A foreign language learner can study foreign language well in a quick way only if he could grasp the essential feature of the speech system and is trained in a harmonious way which is a combination of sound, meaning, feeling, mien and speed and all of his doings should be carried out on the basis of systematic engineering principles and in accordance with the research findings of modern psychological linguistics.
