No precipitates such as CuO and Cu2O or Cu cluster, were observed by synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction in the ZnO:Cu films. Extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) analysis showed that Cu atoms were incorporated into ZnO crystal lattice by occupying the sites of Zn atoms.展开更多

It was found that the position of the 100 diffraction peak does not change with applied potential while the peak intensity decreases with anion adsorption. It was concluded that the space inside the tube would be the important ion adsorption site for the well-gown SWCNT bundles.展开更多
