为研制适用于热真空环境的低无源互调(PIM)吸波箱,进行PIM问题试验及方案验证,基于吸波箱内的近场吸波状态,建立与实物结构尺寸一致的箱体和螺旋收/发天线电磁仿真模型,引入吸波箱用SiC/C泡沫吸波材料在-100℃、室温和100℃下的介电常数... 为研制适用于热真空环境的低无源互调(PIM)吸波箱,进行PIM问题试验及方案验证,基于吸波箱内的近场吸波状态,建立与实物结构尺寸一致的箱体和螺旋收/发天线电磁仿真模型,引入吸波箱用SiC/C泡沫吸波材料在-100℃、室温和100℃下的介电常数,通过电磁仿真计算确定了SiC/C泡沫吸波材料在吸波箱内壁的尖锥-底板一体化高效吸波结构,并据此对吸波材料进行形状加工。在金属箱内完成吸波材料一体化结构装配后,对该吸波箱在-90℃至100℃高低温循环热真空环境中的PIM性能进行测试。结果显示,整个测试过程中天线接收的PIM信号功率不高于-160 dBm,与吸波箱模型仿真结果一致,满足低PIM性能使用要求,可为其他类型吸波箱或实星考核大型PIM吸波箱用吸波材料的结构设计提供参考。 展开更多

目的:探讨新生儿温箱内吸氧的疗效.为轻度呼吸困难的新生儿寻求较好的吸氧方式提供理论依据。方法:将吸氧前缺氧情况无统计学差异的新生儿分为观察组和对照组,65例温箱内吸氧者为观察组,66例鼻导管吸氧者为对照组,观察两组吸氧后2... 目的:探讨新生儿温箱内吸氧的疗效.为轻度呼吸困难的新生儿寻求较好的吸氧方式提供理论依据。方法:将吸氧前缺氧情况无统计学差异的新生儿分为观察组和对照组,65例温箱内吸氧者为观察组,66例鼻导管吸氧者为对照组,观察两组吸氧后2、6、24h的心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、氧分压、二氧化碳分压,三凹征、鼻翼扇动、紫绀改善情况,以及不良反应、并发症、最后转归等,统计各组的平均吸氧时间和住院时间.并将两组各观察值进行统计分析。结果:两组吸氧后24h的呼吸频率、心率、氧分压、二氧化碳分压、血氧饱和度差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),两组吸氧后24h与吸氧前各观察值相比,统计学差异均有显著性(P〈0.01).三凹征、鼻翼扇动、紫绀等明显改善,观察组比对照组不良反应及并发症少(P〈0.01),两组最后转归无明显差别,观察组比对照组平均吸氧时间短(P〈0.05),两组患儿的住院时间无明显差并(P〉0.05)。结论:温箱内吸氧与鼻导管吸氧治疗轻度呼吸困难的新生儿均效果良好,但温箱内吸氧不良反应及并发症少于鼻导管吸氧,且平均吸氧时间缩短,新生儿温箱内吸氧优于鼻导管吸氧。 展开更多

目的:探讨轻度呼吸困难新生儿氧疗的最佳途径。方法:将126例新生儿患者随机分成两组,即温箱内吸氧组与鼻导管吸氧组,各63例。对两组每位患儿监测体温、呼吸、心率、血氧饱和度等,随时进行再评估,认真做好相关记录。比较两组不良反应发... 目的:探讨轻度呼吸困难新生儿氧疗的最佳途径。方法:将126例新生儿患者随机分成两组,即温箱内吸氧组与鼻导管吸氧组,各63例。对两组每位患儿监测体温、呼吸、心率、血氧饱和度等,随时进行再评估,认真做好相关记录。比较两组不良反应发生率和吸氧时间的长短。结果:两组的新生儿患者的转归皆为100.0%治愈,但是温箱内吸氧组不良反应少(字2=99.6,P<0.01),患儿所需吸氧时间较短(t=2.23,P<0.05)。结论:采用温箱内吸氧的方式为轻度呼吸困难的新生儿患者进行氧疗的效果更佳,对患儿的视网膜和肺的损害更少,更利于患儿的预后。 展开更多

The Cr(III) desorption experiments of Gaomiaozi (GMZ) bentonite in aqueous solutions were performed. The Cr(III) desorption experiments of Gaomiaozi (GMZ) bentonite in aqueous solutions were performed. The variables affecting the desorption behaviors, such as contact time, concentration of the desorbent, pH value of the solution, temperature and desorption isotherms, were investigated by the batch experiments. The results show that the adsorbed Cr(III) on GMZ bentonite can be easily extracted by the desorbent. Kinetics examination shows that desorption is slower than adsorption, and the desorption rate increases with time and reaches the equilibrium after 3 h. The final desorption ratios of Cr(III) are 89.4%, 56.5%and 77.2%in the desorption solution with 0.1 mol/L HCl, 1 mol/L NaCl, and 1 mol/L CaCl2, respectively, and the concentration can promote the desorption progress. Furthermore, the results of successive regeneration cycles indicate that the bentonite has a good regeneration ability and reusability. The pH value is an important factor in the Cr(III) desorption from the GMZ bentonite. The results of adsorption and desorption isotherms show that both adsorption and desorption isotherms are consistent with the Freundlich equation. The comparison of adsorption and desorption isotherms implies that the adsorption/desorption hysteresis is negligible and the transport of Cr(III) in bentonite can be described by a reversible adsorption process. 展开更多

Ionic liquid (IL) trihexyl (tetradecyl) phosphonium bis 2,4,4-trimethylpentylphosphinate (Cyphos IL 104) was impregnated on XAD-7 resin. The solvent impreganated resin (SIR) was prepared and applied in Cr(VI) removal. The morphology and the thermal stability of the resins were explored. The effects of equilibrium time and initial pH value on Cr(VI) adsorption were investigated. Adsorption isotherm, separation and desorption of the SIR, and selectivity of SIR were also explored. The results show that Cyphos IL 104 exists in the inner XAD-7 resin, and the optimum pH value range of the SIR for Cr(VI) extraction is 0 to 2. When NaOH used as desorption solution, the Cr(VI) can be effectively desorbed from the SIR. 展开更多

New method for prediction of shale gas content in continental shale formation using well logs 被引量:2

Shale needs to contain a sufficient amount of gas to make it viable for exploitation. The continental heterogeneous shale formation in the Yan-chang (YC) area is investigated by firstly measuring the shale gas content in a laboratory and then investigating use of a theoretical prediction model. Key factors controlling the shale gas content are determined, and a prediction model for free gas content is established according to the equation of gas state and a new petrophysical volume model. Application of the Langmuir volume constant and pressure constant obtained from results of adsorption isotherms is found to be limited because these constants are greatly affected by experimental temperature and pressures. Therefore, using measurements of adsorption isotherms and thermodynamic theory, the influence of temperature, total organic carbon (TOC), and mineralogy on Langmuir volume constants and pressure constants are investigated in detail. A prediction model for the Langmuir pressure constant with a correction of temperatures is then established, and a prediction model for the Langmuir volume constant with correction of temperature, TOC, and quartz contents is also proposed. Using these corrected Langmuir constants, application of the Langmuir model determined using experimental adsorption isotherms is extrapolated to reservoir temperature, pressure, and lithological conditions, and a method for the prediction of shale gas content using well logs is established. Finally, this method is successfully applied to predict the shale gas content of the continental shale formation in the YC area, and practical application is shown to deliver good results with high precision. 展开更多

Shell(CWS) to Hg(Ⅱ) in water.[Method] Shells of Juglans mandshurica Maxim were used as biosorption to remove Hg(Ⅱ) in water solution to explore the influence to adsorption of Hg(Ⅱ) under different conditions,like pH solution,adsorption time,and Hg(Ⅱ).[Result] The experimental results show that when absorptivity of Hg(Ⅱ) by CWS reached the highest,pH ranged within 5.0-6.0.The adsorptivity decreased as initial Hg(Ⅱ) concentrations increased.Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR) spectrum revealed some chemical groups of CWS may affect the adsorption of Hg(Ⅱ),such as hydroxyl groups,methyl groups,aromatic methoxyl groups,unconjugated carbonyl,and typical aromatic ring,etc.Adsorption equation can be concluded considering the biosorption process relationship with Langmuir and Frendrich isotherm.[Conclusion] The study found that CW could be employed as a promising biosorption to remove Hg(Ⅱ) from aqueous environments. 展开更多

Physical and mathematical models as well as calculation methods of nitrogen bed on porous media have been introduced to evaluate the structural parameters of mesoporous materials. Kelvin's equation is a link between the relative adsorbate pressure, the mean pore radius, and pore capillarity on the basis of macroscopic capillary condensation. However, Kelvin's equation has been identified that it underestimates the calculated pore size of a material especially in the boundary of pore size which is between 2 and 4 nm.Various modifications on Kelvin's equation were mentioned in order to develop a new model to improve the accuracy of pore size calculation. The problems on conventional mathematical models were analyzed and discussed. A number of calculation methods on physisorption and pore size, especially fundamental theories of physisorption, basis of models and their deficiencies are reviewed. Seasonal changes of soil respiration in Betula platyphylla forest in Changbai Mountain, China 被引量:2

A stdudy was conducted to determine the seasonal changes of soil respiration and the contribution of root respiration to soil respiration in Betula plaophylla forest in Changbai Mountain from May to September in 2004. Results indicated that the total soil respiration, root-severed soil respiration and the root respiration followed a similar seasonal trend, with a high rate in summer due to wet and high temperature and a low rate in spring and autumn due to lower temperature. The mean rates of total soil respiration, root-severed soil respiration and root respiration were 4.44, 2.30 and 2.14 μmol.m^-2.s^-1, respectively during the growing season, and they were all exponentially correlated with temperature. Soil respiration rate had a linear correlation with soil volumetric moisture. The Q10 values for total soil respiration, root-severed soil respiration and root respiration were 2,82, 2.59 and 3. 16, respectively. The contribution rate of root respiration to the total soil respiration was between 29.3% and 58.7% during the growing season, indicating that root is a major component of soil respiration. The annual mean rates of total soil respiration, root-severed soil respiration and root respiration were 1.96, 1.08, and 0.87 μmol.m^-2.s^-1, or 741.73 408.71, and 329.24 g.m^-2.a^-1, respectively. Root respiration contributed 44.4% to the annual total soil respiration. The relationship proposed for soil respiration with soil lemperature was useful for understanding and predicting potential changes in Changbai Mountain B. platyphylla forest ecosystem in response to forest management and climate change. 展开更多

The optimization of the two or three stage pressure ratio is analyzed in two cases of constant heat transfer rate for the inter cooler or constant inter stage inlet temperature, based on the minimum of the sum of theoretical compression power at each stage about a multi stage reciprocating compressor. Furthermore, with an example of two stage compressor the influence on the sum of the power of each stage is analyzed when practical pressure ratio deviates from the optimum value. It is obtained that under different cooling conditions the optimum pressure ratio distribution of the multi stage compression is various, and the change of the optimum pressure ratio within a small range has little influence on the sum of the power each stage. Viscose activated carbon fibers (ACFs) were characterized using specific surface area, scanning electron modified with chemical vapor deposition (CVD). The samples were microscopy (SEM), pore size distribution and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Batch adsorption experiments were carried out to investigate the adsorption behavior of modified ACFs for methyl orange(MO) from its aqueous solutions. The results show that the adsorption isotherms of MO onto modified ACFs well follows the Langmuir isotherm equation. The adsorption kinetics of MO can be well described by the pseudo second-order kinetic model. The adsorption process involves the intra-particle diffusion, but is not the only rate-controlling step. Thermodynamic parameters including AG, AH and AS were calculated, suggesting that the adsorption of MO onto modified ACFs is a spontaneous, exothermic and physisorption process. FTIR result indicates that the major adsorption mechanism of modified ACFs for MO is hydrogen bond. 展开更多

目的比较两种人工气道湿化方法对脑创伤气管切开患者的效果。方法选择2012年1月—2012年8月在我科行脑创伤气管切开患者75例,并将其按住院号(单双号)分为氧气雾化吸入组(38例)和人工鼻组(37例)。比较两组患者在气道湿化、痰痂形成、气... 目的比较两种人工气道湿化方法对脑创伤气管切开患者的效果。方法选择2012年1月—2012年8月在我科行脑创伤气管切开患者75例,并将其按住院号(单双号)分为氧气雾化吸入组(38例)和人工鼻组(37例)。比较两组患者在气道湿化、痰痂形成、气道出血、痰培养阳性、气管套管堵塞方面的差异。结果氧气雾化吸入组的痰痂形成率、气道出血率及湿化不足发生率均低于人工鼻组(P<0.05);肺部感染率高于人工鼻组(P<0.05);其余观察指标发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。人工鼻组中发生气管套管堵塞2例,给予更换气管套管后使用氧气雾化吸入方式湿化;且7例痰痂形成、13例气道出血及6例湿化不足患者均更换使用氧气雾化吸入进行气道湿化,使用后痰痂形成、气道出血均明显好转,更换气管套管后患者未再发生气管套管堵塞。结论氧气雾化吸入与人工鼻对脑创伤气管切开患者均有良好的气道湿化效果,氧气雾化吸入组在气道湿化满意度上优于人工鼻组,但存在痰液细菌培养阳性率比较高的缺点,故在临床使用中要有针对性地选择气道湿化方式,进行个体化管理。 展开更多

In midday ginkgo ( Ginkgo biloba L.) leaves have to bear photon flux density over 1400 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 in combination with high temperatures around 35 ℃ at natural habitat. They show typical midday depression of stomatal conductance and of CO 2 assimilation rate. The zeaxanthin changes with light intensity during the day. The influence of the combination of strong light and temperature on photoinhibition was also examined in the laboratory. A low CO 2 internal conductance (31 mmol·m -2 ·s -1 ) was found in ginkgo leaves, which had been exposed to excessive light at temperature between 15 ℃ and 35 ℃ with reduced CO 2 (80 μL·L -1 ) or oxygen (2%) for 2 h, causing a low CO 2 concentration at the carboxylation site and a high proportion of photorespiration. The ratio of electron transport to CO 2 fixation was rather high in ginkgo (16 e -/CO 2 at 25 ℃) as compared with other plants. It increased with temperature also in 2% O 2 which could not be explained solely as due to change of photorespiration. The reduction of oxygen in 340 or 80 μL·L -1 CO 2 had no effect on the extent of photoinhibition at all temperatures, which indicated that electron flow caused by photorespiration in excess light was negligible in protective effect in ginkgo leaves. However, a decreased CO 2 concentration increased photoinhibition, especially at high temperature. It is concluded that the dissipation of excessive excitation energy in the PSⅡ antennae through the xanthophyll cycle may be the major protective mechanism to preventing from the deteriorated effects of strong light in ginkgo leaves. 展开更多

The results showed that the adsorption and desorption amounts of NH4+ by purple soils increased with the increase of NH4+ concentration, regardless of soil pH values; the largest adsorption and desorption amounts of NH4+ by purple soil at pH 6.0 were 10.3 and 7.96 mg/g, respectively; the largest adsorp- tion and desorption amounts of NH4+ by purple soil at pH 7.2 were 12.8 and 4.62 mg/g, respectively; the largest adsorption and desorption amounts of NH4+ by purple soil at pH 8.0 were 13.5 and 2.23 mg/g, respectively. The isothermal adsorption ki- netics of NH4+ by purple soils fits the Freundlich equation best (R〉0.95). Effects of soil temperature and soil water content on soil respiration in three forest types in Changbai Mountain 被引量:9

Soil incubation experiments were conducted in lab to delineate the effect of soil temperature and soil water content on soil respirations in broad-leaved/Korean pine forest (mountain dark brown forest soil), dark coniferous forest (mountain brown coniferous forest soil) and erman's birch forest (mountain soddy forest soil) in Changbai Mountain in September 2001. The soil water content was adjusted to five different levels (9%, 21%, 30%, and 43%) by adding certain amount of water into the soil cylinders, and the soil sample was incubated at 0, 5, 15, 25 and 35°C for 24 h. The results indicated that in broad-leaved/Korean pine forest the soil respiration rate was positively correlated to soil temperature from 0 to 35°C. Soil respiration rate increased with increase of soil water content within the limits of 21% to 37%, while it decreased with soil water content when water content was over the range. The result suggested the interactive effects of temperature and water content on soil respiration. There were significant differences in soil respiration among the various forest types. The soil respiration rate was highest in broad-leaved/Korean pine forest, middle in erman's birch forest and the lowest in dark coniferous forest. The optimal soil temperature and soil water content for soil respiration was 35°C and 37% in broad-leaved/Korean pine forest, 25°C and 21% in dark coniferous forest, and 35°C and 37% in erman's birch forest. Because the forests of broad-leaved/Korean pine, dark coniferous and erman's birch are distributed at different altitudes, the soil temperature had 4–5°C variation in different forest types during the same period. Thus, the soil respiration rates measured in brown pine mountain soil were lower than those in dark brown forest and those measured in mountain grass forest soil were higher than those in brown pine mountain soil.
