本文分析了不同纯音听力图型对ABR参数的影响。证实不同类型耳蜗性中力损失确能影响短声诱发ABR绝对波潜伏期及波间期。高频感音性听力损失(陡降或缓降型)者波V及波I潜伏期均延长,波I-V间期正常,波V强度-潜伏期曲线各斜率值均增... 本文分析了不同纯音听力图型对ABR参数的影响。证实不同类型耳蜗性中力损失确能影响短声诱发ABR绝对波潜伏期及波间期。高频感音性听力损失(陡降或缓降型)者波V及波I潜伏期均延长,波I-V间期正常,波V强度-潜伏期曲线各斜率值均增大。低频年力损失得,波V潜伏期缩短,波I不变,因而波I-V间期明显缩短。平坦型听力损失与正常对照组相同。上述影响是由于在不同声级时支配耳蜗输出的耳蜗不同部位所决定的。临床上应注意这种影响并应与中枢性因素相区别。 展开更多
