车身轻量化是车身设计和开发的重点课题。文章基于现有电动车钢铝混合车身平台,在保持车身下车体架构不变的前提下,将上车体原来的钢制材料通过等效刚度和灵敏度分析方法替换成铝制材料,并对车身性能进行了系统性的对比研究。研究结果表... 车身轻量化是车身设计和开发的重点课题。文章基于现有电动车钢铝混合车身平台,在保持车身下车体架构不变的前提下,将上车体原来的钢制材料通过等效刚度和灵敏度分析方法替换成铝制材料,并对车身性能进行了系统性的对比研究。研究结果表明,在保证车身关键性能(弯扭刚度、弯扭模特、碰撞性能)基本相当的前提下,全铝车身结构相比上钢下铝车身结构,重量降低20%,轻量化系数提高18%。为后续车身铝合金材料的结构设计和大量应用提供了重要的理论研究支撑和指导意义。 展开更多

According to a research on the 30kVA simulation experimental platform of hydraulic wind tur- bine, its basic structure, composition and operation principle are expounded in this paper. An in- verter motor is used to simulate the wind turbine, while a similarity calculation method is applied be- tween the small and large wind turbine. A fixed displacement pump-variable motor closed loop is used as the main transmission system, and a self-excited synchronous generator generates electricity through the grid connection. The experiment and simulation study on the speed and power control of the hydraulic wind turbine is conducted, based on the experimental platform, thus correctness and progressiveness of the experiment platform is further verified. Near infrared(NIR) light-driven nitric oxide(NO) release nano-platform based on upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs) and light sensitive NO precursor Roussin's black salt(RBS) was fabricated to generate NO upon 808 nm irradiation. The application of 808 nm laser as the excitation source could achieve better penetration depth and avoid overheating problem. The combination of UCNPs and RBS could realize the on-demand release of NO at desired time and location by simply controlling the output of NIR laser.Cellular uptake results showed that more nanoparticles were internalized in cancer stem-like cells(CSCs)rather than non-CSCs. Therefore, a synergistic cancer therapy strategy to eradicate both CSCs and nonCSCs simultaneously was developed. Traditional chemo-drug could inhibit non-CSCs but has low killing efficiency in CSCs. However, we found that the combination of NO and chemotherapy could efficiently inhibit CSCs in bulk cells, including inhibiting mammosphere formation ability, decreasing CD44^+/CD24^- subpopulation and reducing tumorigenic ability. The mechanism studies confirmed that NO could not only induce apoptosis but also increase drug sensitivity by declining drug efflux in CSCs. This UCNPsbased platform may provide a new combinatorial strategy of NO and chemotherapy to improve cancer treatment. 展开更多

As the civil law expression of internet plus transactions, the legal relations in online trading platform transactions constitute a complex aggregate of legal relationships composed of groups of legal relations. Specifically, they consist of three basic interlinked legal relationships: Contract relations for online trading platform services between the platform provider and the seller or service provider, and between the platform provider and the consumer. This includes the sales or service contract relations between the triad of the seller, the service provider and the consumer. These relations contain five kinds of major content, viz., the provision of transaction space, the publishing of transaction information, price escrow payment, distribution and delivery of the commodity, and transaction credit evaluation. They involve three forms of supplementary legal relations: the supplementary contract relationship between the platform provider and a third party payment institunon; between the seller and third party credit reporting agency; and between the seller and a logistics enterprise. The three forms of supplementary contractual legal relations are set up to act on the major contents of the basic legal relationships in online transactions. On the basis of the online trading platform service contract relationships between the platform provider and the triad of the seller, the service provider and the consumer, the flow of the above- mentioned legal relations centers on the contract of sales or service set up between the seller, the service provider and the consumer to accomplish the aim of the online transaction, meet social needs and boost economic development. 展开更多
