Based on a survey o foyer 5,000 enterprises conducted by the People's Bank of China, we have attempted to compile a finished goods inventory index of the 5,000 enterprises. Through our analysis, we are able to determine that the 5,000 enterprises inventory index displays the basic features of pro-cyclicality and fits the business cycle with a lag of one quarter. Currently, the inventory index shows signs of declining after five consecutive months of increases, indicating that the expansion of enterprises'production is temporarily slowing down.展开更多

Firstly, the cyclical components of the real GDP and real bank loans were determined using time series. A cointegration analysis and a vector error-correction model with quarterly data were used for period of 1987:01-2013:03. The results of cointegration analysis indicate that there is a single stable long-run equilibrium relationship between real bank loans and macroeconomic variables. The response of bank loans to GDP shocks is positive. Bank loans have pro-cyclical character in Turkey.展开更多
Objective: To observe the expression of CD13/APN in peripheral blood lymphocytes and skin lesions of patients with advanced psoriasis vulgaris, and discuss its effect on the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods: CD 13...Objective: To observe the expression of CD13/APN in peripheral blood lymphocytes and skin lesions of patients with advanced psoriasis vulgaris, and discuss its effect on the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods: CD 13 expression in peripheral blood lymphocytes and skin lesions was detected by flow cytometry and imrnunohistochemical technique, respectively. Results were compared with those of healthy controls. Results: CD 13 expression was significantly higher in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with advanced psoriasis vulgaris than in that of healthy controls, and in skin lesions than in healthy skin tissues. The expression was mainly in the suprabasal layers of skin lesions, and positively correlated to PASI (R 0.78029). Conclusion: The significantly higher expression of CD13 in peripheral blood lymphocytes and skin lesions of the patients with advanced psoriasis vulgaris probably is related to immunological abnormality, blood vessel abnormality and proliferation of keratinocyte in the pathogenic course of psoriasis. It may be a novel and effective way to treat psoriasis with specific CD13 inhibitors.展开更多

It is believed that the chemical nature, particle size, morphology, and surface chemistry of nanomaterials are key parameters that influence their toxicity. Although cultured ceils have been widely used to evaluate nanomaterial toxicity, it remains unclear whether the passage of these cells affects the evaluation results. In the pre- sent study, Ba/F3 cells transfected with the BCR-ABL gene were subcultured to study the effect of passage number on cell sta- bility and their cellular responses upon exposure to nanomaterials. The results demonstrated that proliferation, cellular senes- cence, BCR-ABL gene expression, cell cycle and apoptosis were stable across multiple passages. Senescence and BCR-ABL gene expression of cells from different passage cells were unchanged when treated with silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). In addi- tion, the cells at multiple passage numbers were all arrested in the G2/M phase and apoptosis was induced by the AgNPs. These nanoparticles could enter cells via endocytosis and localize in the cndosomes, which were also not influenced by passage number. These data suggest that short-term passage would not affect cultured cell stability and toxicity assessment using these cells would be consistent when maintained appropriately.展开更多
Recently,some kinds of structures have been found to show the property of extraordinary optical transmission(EOT).In this paper,we present a novel composite structure based on array of annular apertures(AAA)with compo...Recently,some kinds of structures have been found to show the property of extraordinary optical transmission(EOT).In this paper,we present a novel composite structure based on array of annular apertures(AAA)with compound lattice.The lattice includes two kinds of annular apertures with the same outer radius and different inner radii.The transmission spectrum of this compound periodic AAA can be achieved by adding up the spectra of two corresponding simple periodic AAAs,and the transmission shows EOT property.The transmission peaks of this kind of structure can be adjusted to desire wavelengths by changing the inner radius of aperture or the index of the dielectric material in the aperture.This structure can be used as a filter with dual pass bands when the difference between inner radii or indices of dielectric inside is large enough for two kinds of apertures.展开更多
