聚苯硫醚的固相成型工艺研究

本文研究了PPS粉末固相压缩烧结成型工艺,重点研究了压缩工艺参数对制品生密度和机械性能的影响规律,其中包括:压缩压力、最大压力保持时间、施压速率、压缩温度等对PPS制品的生密度和机械性能的的影响.结果表明,压缩工艺参数对制品性... 本文研究了PPS粉末固相压缩烧结成型工艺,重点研究了压缩工艺参数对制品生密度和机械性能的影响规律,其中包括:压缩压力、最大压力保持时间、施压速率、压缩温度等对PPS制品的生密度和机械性能的的影响.结果表明,压缩工艺参数对制品性能有重大影响,适宜的压缩工艺条件为:最大压力150~200MPa;保压时间:不低于3min;升压速率宜缓,在3min内达最大值.通过实验发现,压缩温度对制品性能有重要影响,适宜的压缩温度应在PPS的Tg以上,Tm以下,以120℃为宜.在上述较好的工艺条件下,所压制品的相对密度可达0.94.本研究为PPS粉末固相压缩烧结成型工艺提供了重要的依据. 展开更多

通过熔融共混的方法制备了聚丙烯/聚氨酯(PP/TPU)复合材料,TPU在PP/TPU复合材料中呈现“海-岛”结构分布,导致复合材料具有较低的力学强度。通过施加强拉伸场,PP/TPU复合材料的相对结晶度显著提高,并且随着拉伸比的增加,复合材料的结晶... 通过熔融共混的方法制备了聚丙烯/聚氨酯(PP/TPU)复合材料,TPU在PP/TPU复合材料中呈现“海-岛”结构分布,导致复合材料具有较低的力学强度。通过施加强拉伸场,PP/TPU复合材料的相对结晶度显著提高,并且随着拉伸比的增加,复合材料的结晶度和取向度逐渐增加;此外,通过在PP/TPU复合材料中增容剂的引入,显著改善了TPU在PP基体中的分散性。在较高拉伸比下,PP/TPU复合材料内部能够形成纤维化结构,使PP材料的拉伸强度从约30 MPa(DR=1)提高到了约320 MPa(DR=8),提高幅度约966%。相比于口模拉伸的纯PP材料,TPU和增容剂的引入能够使口模拉伸的复合材料在具有较高拉伸强度的同时,具有较好地韧性。因此,通过协同调控口模拉伸成型强拉伸场和增容剂,可以获得同时增强增韧的PP复合材料,为PP的改性提供了一种新的方法。 展开更多

New sustainable syntheses based on solid-state strategies have sparked enormous attention and provided novel routes for the synthesis of supported metallic alloy nanocatalysts(SMACs).Despite considerable recent progress in this field,most of the developed methods suffer from either complex operations or poorly controlled morphology,which seriously limits their practical applications.Here,we have developed a sustainable strategy for the synthesis of PdAg alloy nanoparticles(NPs)with an ultrafine size and good dispersion on various carbon matrices by directly grinding the precursors in an agate mortar at room temperature.Interestingly,no solvents or organic reagents are used in the synthesis procedure.This simple and green synthesis procedure provides alloy NPs with clean surfaces and thus an abundance of accessible active sites.Based on the combination of this property and the synergistic and alloy effects between Pd and Ag atoms,which endow the NPs with high intrinsic activity,the PdAg/C samples exhibit excellent activities as electrocatalysts for both the hydrogen oxidation and evolution reactions(HOR and HER)in a basic medium.Pd9Ag1/C showed the highest activity in the HOR with the largest j0,m value of 26.5 A g Pd^–1 and j0,s value of 0.033 mA cmPd^–2,as well as in the HER,with the lowest overpotential of 68 mV at 10 mA cm^–2.As this synthetic method can be easily adapted to other systems,the present scalable solid-state strategy may open opportunity for the general synthesis of a wide range of well-defined SMACs for diverse applications. 展开更多

When offsetting the contour to compensate for the radius of laser spot, many self-intersection contours come into being, which decrease the precision of formed parts. A new lemma to judge the local self-intersection contour and the global self-intersection contour separately is put forward, according to which self-intersection contour can be removed reliably. Meanwhile, a new beam offsetting algorithm for SLA parts is described, which brings about good resuits in the practical manufacturing process. 展开更多

Cyclotides constitute a fascinating family of circular proteins containing ca.30 amino acid residues.They have a unique cyclic cysteine knot topology and exhibit remarkable thermal,chemical and enzymatic stabilities.These characteristics enable them to have a range of biological activities and promising pharmaceutical and agricultural applications.Here,we present a practical strategy for the chemical synthesis of cyclotides through the intramolecular ligation of fully unprotected peptide O-esters.This strategy involves the mild Fmoc solid-phase peptide synthesis of the peptide O-ester backbone,the head-to-tail cyclization of the cyclotide backbone by native chemical ligation,and the oxidative refolding to yield the natural knot protein.The simplicity and high efficiency of the strategy can be employed in the synthesis of artificial cyclotides for pharmaceutical applications. 展开更多
