一维光子晶体基本周期的介质折射率取n2=1.5和n3=2.5,采用传输矩阵法,通过For-tran编程进行数值计算,分别得到了不同周期层数(N)及不同入射角度(θ1)下的一维光子晶体透射谱;从光子带隙频宽、带隙中心位置及带隙中心的透射率值等方面,... 一维光子晶体基本周期的介质折射率取n2=1.5和n3=2.5,采用传输矩阵法,通过For-tran编程进行数值计算,分别得到了不同周期层数(N)及不同入射角度(θ1)下的一维光子晶体透射谱;从光子带隙频宽、带隙中心位置及带隙中心的透射率值等方面,分析并讨论了周期层数及入射角对一维光子晶体带隙特性的影响。结果表明,随着N值的增加,带隙中心的透射率值迅速减小,当N增至16层时,一维光子晶体基本形成;此外,在0°~85°内,随着入射角度的增加,带隙低频值向左移动,高频值向右移动,带隙宽度呈增加的趋势,入射角不影响光子带隙的中心位置。 展开更多

一维光子晶体结构基本周期的两个介质层的折射率分别取为nA=1.46,nB=1.52,采用传输矩阵法,分析了电磁波垂直入射时一维光子晶体结构的色散关系及不同周期层数下的反射率;色散特性及反射谱结论均表明,电磁波垂直入射时,对不同的周期层数... 一维光子晶体结构基本周期的两个介质层的折射率分别取为nA=1.46,nB=1.52,采用传输矩阵法,分析了电磁波垂直入射时一维光子晶体结构的色散关系及不同周期层数下的反射率;色散特性及反射谱结论均表明,电磁波垂直入射时,对不同的周期层数N取值,光子带隙所处的频率范围均为0.222-0.316,且中心位置均为0.265附近;此外,在N的取值从4增至512的过程中,反射率从93.45%迅速增至98.84%,之后,基本上保持在100%不变;即,当基本周期层数N取16附近时,一维光子晶体结构可以形成完全光子带隙。 展开更多

在一维光子晶体(1D PC)结构中心掺杂单个缺陷层,采用传输矩阵法,通过Fortran语言编程进行数值计算,获得了中心掺杂单缺陷层一维光子晶体透射谱;分析并讨论了改变缺陷层折射率值(n′2,n′3)、缺陷层两端的基本周期层数N等因素时光子... 在一维光子晶体(1D PC)结构中心掺杂单个缺陷层,采用传输矩阵法,通过Fortran语言编程进行数值计算,获得了中心掺杂单缺陷层一维光子晶体透射谱;分析并讨论了改变缺陷层折射率值(n′2,n′3)、缺陷层两端的基本周期层数N等因素时光子带隙的缺陷特性。结果表明,在一定范围内调节缺陷层折射率n′2或n′3的值,缺陷带隙的透射率的值呈明显先增大后减小的趋势;此外,在(n′2,n′3)=(2.0,3.0)的条件下,随着N从3增加至10,缺陷带隙的透射率值迅速从0.735 9降至0.032 4,缺陷带隙频宽也相应地从0.047 0减小至0;而光子带隙的归一化频率均为0.230 0-0.320 0,即N不影响光子带隙的频宽。 展开更多

This paper describes the construction of a one-dimensional time-dependent theoretical ionospheric model, which is based on numerical solution of continuity and momentum equations for , and NO<SUP>+</SUP>. The model is designed to have an option to incorporate the observational ionospheric characteristic parameters into the numerical model to indirectly determine the upper boundary condition when solving the transport equations of O<SUP>+</SUP>. A preliminary simulation result of the model when used to simulate the ionosphere during April 18 ~ May 10, 1998, which includes both quiet and disturbed periods, showed that the model constructed is able to reproduce the observational results reasonably well both for quiet and disturbed periods. 展开更多

The mathematical model for finding the optimal version of draft power-efficient residential building has been developed. For conditions of Ukraine the optimization problem has been set and solved (finding the optimal version of the draft energy-efficient buildings). The calculations prove the fact that the construction of passive houses in Ukraine today is economically feasible.
