齐成伟带纵公式不适用于带状高含硫气藏,根据气相渗流与液相渗流的相似原理和Roberts气体相对渗透率与含硫饱和度的关系,将齐成伟带纵公式的适用条件推广为高含硫气藏,推导出了带状高含硫气藏中纵向双分支水平井的拟三维产能预测公式,... 齐成伟带纵公式不适用于带状高含硫气藏,根据气相渗流与液相渗流的相似原理和Roberts气体相对渗透率与含硫饱和度的关系,将齐成伟带纵公式的适用条件推广为高含硫气藏,推导出了带状高含硫气藏中纵向双分支水平井的拟三维产能预测公式,即齐成伟带纵公式的高含硫气藏推广公式。根据齐成伟带纵公式的高含硫气藏推广公式,分析了硫沉积量、渗透率各向异性系数、带状气藏长度、生产段井筒位置和生产段长度对产能的影响。分析结果表明:产能随着含硫饱和度或渗透率各向异性系数的增大而减小;相同井境下,含硫饱和度对产能的影响要明显大于渗透率各向异性系数;产能随着带状气藏长度的增大而减小;产能随着生产段井筒位置的增大先增大,后减小,且当生产段井筒处于气藏中央高度时,产能最大;产能随着生产段长度的增大而增大。 展开更多

Gas outbursts in underground mining occur under conditions of high gas desorption rate and gas content,combined with high stress regime, low coal strength and high Young's modulus. This combination of gas and stress factors occurs more often in deep mining. Hence, as the depth of mining increases, the potential for outburst increases. This study proposes a conceptual model to evaluate outburst potential in terms of an outburst indicator. The model was used to evaluate the potential for gas outburst in two mines, by comparing numerical simulations of gas flow behavior under typical stress regimes in an Australian gassy mine extracting a medium-volatile bituminous coal, and a Chinese gassy coal mine in Qinshui Basin(Shanxi province) extracting anthracite coal. We coupled the stress simulation program(FLAC3D) with the gas simulation program(SIMED II) to compute the stress and gas pressure and gas content distribution following development of a roadway into the targeted coal seams. The data from gas content and stress distribution were then used to quantify the intensity of energy release in the event of an outburst. 展开更多

The desulfurization performance of the UDS solvents was investigated at an industrial side-stream plant and was compared with that of MDEA solvent.A mass transfer performance model was employed for explaining the COS absorption into different solvents.Meanwhile,the regeneration performance of the UDS solvents was evaluated in side-stream tests.Results indicate that under the conditions covering an absorption temperature of 40℃,a pressure of 8.0 MPa,and a gas to liquid volume ratio(V/L)of around 230,the H2S content in purified gas can be reduced to 4.2 mg/m3 and 0 by using solvents UDS-II and UDS-III,respectively.Moreover,the total sulfur content in both purified gases is less than 80 mg/m3.As a result,the UDS-III solvent shows by 30 percentage points higher in COS removal efficiency than MDEA.In addition,the total volume mass transfer coefficient of UDS solvent is found to be twice higher than that of MDEA.Furthermore,the UDS solvents exhibit satisfactory thermal stability and regeneration performance. 展开更多

A systematic investigation of the microstructure of CrA1CxN1-x coatings as a function of carbon contents was conducted. Quaternary CrA1CxN1-x coatings were deposited on Si wafers by a hybrid coating system combining an arc-ion plating technique and a DC reactive magnetron sputtering technique using Cr and AI targets in the Ar/N2/CH4 gaseous mixture. The effect of carbon content on microstructure of CrA1C^N~ x coatings was investigated with instrumental analyses of X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the carbon content of CrA1CxN1-x coatings linearly increases with increasing CH4/(CH4/N2) gas flow rate ratio. The surface roughness of the CrA1CxN1-x coating layer decreases with the increase of carbon content. 展开更多

The foaming phenomenon of N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA) solution used in desulfurization process occurs frequently in the natural-gas purification plant. The foaming phenomenon has a strong impact on operation of the process unit. The salt impurities are the main reason for causing the foaming of MDEA solution, so the full analysis of salt impurities is necessary. A method for comprehensive analysis of salt impurities in MDEA solution used in desulfurization process was established. Anions and non-metallic cations of MDEA solution were determined by different conditions of ion chromatograph, respectively. Metallic cations of the solution were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometer with the N2O-C2H2 flame absorption. The analytical results of salt impurities in the desulfurization solution can provide a theoretical basis for an accurate analysis of the factors affecting the foaming of MDEA to unveil further control measures. 展开更多

On the Loess Plateau of China, a dry soil layer may form due to excess transpiration, leading to degradation of black locust(Robinia pseudoacacia) stands. In order to better manage projects involving black locust, this study was intended to investigate the response of black locust transpiration rate to soil water availability as affected by meteorological factors using two representative soils(loamy clay and sandy loam) on the Loess Plateau. Four soil water contents were maintained for black locust seedlings grown in pots initially outdoors and then in a climate-controlled chamber, by either drying or irrigating the pots. In both environments, daily transpiration rates were related by a power function to air temperature and by a logistic function to reference evapotranspiration(ET0). Transpiration rates were more susceptible to changes in the meteorological conditions in the sandy loam than in the loamy clay soil. The transpiration rate in the well-watered treatment was greater for black locust grown in the sandy loam than in the loamy clay soil. Normalized transpiration rates were unaffected by ET0 until a critical value of soil water content(θc) was attained; the θc value decreased significantly for the loamy clay soil but increased significantly for the sandy loam soil when ET0 increased. These suggested that the effect of the meteorological condition on the transpiration characteristics of black locust was dependent on soil texture. 展开更多
