利用电镜—细胞化学技术研究了盐胁迫下芦荟(AloeveraL.)叶同化组织细胞中ATP酶(ATPase)分布特性及外源硅(Si)的作用。结果表明,正常生长情况下,芦荟叶同化组织细胞中液泡膜ATPase活性明显强于质膜ATPase,在细胞壁初生纹孔场观察到很强... 利用电镜—细胞化学技术研究了盐胁迫下芦荟(AloeveraL.)叶同化组织细胞中ATP酶(ATPase)分布特性及外源硅(Si)的作用。结果表明,正常生长情况下,芦荟叶同化组织细胞中液泡膜ATPase活性明显强于质膜ATPase,在细胞壁初生纹孔场观察到很强的ATPase活性。NaCl100mmol·L-1处理30d,浇灌的营养液中不加可溶性Si,芦荟叶同化组织细胞中液泡膜、质膜和初生纹孔场ATPase活性显著减弱,浇灌的营养液中加Si2.0mmol·L-1处理,芦荟叶同化组织细胞中ATPase活性则显著增强,尤其是在液泡膜和初生纹孔场。叶同化组织细胞中ATPase活性的差异性反映芦荟叶生理状态和功能的差异性,可溶性Si增强盐胁迫下芦荟ATPase活性是Si缓解芦荟盐胁迫伤害效应的重要细胞生理机制。 展开更多

The microstructure evolutions of two A1-Zn-Mg alloys, one of which was alloyed with Sc and Zr, and the kinetics of A13(SCl-xZrx) precipitates in the A1-Zn-Mg alloy during homogenization were investigated. Both alloys under as-cast condition with supersaturated, non-equilibrium T(Mg32(A1, Zn)49) phase and impurities phase were displayed. When the homogenization temperatures are below 350 ~C, Zn and Mg atoms precipitate from matrix; however, when the temperatures are above 400 ~C, T phase dissolves into matrix, enhancing solid-solution strengthening. Kinetics of A13(Scl.xZrx) precipitates was studied based on Jmat Pro software calculation and the difference values between the hardness of the two alloys in each homogenization condition. The calculations predict that the Sc and Zr solubilities in ct-A1 decline with the presence of Mg and Zn. Investigation of the difference values reveals that when the temperature is between 300 ~C and 350 ~C, the nucleation rate of A13(Sc1-xZrx) precipitates is the highest and the strengthening effect from A13(SCl_xZrx) precipitates is the best. After homogenization at 470℃ for 12 h, non-equilibrium T phase disappears, while impurity phase remains. The mean diameter of A13(Scl_xZrx) precipitates is around 18 urn. Ideas about better fulfilling the potentials of Sc and Zr were proposed at last. 展开更多

Comparisons on seasonal and annual variations of δ^(18)O in precipitation 被引量:1

The spatial and temporal variations of stable oxygen isotope in precipitation on different time scales are analyzed according to the data from the IAEA/WMO stations with long survey series in the Northern Hemisphere. ... The spatial and temporal variations of stable oxygen isotope in precipitation on different time scales are analyzed according to the data from the IAEA/WMO stations with long survey series in the Northern Hemisphere. Temperature effect is mainly distributed in mid-high latitudes on seasonal scale except for Bamako and Addisababa stations. The δ 18 O/temperature slope displays the positive correlation against altitude for most of the statistical stations. Amount effect appears primarily in the region south of 30 o N and coastal areas. The δ 18 O/precipitation slope is indirectly proportional to precipitation amount. For some of the sampling stations at mid-high latitudes where their seasonal distribution of precipitation is contrary to that of temperature, coupled with temperature effect, the amount effect appears synchronistically. Either the temperature effect or the amount effect on seasonal scale, there are positive correlations to a certain extent between the annual weighted mean δ 18 O and the annual mean temperature for almost all the stations. The correlation between composite δ 18 O and temperature on spatial scale is much more marked, compared with that of individual station. There is a good agreement between 10-year moving average temperature curves I and II, with the values of the former all markedly smaller than corresponding ones of the latter, calculated by the monthly mean series group I and the annual mean series group II, respectively. However, two calculated d δ 18 O/d T curves display the distinct difference: the variation amplitude of slope series II is larger than that of slope series I. Both curves had similar ascending trend from the 1960s to the 1970s, and then, their variations display the anti-phase. Moreover, the analyses show that there is negative correlation between slope series II and temperature series II. However, the status is different for slope series I and temperature series I. Both series have contrary trend from the 1960s to the 1970s, whereas the same trend since the 1980s. 展开更多

Multiple primary cancers refer to the condition where more than two cancers occur independently in an individual. The incidence of lung cancer in cases of colorectal cancer is rare and synchronous rectal cancer and lung cancer is even rare. A 61-year-old man was referred to our hospital with a 2-month history of blood in his stool, tenesmus, and mucous discharge in July 2010. Colonoscopy showed an irregular ulcerated rectal mass and histological examination of biopsy material showed a poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. Computed tomography (CT) scan of the chest and abdomen showed a mass in the posterior segment of the right upper lobe of the lung and a mass in the right rectal wall of upper rectum. The rectal tumor was diagnosed as primary cancer based on the findings of immunohistochemical stain. An anterior resection (AR) and video assisted thoracoscopic (VAT) wedge resection were performed and histological findings of resected rectal and lung tumor specimen showed synchronous primary rectal cancer and lung cancer. A combination chemotherapy regimen with docetaxel and Iobaplatin was used and the patient was successfully discharged from hospital in August 2010. Although the incidence of synchronous multiple primary cancers is very low, we need to remain suspicious, when faced with two or even multiple organ lesions, and employ the necessary examination methods to confirm the diagnosis. For synchronous multiple primary cancers, if conditions allow, surgical resection for all the cancers can be performed in a single operation. 展开更多
