变压精馏与膜分离组合技术分离四氢呋喃-水工艺的模拟与优化

四氢呋喃脱水回收是化工行业非常常见的工艺处理装置,变压精馏、萃取精馏等在国内有广泛的应用。膜分离处理四氢呋喃脱水在装置能耗、产品纯度及收率具有优势,但独立的膜分离装置处理装置负荷波动、原料组成波动及产出产品纯度等方面能... 四氢呋喃脱水回收是化工行业非常常见的工艺处理装置,变压精馏、萃取精馏等在国内有广泛的应用。膜分离处理四氢呋喃脱水在装置能耗、产品纯度及收率具有优势,但独立的膜分离装置处理装置负荷波动、原料组成波动及产出产品纯度等方面能力较差。因此将变压精馏与膜分离组合技术可在装置运行能耗、产品质量保证、装置的负荷抗波动性等方面均有优势。本文通过Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对四氢呋喃脱水变压精馏与膜分离组合工艺流程建立稳态模型,运用灵敏度分析工具,研究精馏塔塔顶压力、回流比等重要操作参数对装置能耗、产品纯度、收率等进行模拟分析,优化操作参数后,四氢呋喃与水的共沸物实现较好的分离效果,装置能耗较双塔变压精馏降低25%,四氢呋喃产品纯度达到99.99%。 展开更多

Nano CuO/ZSM-5 zeolite was prepared and used as a catalyst for dehydration of 1,4-butanediol(BDO) to tetrahydrofuran(THF) in liquid-phase. It was found that the 4.6 wt% CuO/ZSM-5 displayed good catalytic performance, and nearly 100%of BDO conversion and more than 99% of THF selectivity could be achieved by a rotary evaporator reactor at 170 °C under the atmospheric pressure. With such mild reaction conditions, 2400 g BDO could be converted to THF over 1 g catalyst under semi-continuous operation. Characterizations with X-ray diffraction(XRD), temperature-programmed reduction(TPR),NH3-temperature programmed desorption(TPD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), transmission electron microscope(TEM) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) over fresh and used 4.6 wt% CuO/ZSM-5 were conducted. Based on the results of the characterization and catalytic performance of 4.6 wt% CuO/ZSM-5, it can be conjectured that the formed 1–3 nm CuO nanoparticles, suitable acidity of the catalyst due to the synergic interaction of CuO and ZSM-5 support promoted the dehydration of BDO to THF. 展开更多
