水针治疗脑卒中后呃逆及胃食管反流50例

目的:观察水针治疗脑卒中后呃逆及胃食管反流的疗效。方法:150例呃逆患者随机分为水针组50例,取穴内关,足三里,合谷,穴位注射胃复安;体针组50例,取内关,足三里,中脘穴;药物组50例,服氟哌啶醇,胃复安,氯丙嗪等。结果:以上3组总有效率依次为90%,89%,60%。提示:脑卒中后呃逆及胃食管反流治疗可采用针灸辅助治疗,水针治疗可替代传统体针治疗。
