基于Van Allen Probes近三年的EMFISIS仪器波动观测数据,对内磁层下频带哨声模合声波幅度的全球分布特性对地磁活动水平的依赖性进行了详细的统计分析,着重研究下频带合声波平均场强幅度随磁壳值L、磁地方时、地磁纬度的分布特征及不同... 基于Van Allen Probes近三年的EMFISIS仪器波动观测数据,对内磁层下频带哨声模合声波幅度的全球分布特性对地磁活动水平的依赖性进行了详细的统计分析,着重研究下频带合声波平均场强幅度随磁壳值L、磁地方时、地磁纬度的分布特征及不同强度区间的合声波的发生概率.结果表明,下频带合声波的波动强度与地磁活动密切正相关,处于强磁扰期间的合声波具有更大的振幅,其发生率与地磁活动强度具有同样的正相关特性.下频带合声波主要发生于午夜至下午的磁地方时区间,其余的磁地方时时段下频带合声波较弱.赤道面附近的下频带合声波主要分布在夜侧至黎明这一时段内,随着磁纬度的增加逐步向日侧扩展.下频带合声波在午夜侧(21-03 MLT)主要出现在15°的磁纬范围内,在晨侧(03-09 MLT)可以到达15°磁纬甚至更高纬度.下频带合声波主要发生于L=~4.5的附近区域.随着地磁活动的增加,下频带合声波所覆盖的L-shell空间区域增大,趋势为向高、低L值区域同时扩展.建立的下频带哨声合声波的全球分布模型将有助于进一步深入理解该重要磁层波动对辐射带电子的波粒作用散射效应和对辐射带动力学过程的定量贡献. 展开更多

基于Van Allen Probes近三年的EMFISIS仪器波动观测数据,针对内磁层上频带哨声模合声波幅度的全球分布特性对地磁活动水平的依赖性进行了详细的统计分析,着重研究上频带合声波平均场强幅度随磁壳值(L)、磁地方时(MLT)、地磁纬度(MLAT)... 基于Van Allen Probes近三年的EMFISIS仪器波动观测数据,针对内磁层上频带哨声模合声波幅度的全球分布特性对地磁活动水平的依赖性进行了详细的统计分析,着重研究上频带合声波平均场强幅度随磁壳值(L)、磁地方时(MLT)、地磁纬度(MLAT)的分布特征及不同强度区间的合声波的发生概率.结果表明,上频带合声波的平均场强幅度与地磁活动条件密切相关,在强磁扰期,平均幅度可达到40 pT以上.在外辐射带中心区域(L=4~6),上频带合声波的幅度最强;在L<~3的区域,上频带磁层合声波没有分布.在夜侧至晨侧(22—09MLT),上频带合声波幅度最强;在下午侧至昏侧(15-19MLT),上频带合声波幅度最弱;日侧(10-14MLT)上频带合声波在不同地磁活动条件下都存在,幅度偏小.上频带合声波主要分布在|MLAT|<10°,其中21-09MLT范围内、磁纬位于|MLAT丨<5°的平均场强幅度最强,磁扰期间可达约100 pT.另外,统计而言,中等幅度(10~30 pT)的上频带合声波在夜侧至晨侧(23-09MLT)靠近磁赤道区域的发生率最高,可达15%左右.强幅度(>30 pT)的上频带合声波普遍分布在夜侧(01-05MLT),发生率最小.本文建立的上频带哨声模合声波的全球分布模型结合已经建立的下频带合声波的全球分布模型,将有助于进一步深入理解该重要磁层等离子体波动对地球等离子体片、辐射带、环电流动力学过程的定量贡献. 展开更多

The chip is fabrica... A new FM transmitter is reported. It adopts a fractional-N PLL synthesizer to realize the FM modulator. An extra offset current has also been applied to eliminate the effects of the mismatch in CP. The chip is fabricated with CSMC 0.5μm DPTM CMOS technology. Experiments show that it achieves THD≤0.08% and SNR≤ 82dB,and the maximum outband emission energy ≤ 90dBc/Hz. Furthermore,it also uses an auto frequency adjusting method to avoid tuning up the external inductances. All these merits are very suitable for FM transmission. 展开更多

This paper describes a wideband low phase noise frequency synthesizer.It operates in the multi-band including digital radio mondiale DRM digital audio broadcasting DAB amplitude modulation AM and frequency modulation FM .In order to cover the signals of the overall frequencies a novel frequency planning and a new structure are proposed. A wide-band low-phase-noise low-power voltage-control oscillator VCO and a high speed wide band high frequency division ratio pulse swallow frequency divider with a low power consumption are presented.The monolithic DRM/DAB/AM/FM frequency synthesizer chip is also fabricated in a SMIC's 0.18-μm CMOS process.The die area is 1 425 μm ×795 μm including the test buffer and pads. The measured results show that the VCO operating frequency range is from 2.22 to 3.57 GHz the measured phase noise of the VCO is 120.22 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset the pulse swallow frequency divider operation frequency is from 0.9 to 3.4 GHz.The phase noise in the phase-locked loop PLL is-59.52 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and fits for the demand of the DRM/DAB/AM/FM RF front-end. The proposed frequency synthesizer consumes 47 mW including test buffer under a 1.8 V supply. 展开更多

A novel dual-band planar microstrip filter using parallel coupled microstrip lines and open-loop stepped-impedance resonators(SIRs)loaded with two shunt open stubs is presented.By tuning the physical lengths of open-loop SIRs,parallel coupled microstrip lines and two stubs,the bandpass filter has good dual-passband performance at 2.55 and 5.35 GHz and high isolation between the two passbands.The relative bandwidths of the two passbands are 11.8% and 16.8%,respectively.Compared with the conventional open-loop SIR filters,the designed filter has a comparatively broader fractional bandwidth at the second passband.So it can cover all the wireless LAN(local area network)bands.In addition,the filter has the features of low loss,high rejection and low ripple.The measured results are in good agreement with the simulated responses by HFSS software. 展开更多

A new coarse tuning loop for a wide-band dual-loop frequency synthesizer is presented. The coarse tuning structure is composed of two digital modules, including a successive approximation register and a frequency comparator with a novel structure. The frequency comparator counts the prescaler cycles within a certain reference time and compares the number with preset data to estimate the VCO frequency. The frequency comparison error is analyzed in detail. Within a given coarse tuning time,our proposed structure shows a comparison error 20 times smaller than that of other reported structures. This structure also reuses the programmable divider as a part of the coarse tuning loop so that the circuit is greatly simplified. 展开更多

Aperture-dependent motion compensation is important for wide beam Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR) data processing.This paper studies a wide beam motion compensation algorithm based on frequency division.It takes blocks along azimuth dimension in frequency domain and applies an-gle-variant motion compensation in time domain.With this frequency division based motion com-pensation approach,the effects of aperture-dependent residual phase errors are corrected precisely.The rationale and procedure of this algorithm are introduced in detail.Point targets and images of a P-band airborne SAR with motion errors are simulated to validate this algorithm.Compared with the wide beam motion compensation algorithms based on time division,the proposed algorithm has better performance,especially in terms of high-frequency motion errors. 展开更多

In spectrum aggregation(SA), two or more component carriers(CCs) of different bandwidths in different bands can be aggregated to support wider transmission bandwidth. The current resource scheduling schemes for spectrum aggregation are not optimal or suitable for CR based heterogeneous networks(Het Nets). Consequently, the authors propose a novel resource scheduling scheme for spectrum aggregation in CR based Het Nets, termed as cognitive radio based resource scheduling(CR-RS) scheme. CR-RS has a three-level structure. Under a dynamic traffic model, an equivalent throughput of the CCs based on the knowledge of primary users(PUs) is given. On this basis, the CR users data transmission time of each CC is equal in CR-RS. The simulation results show that CR-RS has the better performance than the current resource scheduling schemes in the CR based Het Nets. Meanwhile, CR-RS is also effective in other spectrum aggregation systems which are not CR based HetNets. 展开更多

The frequency in middle of magnon energy band in a five-layer ferromagnetic superlattice is studied by using the linear spin-wave approach and Green's function technique. It is found that four energy gaps and corresponding four frequencie in middle of energy gaps exist in the magnon band along Kx direction perpendicular to the superlattice plane. The spin quantum numbers and the interlayer exchange couplings all affect the four frequencies in middle of the energy gaps. When all interlayer exchange couplings are same, the effect of spin quantum numbers on the frequency wg1 in middle of the energy gap Δw12 is complicated, and the frequency wg1 depends on the match of spin quantum numbers in each layer. Meanwhile, the frequencies wg2, wg3, and wg4 in middle of other energy gaps increase monotonously with increasing spin quantum numbers. When the spin quantum numbers in each layer are same, the frequencies wg1, wg2, wg3, and wg4 all increase monotonously with increasing interlayer exchange couplings. 展开更多

Recently,hybrid energy harvester has been considered as an attractive potential approach to response the worldwide energy crisis due to the combination of advantages from different harvesting mechanism.In this paper,a novel low-frequency wide-band hybrid energy harvester based on piezoelectric and triboelectric mechanism is presented and systematically studied including structural design,fabrication process,working principle simulation and measurement.With a vibrational excitation,the polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) cantilevers will vibrate and impact the polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) film on the substrate,producing a piezoelectric output as well as a triboelectric output.The structural parameters of each cantilever are optimized using finite element simulation,and the well-designed PVDF cantilevers with controllable PDMS mass not only reduce the device working frequency but also enlarge the bandwidth.Under a sweep-frequency test,three voltage peaks induced by the piezoelectric part are observed at 15,32.5 and 47.5 Hz,with the value of 320,288 and 264 mV,respectively.With the combined triboelectric part,a 20 V peak-peak voltage is generated at 15 Hz.The electrical driving ability of this hybrid energy harvester also has been demonstrated by lighting up a commercial light emitting diode(LED). 展开更多
