采用粉末冶金法制备了压电陶瓷材料Pb0.92La0.08(ZrxTi1-x)O3(简称PLZT),研究了Zr与Ti的原子比对材料物相组成、显微结构以及介电、压电性能的影响。XRD和SEM分析结果表明,当0.64≤x≤0.66时,材料近于准同晶相界;x=0.65时,所得密度最高... 采用粉末冶金法制备了压电陶瓷材料Pb0.92La0.08(ZrxTi1-x)O3(简称PLZT),研究了Zr与Ti的原子比对材料物相组成、显微结构以及介电、压电性能的影响。XRD和SEM分析结果表明,当0.64≤x≤0.66时,材料近于准同晶相界;x=0.65时,所得密度最高,达到7.62g/cm3,相对密度为96.33%,介电、压电常数和机电耦合系数最大,分别为εr=1182,d33=136.8pc/N,Kp=0.284,具有优良的综合电学性能。其原因主要是该陶瓷在电场作用下易发生准同晶相变。 展开更多

The characteristics of the simultaneous calcination/ sulfation of limestone under oxy-fuel fluidized bed combustion were studied and compared with those of the sulfation of precalcined CaO. During the calcination stage, SO2 can react with product CaO and slow down the CaCO3 decomposition rate by the covering effect of the CaSO4 product. The sulfation rate of simultaneous calcinatiort/sulfation is slower than that of precalcined CaO, but with a long enough sulfation time, the calcium conversion of simultaneous calcination/sulfation is higher than that of the precalcined CaO. A grain-micrograin model is established to describe the simultaneous calcination, sintering and sulfation of limestone. The graln-micrograln model can reflect the true reaction process of the calcination and sulfation of limestone in oxy-fuel fluidized bed combustion. 展开更多

This paper describes the bipolar field-effect transistor (BiFET) and its theory. Analytical solution is ob- tained from partitioning the two-dimensional transistor into two one-dimensional transistors. The analysis employs the parametric surface-electric-potential and the electrochemical (quasi-Fermi) potential-gradient driving force to compute the current. Output and transfer D. C. current and conductance versus voltage are presented over practi- cal ranges of terminal D. C. voltages and device parameters. Electron and hole surface channel currents are pres- ent simultaneously, a new feature which could provide circuit functions in one physical transistor such as the CMOS inverter and SRAM memory. 展开更多

This paper describes the drift-diffusion theory of the bipolar field-effect transistor (BiFET) with two identical and connected metal-oxide-silicon-gates (MOS-gates) on a thin-pure-base. Analytical solution is obtained by partitioning the two-dimensional transistor into two one-dimensional problems coupled by the parametric sur- face-electric-potential. Total and component output and transfer currents and conductances versus D. C. voltages from the drift-diffusion theory, and their deviations from the electrochemical (quasi-Fermi) potential-gradient theory,are presented over practical ranges of thicknesses of the silicon base and gate oxide. A substantial contri- bution from the longitudinal gradient of the square of the transverse electric field is shown. 展开更多

The atypical PKC isoforms (ζ and t) play essential roles in regulating various cellular processes. Both the hetero-interaction between PKCζand p62 through their N-terminal PB 1 domains and the homo-oligomerization of p62 via its PB 1 domain are critical for the activation of NF-r.B signaling; however, the molecular mechanisms concerning the formation and regulation of these homotypic complexes remain unclear. Here we determined the crystal structure of PKCζ-PB 1 in complex with a mono- meric p62-PB 1 mutant, where the massive electrostatic interactions between the acidic OPCA motif of PKCζ-PB 1 and the basic surface of p62-PB 1, as well as additional hydrogen bonds, ensure the formation of a stable and specific complex. The PKCζ-p62 interaction is interfered with the modification of a specific Cys of PKCζ by the antiarthritis drug aurothiomalate, though all four cysteine residues in the PKCζ-PB 1 domain can be modified in in vitro assay. In addition, detailed structural and biochemical analyses demonstrate that the PB 1 domains of aPKCs belong to the type I group, which can depolymerize the high-molecular-weight p62 aggregates into homo-oligomers of lower order. These data together unravel the molecular mecha- nisms of the homo- or hetero-interactions between p62 and PKCζ and provide the basis for designing inhibitors of NF-r,.B sig- naling. 展开更多
