of the experimental area were obtained. GPS/InSAR fusion technology provides a new technological means for large-scale dynamic monitoring of coal mining subsidence in western mountainous mining areas and shows good application prospects in coal mining subsidence monitoring and disaster warning. 展开更多

Based on radon gas properties and its existing projects applications, we firstly attempted to apply geo- physical and chemical properties of radon gas in the field of mining engineering, and imported radioac- tive measurement method to detect the development process of the overlying strata mining-induced fractures and their contained water quality in underground coal mining, which not only innovates a more simple-fast-reliable detection method, but also further expands the applications of radon gas detection technology in mining field. A 3D simulation design of comprehensive testing system for detecting strata mining-induced fractures on surface with radon gas (CTSR) was carried out by using a large-scale 3D solid model design software Pro/Engineer (Pro/E), which overcame three main disadvantages of ''static design thought, 2D planar design and heavy workload for remodification design'' on exiting design for mining engineering test systems. Meanwhile, based on the simulation design results of Pro/E software, the sta- bility of the jack-screw pressure bar for the key component in CTSR was checked with a material mechan- ics theory, which provided a reliable basis for materials selection during the latter machining process. 展开更多

The multi-sensor multi-target localization and data fusion problem is discussed, and a new data fusion method called joint probability density matrix (JPDM) has been proposed, which can associate with and fuse measurements from spatially distributed heterogeneous sensors to produce good estimates of the targets. Based on probabilistic grids representation, the uncertainty regions of all the measurements are numerically combined in a general framework. The NP-hard multi-sensor data fusion problem has been converted to a peak picking problem in the grids map. Unlike most of the existing data fusion methods, the JPDM method does not need association processing, and will not lead to combinatorial explosion. Its convergence to the CRB with a diminishing grid size has been proved. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed technique. 展开更多
