俄罗斯哈克斯共和国短脂尾绵羊肝脏形态组织结构的研究

通过探究俄罗斯哈克斯共和国短脂尾绵羊肝脏组织结构与特征,为该品种羊的养殖及疾病诊疗提供理论依据。试验采用常规解剖方法、石蜡制片和H-E染色技术,对羊肝脏进行形态学测量和组织学观察。结果表明:俄罗斯哈克斯共和国短脂尾羊肝脏分叶明显,尾叶发达。实质内肝小叶分界明显,中央静脉和小叶间门管区内结缔组织—胶原蛋白含量较高。

Comparison of Influenza Outbreaks in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Russia Induced by 2009 Yearly New Variant of А(H1N1) Influenza Virus

The aim of the work is the comparison of the epidemiology of influenza and acute respiratory virus infections (ARVI) in the Republic of Kazakhstan with the corresponding influenza epidemic in Russia induced by influenza pandemic virus A/California/07/2009 in 2009.Data on influenza and ARVI from the Republic of Kazakhstan and Federal Center of influenza was collected and investigated over the course of several weeks from hospitalized patients with the same diagnosis among all population and in age groups on 16 territories of Kazakhstan and in 49 major cities of Russia.The epidemic in Kazakhstan resembled the Russian epidemic in terms of its abnormally early beginning,expression of monoaetiology,the spread of the epidemic into all territories and start of the epidemics among adult population.High percentage of hospitalized people and lethal outcome were registered in this epidemic.Similarity of epidemic process character in corresponding border-line territories of both countries was found out.

Economic Factors in the Use of Renewable Energy Sources in Kazakhstan

The purpose of this research was to study economic incentives to use renewable energy sources in the Republic of Kazakhstan and to give suggestions for production and circulation of the ＂green＂ certificates as a new financial instrument. The author analyzed European Union and Kazakhstani experience of economic incentives to reduce emissions and introduction of renewable energy sources. As a result of conducted research, the proposal to produce and circulate new financial instruments in Kazakhstan is made; as well as economic and environmental factors of renewable energy sources in the Republic of Kazakhstan are defined.

Kazakhstan Experience in Interethnic Communication

The democracy itself does not guarantee the automatic solution of ethnic problems. Kazakhstan model of interethnic communication distinguished with the fundamental principles of ethnic, confessional, cultural, and language diversity. The Kazakhstan model considered a polyethnicity, without forgetting that ethnicity continues to play an important role. The people of Kazakhstan are the main subject of the state ethnic policy. The conceptual tbrmula ＂We Are the People of Kazakhstan＂ of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan expresses a community principle of all citizens of the country irrespective of an ethnic origin. The sphere of the interethnic communications represents difficult and rather delicate part of political life of Kazakhstan. Any insignificant event can have impact on a condition and further development of a situation in this sphere. Thus, despite relative stability, a number of tendencies observed here are capable to lead to its violation at a certain combination of circumstances. For strengthening and improving the Kazakhstan model of interethnic tolerance and a public consent, as well as for lbrmation of national idea further democratization of society is definitely necessary.

Estimation of Artificial Plantings of Pinus sylvestris in Kazakhstan according to Their Geographical Origin

35-40-year experience of the study of geographical cultures in Kazakhstan has allowed accumulating of significant scientific information on test of seed progeny of different origins of Pinus sylvestris. Results on growing of climatic types of the pine in provenance trial plantations of Pavlodarskaya, East-Kazakhstan, Kostanayskaya and Akmolinskaya oblasts of the Republic of Kazakhstan are given. Long-term studies have shown that at growing of different origins in determined conditions with the use of identical agricultural techniques, different silvicultural, selection and economic effects are reached. Analysis of all the available material has been conducted on the basis of which new forest seed zoning is designed and the most productive and stable ecotypes are selected as candidates for sort-populations. Arakaragayskiy ecotype is universal for different zones and site conditions of the pine in Kazakhstan. Chebarkulskiy ecotype has good indices on productivity, stability, quality of plantings and on selection effect. Given geographical ecotypes are recommended as candidates for sort-populations.

The Effect of Globalization on the Language Policy in a Multi-Cultural Kazakhstan

This paper focuses on the language policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is intended to invite the readers for the broadening of the debate on the issues raised. The 20th century, for Kazakhs, became a century of tragic events which transformed them into the minority on their own native land. In spite of many collisions in history Kazakhs have not lost their language, the main wealth. At the beginning of the 21st century, Kazakhstan has tackled a lot of problems, connected with national and ethnic issues, social structure, and foreign and home policy. The influence of globalization is felt in every sphere of life in Kazakhstan. Serious ethno-demographic changes have occurred after gaining independence. Kazakhstan from the state with two dominating Kazakh and Russian diasporas has turned to the state with dominating one, the Kazakh ethnos.
