[ Methodl...[ Objective] The aim of this study was to isolate the endophyte of three solanaceae fruits and vegetables such as tomato, pepper and eggplant, to screen and identify the bacterial wilt antagonistic bacteria. [ Methodl According to the lapping liquid culture method, the endophyte of three plants was isolated by the selective medium and purified by the plate streaking method, so the purified enclophyte was screened by the hyphal pieces confront culture method. Furthermore, the screened antagonistic and endophyteic bacteria was identified and classified through culture characteristics of isolates and morphological features of thallus, Gram stain as well as physiological and biochemical reactions. [ Result] Fifty-three endophytic bacteria, fifty-three endophytic fungi and forty-four endophytic actinomycetes were separated from the endophyte of three plants. The screened fourteen endophytic bacteria with strong antagonistic effect on the bacterial wilt were classified to Bacillus, Escherichia, Klebsiella, Agromonas, Erwinia and Curto Bacterium respectively. Especially, Bacillus was the dominant species, which had the strongest antagonistic effect on the bacterial wilt. [ Conclusion] This study provides an effective way for biological control of the bacterial wilt in solanaceae.展开更多

A general configuration ontology was developed to provide a common concept structure for modeling configuration knowledge and rules of specific product domains. The OWL web ontology language and semantic web rule language (SWRL) were used to formally represent the configuration ontology, domain configuration knowledge and rules to enhance the consistency, maintainability and reusability of all the configuration knowledge. The configuration knowledge modeling of a customizable personal computer family shows that the approach can provide explicit, computerunderstandable knowledge semantics for specific product configuration domains and can efficiently support automatic configuration tasks of complex products.展开更多

Taking the advanced technology of the foreign firm into account, a mixed duopoly three-stage game model is established in the context of research and development(RD)investment subsidies and product subsidies for dom...Taking the advanced technology of the foreign firm into account, a mixed duopoly three-stage game model is established in the context of research and development(RD)investment subsidies and product subsidies for domestic firms provided by the government, and the RD subsidy policy of domestic firms in competition with foreign firms is analyzed.The equilibrium output, RD investment of the domestic firm, social welfare and the value of government subsidies are derived, in the case of the two policies, RD investment subsidies and product subsidies for domestic firms, provided by the government. The results show that, the equilibrium output and the optimal social welfare under the RD investment subsidy policy are both less than those under the product subsidy policy; the optimal RD investment under the RD investment subsidy policy is less than that under the product subsidy policy; and the RD product subsidy has a more obvious incentive effect on firm RD investment. Under the background of the leading edge of technology of foreign firms, the product subsidy policy drawn up by the government to encourage RD innovation of domestic firms is more effective than the RD investment subsidy policy.展开更多

It was exam-ined and approved by Henan Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2016 (Yushenmian 2016002). In order to study the variety characteristics of 'Yumian 50' and the key points of its cultivation technology and accelerate its application in cot-ton production, the breeding process of 'Yumian 50' was described in this paper. The test data of 26 times for 3 years of 'Yumian 50' participating in Henan region-al tests in 2012-2014 were summarized. The results showed that 'Yumian 50' had outstanding performance in Henan regional tests and production tests. Akebia is a wild fruit originating in the Yangtse river valley and the surrounding areas. It...Akebia is a wild fruit originating in the Yangtse river valley and the surrounding areas. It includes mainly three species (subspecies): Akebia trifoliata, Akebia trifoliata subsp, australis, and Akebia quinata. It has many good traits, such as large fruit size, early fruit-setting and high yield, excellent eating quality, and good environmental adaptability. However, there are some shortcomings with the fruit, including thick skin, excessive number of seeds, and relatively small proportion of edible flesh. Akebia is also a traditional Chinese medicine, which has the functions of relieving internal heat and diuresis, dredging venation and improving blood circulation, cleansing facial chloasma, detoxication and anti-cancer activities. Akebia can be used as fresh fruit, for processing, and for pharmaceutical purposes. We have been undertaking a series of research on the domestication and utilization of Akebia, including cultivar selection, techniques for cultivation, storage and processing, and related basic studies. A Chinese trade name “Hehuanguo” and an English trade name “Joyfruit” have been registered for Akebia to facilitate its commercial development.展开更多

Therefore, it is suitable to be grown in tropical areas and countries such as Myanmar and Indonesia. The male parent contains herbicide susceptible lethality gene and it is possible for mechanical mixed planting. The research analyzed performance of Hunyou No. 2 growth in Myanmar and the results showed that Hunyou No. 2 performed better in yield, panicle length, the number of seed per panicle, setting percentage, and thousand-seed weight than She thwe yin, as well as lodging resistance, disease resistance and quality. Shuangyou 092, a Brassica napus cultivar with high oil content, high quality and high yield, was bred by Institute of Industrial Crops of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences with Zhongshuang 9 as female parent, and...Shuangyou 092, a Brassica napus cultivar with high oil content, high quality and high yield, was bred by Institute of Industrial Crops of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences with Zhongshuang 9 as female parent, and the cytoplasmic male sterility maintainer line 32B as male parent. It was registered and released in 2014. The average yield was 2 858.5 kg/hm^2 in Henan province regional test of high quality, 12.43% higher than the check variety Fengyou 9 in 2010-2011 and 2011-2012. Its yield was 3 478.8 kg/ha in Henan Province productive test of high quality,9.52% higher than the check variety Fengyou 9 in 2012-2013. According to the test results in 2011-2012 and 2012-2013, the seeds quality of Shuangyou 092 was very good with near zero erucic acid (0.0%, 0.1%) in fat acid, 17.19 μmol/g and 19.78 μmol/g glucosinolates in its meal, the oil content of 46.60% and 45.76%. The cultivar was resistant (tolerant) to Sclerotinia, virus diseases, cold, and lodging. Its high yield and high quality can be obtained by planting in large scale, sowing at right time, rational close planting, balancing fertilizer and harvesting at right time.展开更多

[Method] Sperms were extracted from bursa copulatrix of female moths mated for 30 min through extruding and centrifugal method, and then the semen was injected into other virgin moths with trypsinase. [ Result] A high-effective collection technology of spermatids from silkworm was established successfully, 50 μl semen could be collected by only one person in each hour. The survival rate of spermatids was over 80% in vito after collected from bursa copulatrix, while the obtained semen was quite pure and the average fertilization rate of silkworm was 76,5%. [ Conclusion] The establishment of high-effective semen extraction technique of silkworm provides the technical basis for studies on other related techniques for silkworm sperm.展开更多

The results showed that with transplanting periods of March 5-March 15, and planting space of 120 cmx(50-60) cm, agronomic and economic characters of tobaccos showed insignificant differences. Specifically, plant height was growing upon the number of left leaf and fertilizer amount; tobacco yield and output value kept increasing upon fertilizer, and both reached maximums with pure N at 195 kg/hm^2, showing significant differences with the treatment of pure N at 135 kg/hm^2; the number of left leaf had the least effects on agronomic and economic characters of tobaccos. The research indicated that highly-qualified HQ No.1 can be produced, given that tobaccos are transplanted during March 10-March 15, planting density of 15 000-16 500 seedlings/hm^2, the number of left leaves of 22-24 leaves per seedling, and pure N of 150-165 kg/hm^2 in Hengyang.展开更多

The present mo...Based on assuming that there is the precursor film in the front of the apparent contact line (ACL), a model was proposed to understand the dynamic wetting process and associated dynamic contact angle. The present model indicated that a new dimensionless characteristic parameter, 2, attects the dynamic wetting process and associated dynamic contact angle as well. However, the previous model suggested that the dynamic contact angle is dependent'on the capillary number and static contact angle only. An experimental investigation was conducted to measure the dynamic wetting behavior of silicon oil moving over glass, aluminum and stainless steel surfaces. It concluded that when the value of 2 was selected as 0.07, 0.16 and 0.35 for glass, aluminum and stainless steel, respectively, the experimental results were in good accordance with the prediction of the model. Furthermore, the comparison of the model with Strom's experimental data showed that 2 is independent on the species of liquids. Apparently, 2 should be interpreted as the effect of the solid surface properties on the dynamic wetting process.Meanwhile, it is found in the present experiment that the Hoffman-Voinov-Tanner law, which is valid at very low capillary number (Ca 〈〈 1 or 80〈 10°) recommend by Cazabat, still holds for higher contact angles, even up to 70°-80°. In this paper, the principles of digital jacquard fabric design were classified into two parts, colorless mode and colorful mode, and an innovative layered combination design method has been suggested contenting with this new design concept, by which digital jacquard fabric can be designed from colorless single-layer structure to colorful compound structure. As a result, designed colorless and colorful jacquard fabrics are capable of expressing picturesque and photo-realistic effects with a mega level color number on face of fabric. It is envisaged that the results of the study are of tremendous benefit to the creation of new jacquard fabric with an inimitable digital effect and this creation pose no problem in mass production.展开更多

The results showed that with transplanting periods of March 5-March 15, and planting space of 120 cmx(50-60) cm, agronomic and economic characters of tobaccos showed insignificant differences. Specifically, plant height was growing upon the number of left leaf and fertilizer amount; tobacco yield and output value kept increasing upon fertilizer, and both reached maximums with pure N at 195 kg/hm^2, showing significant differences with the treatment of pure N at 135 kg/hm^2; the number of left leaf had the least effects on agronomic and economic characters of tobaccos. The research indicated that highly-qualified HQ No.1 can be produced, given that tobaccos are transplanted during March 10-March 15, planting density of 15 000-16 500 seedlings/hm^2, the number of left leaves of 22-24 leaves per seedling, and pure N of 150-165 kg/hm^2 in Hengyang.

文摘Based on assuming that there is the precursor film in the front of the apparent contact line (ACL), a model was proposed to understand the dynamic wetting process and associated dynamic contact angle. The present model indicated that a new dimensionless characteristic parameter, 2, attects the dynamic wetting process and associated dynamic contact angle as well. However, the previous model suggested that the dynamic contact angle is dependent'on the capillary number and static contact angle only. An experimental investigation was conducted to measure the dynamic wetting behavior of silicon oil moving over glass, aluminum and stainless steel surfaces. It concluded that when the value of 2 was selected as 0.07, 0.16 and 0.35 for glass, aluminum and stainless steel, respectively, the experimental results were in good accordance with the prediction of the model. Furthermore, the comparison of the model with Strom's experimental data showed that 2 is independent on the species of liquids. Apparently, 2 should be interpreted as the effect of the solid surface properties on the dynamic wetting process.Meanwhile, it is found in the present experiment that the Hoffman-Voinov-Tanner law, which is valid at very low capillary number (Ca 〈〈 1 or 80〈 10°) recommend by Cazabat, still holds for higher contact angles, even up to 70°-80°. This is explained by (he present model very well.

文摘Digital jacquard fabric has its design concept and method directly borrowed from computer images and color modes, which enabled creation of jacquard fabric design that is far beyond what freehand patterns can express. In this paper, the principles of digital jacquard fabric design were classified into two parts, colorless mode and colorful mode, and an innovative layered combination design method has been suggested contenting with this new design concept, by which digital jacquard fabric can be designed from colorless single-layer structure to colorful compound structure. As a result, designed colorless and colorful jacquard fabrics are capable of expressing picturesque and photo-realistic effects with a mega level color number on face of fabric. It is envisaged that the results of the study are of tremendous benefit to the creation of new jacquard fabric with an inimitable digital effect and this creation pose no problem in mass production.
