目的研究海南植物蜜茱萸Melicope patulinervia的化学成分。方法采用Diaion HP-20、Toyopearl HW-40、MCI-GelCHP-20、Sephadex LH-20、RP18及硅胶等柱色谱法对蜜茱萸中的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构... 目的研究海南植物蜜茱萸Melicope patulinervia的化学成分。方法采用Diaion HP-20、Toyopearl HW-40、MCI-GelCHP-20、Sephadex LH-20、RP18及硅胶等柱色谱法对蜜茱萸中的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果从蜜茱萸全株70%甲醇水提液的醋酸乙酯部位分离得到11个单体化合物,分别鉴定为3-{对-[(E)-3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯基]氧基苯基}-(E)-丙烯酸甲酯(1)、蜜茱萸素(2)、球松素(3)、3,5,8-三甲氧基-6,7,3′,4′-二亚甲二氧基黄酮(4)、7-异戊烯氧基-3,5,6,8-四甲氧基-3′,4′-亚甲二氧基黄酮(5)、吴茱萸黄碱(6)、山小柑碱(7)、香草木宁(8)、前茵芋碱(9)、1-羟基-3-甲氧基-10-甲基-10H-氮蒽-9-酮(10)、1,2-二甲基喹啉-4-酮(11)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 展开更多

Simultaneous determination of seven alkaloids and two flavonoid glycosides in Wuzhuyu decoction by RP-HPLC-DAD 被引量:1

A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method with diode array detector was established to simultaneously determine nine bioactive compounds in Wuzhuyu decoction, namely dehydroevodiamine, isorhanmetin-7-O- rutinoside, 10-hydroxyrutaecarpine, diosmetin-7-O-13-D-glucopyranoside, evodiamine, rutaecarpine, 1-metbyl-2-n-nonyl-4(1H) quinolone, evocarpine, and dihydroevocarpine. The RP-HPLC assay was performed on a reversed-phase Cl8 column with a gradient elution. The mobile phases consisted of methanol and water containing 1% (v/v) acetic acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 300 nm. All calibration curves showed good linearity (r2〉0.9941) within test ranges. The results of intra-day precision, inter-day precision, and accuracy were satisfactory. The overall recoveries were in the range of 90.13%-102.48%. The method was successfully applied to quantify nine bioactive compounds in six samples. Baseline resolution for all nine major compounds was achieved. This method could be used as a suitable quality control assay for Wuzhuyu decoction. 展开更多
