目的:探讨催乳机和吸乳机对剖宫产术后产妇泌乳的影响。方法:选取2012年1月-2013年10月收治的剖宫产术后产妇120例,按照入院时间分为对照组60例和观察组60例,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受催乳和吸乳治疗。对两组产妇的泌乳总有效率、... 目的:探讨催乳机和吸乳机对剖宫产术后产妇泌乳的影响。方法:选取2012年1月-2013年10月收治的剖宫产术后产妇120例,按照入院时间分为对照组60例和观察组60例,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受催乳和吸乳治疗。对两组产妇的泌乳总有效率、并发乳腺炎的情况和纯母乳喂养情况进行比较。结果:观察组使用催乳机和吸乳机后,24 h泌乳总有效率为86.7%,48 h泌乳总有效率为95.0%,72 h泌乳总有效率为98.3%;对照组在上述3个时间点的总有效率分别为48.3%、70.0%、85.0%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组母乳喂养率98.3%,对照组母乳喂养率85.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组无乳腺炎发生,对照组乳腺炎发生率为6.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产术后产妇同时给予催乳和吸乳治疗可使泌乳更有效,提高母乳喂养率,减少乳腺炎的发生,值得临床推广。 展开更多

A one-dimensional unsteady heterogeneous parallel mass transfer(ODUHPMT) model was developed for the absorption enhancement of volatile organic compounds(VOC) by the dispersed droplets.An analytical solution for enhancement factor was obtained based on surface renewal theory and the Laplace domain transformation. The absorption rate of propane into water at different stirring speeds with the added micro dodecane droplets was investigated experimentally in a thermostatic stirred tank.The mass transfer flux across the gas-liquid interface and the enhancement factor were measured.The results showed that the dodecane has an obvious enhancement effect on propane absorption into water,the maximum enhancement factor reached 11.The enhancement factor increased with increasing dodecane volume fraction and decreased with increasing stirring speed.The experiment data agreed well with the model predictions and showed high prediction accuracy of ODUHPMT model. 展开更多

Absorption mechanism of paeonol nanoemulsion using in vitro intestinal cell models 被引量:1

The use of nano emulsion has improved the bioavailability of paeonol, and that is mainly because of the P-glycoprotein (P-gp)-mediated efflux described in our previous study. However, other mechanisms involved in the intestinal absorption of paeonol nanoemulsion are still unknown. Therefore, we aimed to investigate additional paeonol nanoemulsion absorption mechanisms. By establishing the Caco-2 cells model and the follicle-associated epithelium (FAE) model, uptake studies and bidirectional transport of paeonol nanoemulsion in the presence of different efflux inhibitors were conducted to observe its intake and transport. The paracellular pathway was evaluated by fluorescent staining of Occludin, and the expressions of efflux proteins and tight junction proteins were detected by Western blotting analysis. In this study, we found that nanoemulsion improved the absorption of paeonol by increasing its uptake across the Caco-2 and FAE cells and by reducing the expressions of efflux proteins. In addition, paeonol nanocmulsion had no effect on the opening of tight junctions. The results showed that the absorption of paeonol nanoemulsion occurred by passive diffusion in the Caco-2 cell mode! and by endocytosis in the FAE model, which was related to multidrug resistance-associated protein 2 (MRP2) and breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP) efflux. Paeonol nanoemulsion significantly in creased the absorption of the drug in intestinal cells, which was possibly related to the increase in intestinal cell uptake, inhibited expressions of efflux protein and reduction of drug efflux. 展开更多
