加味百合固金方对局部晚期肺癌化疗减毒增效作用的临床观察 被引量:12

目的:观察加味百合固金方在局部晚期原发性支气管肺癌化疗中的减毒增效作用。方法:60例病人随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。对照组应用NP方案,治疗组在应用NP方案同时配合应用中药加味百合固金方(组成:生地黄、黄芪、龙葵、石上柏、白... 目的:观察加味百合固金方在局部晚期原发性支气管肺癌化疗中的减毒增效作用。方法:60例病人随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。对照组应用NP方案,治疗组在应用NP方案同时配合应用中药加味百合固金方(组成:生地黄、黄芪、龙葵、石上柏、白英、熟地黄、百合、沙参、生牡蛎)。21天为1周期,2个周期后评价疗效。结果:中医证侯总有效率治疗组100%,对照组36.66%。2组总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);肿瘤部分缓解率(CR+PR)治疗组为43.33%,对照组为24.14%。2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。体重增加总有效率治疗组为90.32%,对照组为33.33%。2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。KPS评分总有效率治疗组为100%,对照组为46.67%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗后NK细胞、T细胞亚群、IL-2水平,与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P< 0.01)。结论:加味百合固金方能有效地辅助化疗治疗原发性支气管肺癌,并对化疗患者有减毒增效作用。 展开更多

The microstructures and crystal growth directions of permanent mould casting(PMC) and directionally solidified(DS) Al-Cu alloys with different contents of Cu were investigated. Simultaneously, the effects of pouring temperature on the microstructure and crystal growth direction of permanent mould casting pure Al were also discussed. The results indicate that the α(Al) crystals in the pure Al do not always keep common columnar grains, but change from the columnar grains to columnar dendrites with developed arms as the pouring temperature rises. The growth direction also varies with the change of pouring temperature. Cu element has similar effects on the microstructures of the PMC and DS casting Al-Cu alloys and the α(Al) crystals gradually change from columnar crystals in turn to columnar dendrites and developed equiaxed dendrites as the Cu content increases. The crystal growth direction in the PMC alloys gradually approaches (110) orientation with increasing Cu content. But the resulting crystals with growth direction of (110) do not belong to feathery grains. There are also no feathery grains to form in all of the DS Al-Cu alloys. 展开更多

The double directional solidification(DS) technique was developed to control the lamellar microstructures in primary β TiAl-Nb alloys.Polysynthetically twinned(PST) crystals with lamellar boundaries parallel to or inclined 45o to the growth direction were achieved due to the complete peritectic transformation during directional solidification of the alloys with the dendritic solid/liquid interface.The PST crystals with aligned lamellar boundaries only parallel to the growth direction were produced when lamellar grains with lamellar boundaries in the same orientation were seeded by themselves under appropriate growth conditions.Low boron addition is harmful to align the lamellar orientation because of the growth of non-peritectic α phase.Due to the larger yttria particles and boride ribbons in the directionally solidified TiAl-Nb alloys,the tensile plastic elongations of the alloys are only close to 2%. 展开更多

The effects of different solution methods on microstructure, mechanical properties and precipitation behavior of Al-Mg-Si alloy were investigated by scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, tensile test, and differential scanning calorimetry. The results revealed that the recrystallized grains of the alloy after the solution treatment with hot air became smaller and more uniform, compared with solution treatment with electrical resistance. The texture of the alloy after two solution treatment methods was different. More rotated cube components were formed through solution treatment with electrical resistance, which was better for improving the drawability of the alloy. The strength of the alloy under the solution treatment with hot air was higher before stamping, because of the small uniform grains and many clusters in the matrix. The alloy solution treated with hot air also possessed good bake hardenability, because the transformation occurred on more clusters in the matrix. 展开更多

The present study focused on the formation and crystallographic orientation of twinned dendrites coexisting with equiaxed grains in unidirectional solidification of Al-32%Zn(mass fraction)alloy.The morphology was investigated by optical metallograph and electron back-scattered diffraction technique.Results showed that the macrostructure of the alloy exhibited a typical feathery and fan-like structure while the microstructures were elongated lamellas,which were separated by coherent and incoherent twin boundaries.Both the primary trunk and all lateral arms of twinned dendrites grew along〈110〉directions,unlike regular〈100〉α(Al)dendrites.The facet growth of crystals at solid/liquid interface was responsible for the origin of twinned dendrites during the weak local convection,and high thermal gradient and medium solidification velocity had significant contribution to the formation of twinned dendrites.The formation mechanism of twinned dendrites which consisted of three multiplication ways of new twin boundaries formation and one way of dendrite evolution in twin plane was shown schematically. 展开更多

A novel technique of introducing gas bubble stirring during solidification was studied to prepare Al-Si semi-solid slurry. The microstructure evolution of the slurry during slow cooling process after stirring was investigated. The effects of the solidification rate on the microstructure of the semi-solid slurry were investigated under three different solidification conditions. The results show that fine non-dendritic slurry can be obtained using the gas bubble stirring method. Ripening and coarsening of primary Al grains are observed during the slow cooling process, and at last coarsened eutectic Si appears. Primary Al grains with different sizes and eutectic Si are obtained, corresponding to three different solidification rates. 展开更多
