In recent years, realising a "clean- state" design for the future Internet has become an important research focus. An architecture com- bining an Information-Centric Network (ICN) and Sottware-Defmed Network (SDN) (IC-SDN) has gradually attracted more attention. How- ever, the existing studies regarding IC-SDN still lack support in terms of the "network status awareness" function, resulting in unreasonable resource allocation. In this paper, we propose a new status-aware resource adaptation sche- me, i.e. a status-aware module is embedded into basic elements (Forwarding Node (FN) and Resource adaption Manager (RM)). The FNs collect the network status dynamically for the controller to reallocate network resources accor- ding to the fluctuations in environmental con- ditions. Simulation results show that, compared with the existing IC-SDN mechanism, the pro- posed scheme reduced the link bandwidth var- iance by 56% and the content delivery latency by 40%. The proof-of-concept implementation demonstrates the feasibility of our proposed sc- heme for small-scale deployment. 展开更多

The first one... The present work describes software SOLEEC (copyright 03-2012-070510302900-01 Mexico), a numerical tool for PTC (parabolic trough collector) designing. Software SOLEEC is divided into two main parts. The first one allows solar resource assessment for a specific place on the Earth. The computation and assessment can be done for a specific day on the year, for one specific month and the monthly averages along the year. The last one gives annual charts such as: solar constant, Earth declination, insolation hours, and sunrise and sunset hours. The second part has four different execution options for PTC designing, that is, using options one and two user can get five different designs based on receiver outer diameter evaluating solar radiation data along the full year or only one solar radiation value (monthly), on the other hand options three and four were developed to compute the thermal evaluation for an operating collector for twelve solar radiation values (annually) or a specific month computation, respectively. 展开更多

Designing excellent mid-infrared nonlinear optical materials with fluorooxo-functional group of d^0 transition metal oxyfluorides 被引量:7

Exploration of new infrared(IR) nonlinear optical(NLO) materials is still in urgency owing to the indispensable roles in optoelectronic devices, resource exploration, and long-distance laser communication. The formidable challenge is to balance the contradiction between wide band gaps and large second harmonic generation(SHG) effects in IR NLO materials. In the present work, we proposed new kinds of NLO active units, d^0 transition metal fluorooxofunctional groups for designing mid-IR NLO materials. By studying a series of d^0 transition metal oxyfluorides(TMOFs),the influences of fluorooxo-functional groups with different d^0 configuration cations on the band gap and SHG responses were explored. The results reveal that the fluorooxo-functional groups with different d^0 configuration cations can enlarge band gaps in mid-IR NLO materials. The first-principles calculations demonstrate that the nine alkali/alkaline earth metals d^0 TMOFs exhibit wide band gaps(all the band gaps >3.0 e V), large birefringence Δn(> 0.07), and two W/Mo TMOFs also exhibit large SHG responses. Moreover, by comparing with other fluorooxo-functional groups, it is found that introducing fluorine into building units is an effective way to enhance optical performance. These d^0 TMOFs with superior fluorooxo-functional groups represent a new exploration family of the mid-IR region, which sheds light on the design of mid-IR NLO materials possessing large band gap. 展开更多
