WJ is a transitional, semi-arid zone with a fragile, hydrological closed ecosystem in the Songhua River Basin (SRB). The research tool includes a seamlessly linked MODFLOW, WetSpass, the Seepage packages, and ArcGIS. The model calibration showed good agreement between simulated water table elevation and measured water table depths, while predicted groundwater discharge zones showed strong correlations with field occurrences of drainage systems and wetlands. Simulated averages for distributed recharge, water table elevation and groundwater drawdown were 377.42mm/yr, 194.43m, and 0.18m respectively. Forest vegetation showed the highest recharge, followed by ag- ricultural farmlands, while open-water and other drainage systems constituted groundwater exit zones. When present land-use conditions were compared with the hypothetical natural pre-development scenario, an overall loss of ground- water recharge (24.09mm/yr) was observed, which for the project area is 18.05×108m3. Groundwater abstraction seemed to be the cause of water table drawdown, especially in the immediate vicinities of the supply wells. An important issue of the findings was the ability of the hypothetical forest vegetation to protect, and hence sustain aquifer reserves and dependent ecosystems. The profound data capture capability of ArcGIS makes it particularly useful in spa- tio-temporal hydroecological modeling.展开更多

Jilin Province is an important agricultural province in China. The contradiction between population, industry and land urbanization is especially prominent here, and its coupling development is of great practical significance. In this paper, the coupling degree of population-industry-land urbanization in Jilin Province in 1990, 2000 and 2010 is measured by coupling mode. The spatial pattern of the coupling degree is analyzed by trend surface analysis and global and local spatial autocorrelation. The influence factors and their spatial differentiation are discussed using multiple linear regression(MLR) model and geographic weighted regression(GWR) model. The results show that: 1) the coupling degree of population-industry-land urbanization in Jilin Province is at a low level. Judging from the change of time scale, the urbanization of most research units is becoming more and more coordinated. From the comparison of spatial scales, there is significant spatial difference in the research units of different administrative levels. 2) Judging from the global change trend, the coupling degree of population-industry-land urbanization in the central region is higher than that in western and eastern regions. The coordination of urbanization in the central region is relatively good, and the distribution of the cold and hot spots is basically the same as that overall. 3) The spatial pattern of the coupling degree is related to the cold and hot spot distribution of the influence coefficient of urban population density and per capita urban construction land. The variation of the coupling degree spatial pattern is synchronous with the spatial change of the urban population density influence coefficient. 4) The degree of agglomeration of the urban population is the main factor promoting the coupling pattern of population-industry-land urbanization in Jilin Province, and the extent of its influence is gradually increasing. In addition, the level of city administrative, the efficiency of urban expansion and the capacity of market consumption also have an important influence on the coupling pattern.展开更多

The field trail was conducted in Wulong county of Chongqing city in 2010, and Virginia K326 was the tested cultivar. The middle leaves were harvested and plaited after maturity, and then cured with the three-stage six-step curing technology and traditional three-stage curing technology, respectively. Three replicates were established for each of the two curing technologies. Then, chemical constituents, aromatic substances and smoking quality were analyzed. The results show that compared with the traditional three-stage curing technology, the three-stage six-step curing technology produces more suitable ratios of chemical constituents, higher aromatic component content and higher smoking quality grade of tobacco leaves. Therefore, the continuous improvement of corollary equipment and matching technologies is expected to widen the applications of the three-stage six-step curing technology in tobacco and provide a strong technical support for the development of the tobacco industry.展开更多

The llkhanid coin was not minted in Georgia during that period; yet, soon the king of Georgia, which had already been united by that time, restored relations with llkhanids and returned to Tbilisi, which implied making the already united Georgia subject to Mongols. Ilkhanid coins and later, coins of Chobanids, the Golden Horde and Jalayirids circulated during the reign of George the Brdhant. In 1338-1339 George the Brilliant conquered Ossetia and Ilkhanid coins were disseminated on the territory of the Golden Horde after that. Formally, Georgia remained under the control of Ilkhanids, which was replaced by Chobanids in 1338 and the governors of the Golden Horde in 757/1356; and in parallel and afterwards by Jalayirids, which is evidenced by written sources as well as numismatic data; Despite formal dependence on the foreign power, which is evidenced by the deployment of 10,000 troops at the border of Georgia as well, the country enjoyed a rather wide internal autonomy. Participation of George the Brilliant in sending envoys for the purpose of the redemption of the Jvari (Cross) Monastery in Palestine in 1316/7, 1320 cannot be assumed. It seems that in those years envoys were sent by Constantine, the king of West Georgia. All the above do not diminish the merits of George V to the Georgian nation and his historic role in terms of the political unification of the country, the creation of a legal basis for it and the regulation of ecclesiastic affairs--the accomplishments of the king, who deservedly bears the name "the Brilliant".展开更多

Analysis on Re-Os isotopic dating for the molybdenite from this deposit is undertaken to determine metallogenic epoch and dynamics setting of the deposit. Re-Os isotopic dating for the molybdenite yields model ages ranging from 123.9 ± 1.9 Ma to 124.7 ± 1.8 Ma, with a weighted mean age of 123.4 ±0.81 Ma, and an isochron age of 127 ± 16 Ma, MSWD = 0.25, indicating that the metallization was at late Yanshanian. The content of Re in molybdenite is (330.1 ±4.0-367.9 ± 3.1 ) xl0^-6, which demonstrates mantle derived metallogenic sources. Integrating the region-al tectonic evolution and the metallogenic characteristics of other contemporaneous Cu-Mo deposits in the re-gion, it is suggested that the Cu-Mo mineralization of this deposit occurred in an active epieontinental environ-ment under lithospheric extension resulted from the subduction of the Izanagi plate to the Paleo-Asia continental margin at late Yanshanian. The Mantle wedge was partially melted with large amount of metallogenic elements dissolved in it. Under the favorable conditions of crust-mantle interaction, large-scale magmatic activity turns out to be the important mechanism of the mineralization of many Cu-Mo deposits in the Xiaoxingan Range-Zhangguangcai Mountain metallogenic belt, including the Xintian Cu-Mo polymetallic deposit.展开更多

Acidizing deplugging in oil wells ...Most fault-block reservoirs in Xinmu oilfield belong to heterogeneous sandstone in characters which has low permeability, and reservoir pollution is a common phenomenon in this area. Acidizing deplugging in oil wells has become one of the major measures to improve production efficiency in the field. A compound deplug- ging technology in high efficiency low corrosion is developed for this kind of low permeability sandstone reser- voir. On the basis of profoundly understanding of the reservoir's physical properties and sensitivity, along with comprehensive analysis of the cause for jams in oil wells, a series of experiments are carried out in order to in- vestigate the dissolution reaction among samples and deplugging inhibitor, sample dissolving speed, formation fluid compatibility, reduction of secondary pollution, etc. Considered reservoir condition in nearby wells the op- timized compositional deplugging liquid formula is selected for this reservoir. It is featured by reducing the de- plugging reaction speed, extending solution for processing radius, preventing secondary damage in dissolution processing, and removing plug pollution effectively. To implement this high efficiency low corrosion deplugging measure based on reservoir condition in the borehole and nearby wells, a relatively better result of deplugging and production increasing is achieved, which enriches the measures to increase production in Xinmu oilfield, and this method can be applied to other similar oiffields for the purpose of maintaining the crude oil production and providing assistant for increasing the production significantly.展开更多

The results show that the landscape elements of grassland, wetland, forestland and water area shrank rapidly, and wetlands underwent huge losses in the study period due to the conversion from wetland into arable land and grassland in large quantities. The responses of wetland eco-security to LUCC were inverse evolvement of wetland vegetation, loss of biodiversity, water deficiency in wetland ecosystem, the changes of the heterogeneity of wetlands and the fragmentation of the wetland habitats. Suggestions were given for protection of wetlands and the regional sustainable development.展开更多

In this paper, the most general Lagrangian for the interaction of W' with top and bottom quarks is considered. This Lagrangian consists of V- A and V + A structure with in general complex couplings. Such interactions produce an Electric Dipole Moment (EDM) for the top quark at one loop level. We predict the allowed ranges for the mass and couplings of W' by using the upper limit on the top quark EDM.展开更多

However, the median survival time is only 5.65 mon when GEM was administrated as a monothearpy. Therefore, novel therapeutic agents and/or combinations with GEM are needed for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. In this study, we aim to evaluate the efficacy of treatment with wbselen (WB), GEM, and combination treatment with GEM and WB in two pancreatic cancer cell lines, JF305 and MiaPaCa-2 cells. The combination index (CI) and the dose-reduction index (DRI) of combined treatment with different dose and time regimes were analyzed based on median-effect theory. Compared with single treatment with GEM, combination treatment displayed decreased response time and IC 50 , and increased maximum inhibition. Among the different combination regimes, the most significant synergistic effect was achieved when the dose ratios of WB to GEM was 2:1 in JF305 cells and 1:1 in MiaPaCa-2 cells after 48 h of drug treatment. When combinations of WB and GEM were used in these two cell lines, the dose of GEM was significantly reduced while the total drug concentration increased, especially after 48 h of drug treatments. Our results indicated that the combination treatment with WB and GEM had synergistic effect against pancreatic cancer in vitro.展开更多

文摘Salt-forming regions for a complex salt-water system in non-equilibrium state of evaporation process are usually different from those in solubility diagrams. To understand the solid-forming region of NaCl and improve the utilization of bittern resources, experiments were carried out to evaporate 20 representative mixture solution samples of Na ^+,Mg ^2+ //Cl^-, SO4^2--H2O system with an average evaporation intensity of(1.4±0.4) g·L^-1 ·min^-1(water) at boiling temperature 348 K,and determine the NaCl solid-forming regions in non-equilibrium state.Because of the complexity of salt-forming region,a maximal region and a minimal region were proposed to express the non-equilibrium state salt-forming region with different crystal seed, and a conditional salt-forming region was proposed to present the characteristic region of non-equilibrium salt-forming phase diagram. The areas of the maximal and minimal regions are 2.00 and 1.56 times those in solubility diagram,so it is possible to utilize bittern resources in high efficiency. The recovery rates of NaCl were 99.65%,93.14%,88.57%,72.76%,and 83.68%for six typical bittern sources from Tulantai Salt Lake(China),Dongtai Salt Lake(China) ,Jilantai Salt Lake(China),Qarun Salt Lake(Egypt) and seawater, respectively. It is testified that the non-equilibrium state salt-forming phase diagram can be used in industrial processes.
文摘There are rich natural resources of natural mineral drugs in eastern Jilin Province. Systematic resource investigation can elevate fractional conversion of this area' s mineral drugs resources superiority. Research on natural mineral drugs of this area can upgrade the translation rate of resource superiority and accelerate the development of local medical industry, especially, it can provide scientific data for founding the strategic design of Chinese traditional medicine's trademark of Jilin Changbai Mountain. Since the resource of mineral drugs can not be regenerated, it must be exploited scientifically, utilized reasonably and protected effectively its sustaining application.
文摘Most fault-block reservoirs in Xinmu oilfield belong to heterogeneous sandstone in characters which has low permeability, and reservoir pollution is a common phenomenon in this area. To implement this high efficiency low corrosion deplugging measure based on reservoir condition in the borehole and nearby wells, a relatively better result of deplugging and production increasing is achieved, which enriches the measures to increase production in Xinmu oilfield, and this method can be applied to other similar oiffields for the purpose of maintaining the crude oil production and providing assistant for increasing the production significantly.

文摘By the use of the software of ARCGIS, dynamic changes of the landscape elements, landscape structure, conversion processes of the landscape gradients and the responses of wetland eco-security to land use/cover changes (LUCC) in the western Jilin Province were studied from 1930 to 2000. Suggestions were given for protection of wetlands and the regional sustainable development.

文摘Vegetation cover is the main factor of soil loss prevention. The C-factor of the RUSLE(Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation) was predicted with NDVI,ground data and exponential regression equation for mountain rangelands of Kyrgyzstan.Time series of C-factor,precipitation and temperature were decomposed into seasonal and trend components with STL(seasonal decomposition by loess) to assess their interrelations.C-factor,precipitation and temperature trend components indicated significant lagged correlation, whereas seasonal components indicated more complex relations with climate factors which can be promoting as well as limiting factors for vegetation development, depending on the season.Rainy springs and hot summers may increase soil loss dramatically, whereas warm and dry springs with rainy summers can decrease it.Steep slopes indicated higher soil loss ratio, whereas flat areas were better protected by vegetation.
文摘Heavy gauge bosons such as W' are expected to exist in many extensions of the Standard Model. In this paper, the most general Lagrangian for the interaction of W' with top and bottom quarks is considered. This Lagrangian consists of V- A and V + A structure with in general complex couplings. Such interactions produce an Electric Dipole Moment (EDM) for the top quark at one loop level. We predict the allowed ranges for the mass and couplings of W' by using the upper limit on the top quark EDM.
文摘Gemcitabine (GEM) is a cell-cycle specific inhibitor of DNA synthesis and repair, and has been applied as the first-line therapy for patients with locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancers. Our results indicated that the combination treatment with WB and GEM had synergistic effect against pancreatic cancer in vitro.
文摘Recent pharmacokinetic studies have demonstrated that gastric acid suppression(AS)reduces exposure of gefitinib. However, the clinical significance of this drug-drug interaction(DDI)has not been determined. We,therefore, evaluated it in this real-world study.A total of 200 NSCLC patients who received gefitinib from 2016 to 2018 at Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center(FUSCC)were randomly selected. The patients were divided into two groups according to whether AS was used. The clinical characteristics of the patients were collected, and the efficacy and safety of gefitinib were compared between the two groups. We showed that 188 patients were considered eligible for this retrospective analysis,49 received AS(AS user group),while 139 patients did not(AS non-user group). Objective response rate(ORR)and disease control rate(DCR)in the AS user group versus AS non-user group were 69.4%versus 73.4%(P=0.591)and 89.8%versus 90.6%(P=0.486),respectively,while the progression-free survival(PFS)were 9.7 versus 12.2 months(P=0.0644).No significant difference in ORR,DCR or PFS was observed between the two groups.Further study showed that the PFS was related to the time of co-administration,and the patients receiving over 50%AS prescription overlap with gefitinib was significantly less compared with the other people(8.4 vs 12.6 months,P=0.0004).The frequencies of rash(8.2%vs 15.1%,P=0.281),diarrhea(4.1%vs 6.5%,P=0.539)and elevated ALT or AST level(6.1%vs 10.1%,P=0.407)were similar for both groups. Therefore, concomitant use of AS and gefitinib might affect the efficacy of gefitinib, which should be avoided if possible.
