The most important and urgent problem of Mental causation is the problem of causal exclusion. As a theory combined with strong emergence, nonconstructive panpsychism can solve the problem that the closed physical causal chain repels the psychological causal chain, it can also solve the problem that low-level causality repels high-level causality.
