Hohhot was awarded the title of "Chinese Dairy Capital". Now dairy industry is one of the pillar industries in Hohhot, with strong driving effect to the development of social economy. However; the sustainable development of dairy industry in Hohhot is threatened by rapid scale expansion and restriction of environmental supporting capacity, In accord with the ideas and requirements of the circular economy theory, this paper analyzes dairy industry pattern from two aspects and establishes the industry system. The dairy industry mainly consists of cow breeding and dairy process. The circular economy mnst set about from the two aspects. For the most part, dairy processing should start from the two most key links, namely packing and water using.展开更多

To improve the fault detection power of the partial least square (PLS) method for quality control, a new QRPV statistic is proposed in terms of the VP (variable importance in projection) indices of monitored process variables, which is significantly advanced over and different from the conventional Q statistic. QRPV is calculated only by the residuals of the remarkable process variables (RPVs). Therefore, it is the dominant relation between quality and RPV not all process variables (as in the case of the conventional PLS) that is monitored by this new VP-PLS (VPLS) method. The combination of QRPV and T2 statistics is applied to the quality and cost control of the Tennessee Eastman (TE) process, and weak faults can be detected as quickly as possible. Consequently, the product quality of TE process is guaranteed and operation costs are reduced.展开更多

Bestowed with growing disposable incomes, Kerala consumers exhibit wide diversity in their buying habits. Apparently, the emerging fascination for imported brands impels distributers to leave enough space to shelf more "made in China" brands in their showrooms. The substantial increase in consumers' demand for imported goods with considerable attraction for "made in China" products inspired this study to explore the demand state for various types of Chinese products in the Indian regional markets. Divided into two stages, at first, with a primary survey, the study explores the consumers' perception towards selected five vastly available consumer durables such as electrical appliances, handicrafts, stationeries, toys and builds wares. Later, the demand matrix developed from the primary data defines the types of demand prevailing for each category of"made in China" products based on their popularity and consumption in Kerala markets.展开更多

Calculations are based on the input-output model that incorporates pollution control costs. We took enterprises 'pollution control costs as the substitute variable for environmental regulation and price changes to measure the impact on international competitiveness for all sectors. Our studies reported three findings. First, price rises caused by pollution control costs were not more than 4 per cent in the manufacturing and trade sectors in 2007. Second, although the charging rate on pollutant discharge has become increasingly higher since 2003, the resultant price rise is only around O. 5 per cent across all sectors. Third, the impact brought about by increasingly stronger environmental regulation is limited and the resultant price rise does not exceed 2 per cent. Thesefindings indicate that the impact of environmental regulation on China's trade sectors is affordable. Therefore, it is needless to worry that environmental regulation will weaken the international competitiveness of Chinese products.展开更多

A large proportion of the exportation of Turkey is made from the agricultural products. Thereby it can be said that the agricultural sector is one of the main sectors contributing to the economy of the country considerably. But it's known that the sector is affected by some risks and uncertainities such as: sector's being made-up of family-owned companies, its being sensitive to the weather conditions, the long process of buying products, the work's being seasonal, self-consumption, the difficulty in accounting the cost, unrecorded agricultural transactions. Within this context to determine the sector's contribution to the country's economy clearly is related to recording the agricultural transactions properly and choosing the realistic methods and implementations. But despite the importance that agricultural transactions carry, the rules of recognition of the related transactions stay at an area that is not much worked on by the operators and researchers till the accounting postulates published. One reason for this is the sector, which is generally made-up of family-owned companies, and the operators have a general view point that accounting is not the purpose of management but taxation. In recent years with the international development of economy and technology, it's seen that big investors have entered the sector. With the changed system of trade, agricultural sector became a strategic sector. In this respect, in-depth data and information, acquired from accounting system, became very important. In this study, the principles and the rules that are applied in the agricultural transactions within the frame of international accounting standards are explained. In which account group should be the biological assets that are agricultured and agricultural products according to their qualities, which accounts are used, and how they are recognitioned are explained. In this context, in the study the examples which are related with the implementation are given over annual plants and prennial plants. The differences between the accounts that are used, are mentioned over by these examples.展开更多
