针对常见的柔性电子层和结构无法应用于直线产品的问题,提出了一种由单晶硅材料和聚合物材料组成的新型柔性电子回形包裹线结构,实现了柔性电子技术由平面产品应用转向直线产品应用,该结构通过聚合物的包裹来减小单晶硅的应力/应变。运... 针对常见的柔性电子层和结构无法应用于直线产品的问题,提出了一种由单晶硅材料和聚合物材料组成的新型柔性电子回形包裹线结构,实现了柔性电子技术由平面产品应用转向直线产品应用,该结构通过聚合物的包裹来减小单晶硅的应力/应变。运用经典力学理论建立了结构各个区域的线性方程,再通过虚功原理和边界条件求解得到了结构的应力/应变解析解;建立了回形包裹线结构有限元模型,并对其进行了仿真实验分析,得到了结构的应力/应变有限元解,将有限元解与解析解进行比较,验证了理论分析的正确性。研究结果表明:单晶硅区域应变接近于零,保证了单晶硅区域即有源器件区的正常工作;结构受外力和扭矩的影响较小,稳定性高、性能良好。 展开更多

In this research,crashworthiness of polyurethane foam-filled tapered decagonal structures with different ratios of a/b=0,0.25,0.5,0.75 and 1 was evaluated under axial and oblique impacts.These new designed structures contained inner and outer tapered tubes,and four stiffening plates connected them together.The parameter a/b corresponds to the inner tube side length to the outer tube one.In addition,the space between the inner and outer tubes was filled with polyurethane foam.After validating the finite element model generated in LS-DYNA using the results of experimental tests,crashworthiness indicators of SEA(specific energy absorption)and Fmax(peak crushing force)were obtained for the studied structures.Based on the TOPSIS calculations,the semi-foam filled decagonal structure with the ratio of a/b=0.5 demonstrated the best crashworthiness capability among the studied ratios of a/b.Finally,optimum thicknesses(t1(thickness of the outer tube),t2(thickness of the inner tube),t3(thickness of the stiffening plates))of the selected decagonal structure were obtained by adopting RBF(radial basis function)neural network and genetic algorithm. 展开更多

With the challenge from services diversity grows greatly,the service-oriented supporting ability is required to current high-speed passive optical network(PON) .Aimed to enhance the quality of service(Qo S) brought by diversified-services,this paper proposes an Simplified Echo State Network(SESN) Based Services Awareness scheme in High-Speed PON(Passive Optical Network) .In this proposed scheme,the ring topology is adopted in the reservoir of SESN to reduce the complexity of original Echo State Network,and system dynamics equation is introduced to keep the accuracy of SESN.According to the network architecture of 10G-EPON,a SESN Master is running in the OLT and a number of SESN Agents work in ONUs.The SESN Master plays the main function of service-awareness from the total view of various kinds services in 10G-EPON system,by fully SESN training.Then,the reservoir information of well-trained SESN in OLT will be broadcasted to all ONUs and those SESN Agents working in ONUs are allowed to conducts independent service-awareness function.Thus,resources allocation and transport policy are both determined just only in ONUs.Simulation results show that the proposed mechanism is able to better supporting ability for multiple services. 展开更多

The stability of a backfill wall is critical to implement gob-side entry driving technology in which a small coal pillar is substituted by a waste backfill wall. Based on features of surrounding rock structures in the backfill wall, we propose a mechanical model on the structural effect of a soft-hard backfill wall using theory analysis, physical experiments and a numerical simulation. The results show thatChe deformation of the structure of the soft-hard backfill wall is coordinated with the roof and floor. The soft structure on the top of the backfill wall can absorb the energy in the roof by its large deformation and adapt to the given deformation caused by the rotation and subsidence of a key rock block. The hard structure at the bottom of the backfill wall can absorb the strong supporting resistance from the top surrounding rock. The soft structure on the top protecting the hard bottom structure by its large deformation contributes to the stability of the entire backfill wall. An application indicated that the stress in the backfill wall effec- tively decreased and its deformation was significantly reduced after the top coal remained. The paper introduces a kind of full length recoverable resin metal bolts, expounds its structural principle and stress features, and gives some instances in laboratory tests and underground tests. The results show that full length recoverable resin metal bolts can be used for supporting the walls of class Ⅰ~Ⅲ mining gateways, that the anchoring force is 50 kN or so, and that the recoverability rate is more than 80%, thus the supporting effect is better than that of split set bolts. 展开更多
