辽朝"鞍马得天下",其在我国历史上占有重要的地位。由于其尚武、乐动、阳刚的性格使得其体育的发展更加值得关注。本文通过文献资料法、比较研究法对斗鸡这一"国戏"进行研究,以期探究其对当代体育游戏开展的借鉴价值。

晚清上海租界戏园为何能遵守国忌禁戏?

国忌禁乐是清代国家礼制的重要规定,1880年以前,上海租界戏园于国忌日普遍地违禁演剧,1881年3月以后则能较严格地遵守。上海租界戏园能遵守国忌禁戏的主要原因有:国忌禁戏易于监管;忌辰礼俗社会基础深厚;日停夜演对戏园生意影响较小且并不影响租界当局的戏园税收;中西丧祭文化对国忌的认识有共通处,国忌禁戏的执行得到了租界当局的配合。租界戏园遵守国忌禁戏是权力、礼俗、商业、税收等诸因素相互平衡的结果。晚清上海租界戏园于国忌禁戏由违反到遵守的过程有助于认识清代禁戏问题的丰富性与复杂性。

荆州花鼓戏:历史轨迹与文化地位——基于文献与田野的考察

荆州花鼓戏是湖北四大地方戏曲剧种之一,起源于明末到清代康乾年间,在较长的时间段中被称为"土花鼓"、"地花鼓"。荆州花鼓戏诞生之初,不过是乡间农人生活中的一种歌唱,一种小戏,其后,从"自发"的状态走向"自觉"的文艺形式,从单一的艺术走向丰富的艺术形态。建国后,更登"大剧之堂",并完成了从"淫戏"到"正剧"的转型,成为湖北现代文艺的有机成分。由于荆州花鼓戏以地道的天沔话作为语言声腔,以一剧一调为自己的艺术特征,以贴近江汉平原的草根性为自己的文化特色,从而深深扎根于江汉平原的广袤大地上,成为当地人们心目中的"国戏",也因此获得不朽的生命力。

A Review and Reflection on the Epoch-Making Transformation of China-US Relations

The China-US relations have experienced four rounds of transformation since the 1970 s. The recent transformation is of epoch-making significance. President Xi Jinping's state visit to the US constitutes an important node of the transformation. The time of this transformation is relatively longer, and has been accompanied with frequent intensive and risky games. China should step up efforts to build confidence and reduce differences with the US to better control all possible crises and expand mutual cooperation. China should also strengthen its game consciousness and pay attention to the use of wisdom and skills.

The Importance of Hunting and Hunting Areas for Big and Small Game （Food） for the Tourism Development in the Crna River Basin in the Republic of Macedonia

The Crna River is a river in the Republic of Macedonia, right tributary to Vardar. Its source is in the mountains of Western Macedonia, west of Krusevo. It flows through the village of Sopotnica, and southwards through the plains east of Bitola. The name means ＂black river＂ in Macedonian, which is translation for its former Thracian name. The purpose of this paper is to show the hunting and hunting areas for big and small Game （food）, the structure of the areas of certain hunting, fishing, fishing water objects, fish species, fishponds up to 20 years shown by municipalities and individual farms with ponds in the basin of Black River. It had used statistical data for the hunting grounds by areas, fishing ponds. Fish is very diverse in this river. Hunting in the Black River basin is of great importance for the economy of Republic of Macedonia. It is also a necessary factor for development of other economic activities.

Translation of Chinese Opera Proverbs From the Perspective of Intertexuality Theory

Due to China＇s ever-expanding opening-up, sustained rapid economic growth, and its rising international status, the sharp rise in demand of national consciousness has outstripped the original operation model. Chinese renaissance can not only be understood as a catalyst for globalization, but it does also enlarge the global village by opening new economic, political, diplomatic, intellectual, and artistic horizons. Our government pays more attention to publicize and preserve traditional culture. Therefore, it becomes an urgent task about how to do research and mining, preserve fine traditional Chinese culture, and enhance the international cultural communication. Rhymed opera proverb as an important part of Chinese opera culture mirrors the ideology and culture in China. The opera proverb is responsible for both inheriting the tradition and developing the ancient art. The biggest challenge is translation which is carrier of culture. Through good translation, we will gain a better understanding of the quintessence of our tradition and of the living embodiment of China and Chinese culture. This paper is intended to study opera proverb translation from the viewpoint of ＂intertextuality＂. The author believes that translation is a type of transforming activity intertextualized with language, text, and culture. Intertextuality theory is applied to investigate the process of translation. Intertextuality will be of great help to the translation of opera proverbs, which means not only to explore and transfer the literal meaning of the source text, but also to interpret and expound the cultural meaning. Only if a translation is reliable and makes sense of traditional culture can our culture be known and appreciated by the world.

Path Planning of the Multiple Mobile Robot System Applied in Chinese Chess Game

The article presents the path planning algorithm to be applied in the Chinese chess game, and uses multiple mobile robots to present the experimental scenario. Users play the Chinese chess game using the mouse on the supervised computer. The supervised computer programs the motion paths using A＊ searching algorithm, and controls mobile robots moving on the grid based chessboard platform via wireless radio frequency （RF） interface. The A＊ searching algorithm solves shortest path problems of mobile robots from the start point to the target point, and avoids the obstacles on the chessboard platform. The supervised computer calculates the total time to play the game, and computes the residual time to play chess in the step for each player. The simulation results can fired out the shortest motion paths of the mobile robots （chesses） moving to target points from start points in the monitor, and decides the motion path to be existence or not. The eaten chess can moves to the assigned position, and uses the A＊ searching algorithm to program the motion path, too. Finally, the authors implement the simulation results on the chessboard platform using mobile robots. Users can play the Chinese chess game on the supervised computer according to the Chinese chess game rule, and play each step of the game in the assigned time. The supervised computer can suggests which player don＇t obey the rules of the game, and decides which player to be a winner. The scenario of the Chinese chess game feedback to the user interface using the image system.

Drama and Theatre as Vehicle for Youth Empowerment and Reorientation： A Proposition for National Development and Integration

Apart from serving the functions of enlightenment and entertainment, the theatre is also useful in several other ways. For instance, it is a source of employment, cultural preservation, presentation, and projection. It also serves therapeutic functions and as social control mechanism in a society. It is a mirror of life, reflecting and highlighting the moral codes and the ills of society and castigating social evil and its doers. Beyond all of these, the theatre could also serve as an agent of civilization, community mobilisation, and youth development and emancipation. This paper discusses how the potentials of the youth in a country such as Nigeria, could be harnessed and deployed for the purposes of national orientation, development, and integration, using culture, drama, and theatre as the defining tools for this evolvement.

Study on Major Issues Conceming the Implementation of the Online Game Shutdown System --With an Emphasis on Examples of Korea

This study is conducted on the special provision of the Korean government to prevent youths＇ addiction to online games. Judging that the youths＇ addiction to online games is serious, the Korea government made a legal provision to control the phenomena of youths＇ online game addiction. At that time, there were lots of conflicting opinions in the course of implementation of the related governmental act. The purpose of this study is investigating what conflicting opinions there were in the course of the legislation and also the fundamental cause of the opinion confliction and the countermeasures thereby. Especially, it is noteworthy that two departments of the government had different legal approaches toward the issue. Thus, this study will present an affordable suggestion for other countries which have youths＇ online game addiction problems.

The Intensification of Sino-African Economic Cooperation： What Is the Role of the Congolese Economy in the Game of Equality and Mutual Benefit？

The main goal of this paper is to examine the economic relations of the Republic of Congo in its bilateral cooperation with China and to see its real implications in the Congolese economy. In other words, this paper is going to highlight the real status of the Republic of Congo in the recent intensification of cooperation with the Middle Kingdom. Indeed, China has always been criticized as a predator of African raw materials by its opponents （traditional partners of Africa）. Thus, in the Congolese context, the authors try to analyze and see whether this cooperation has corroborated that anti-thesis or not. After examining various facets of Chinese interventions in Congo, the authors conclude that： The cooperation between these two countries is a kind of cooperation for the modernization and industrialization of the Congo, which is now developing in a satisfactory way. It brings real benefits to people of both countries, and it is also welcomed by both of them. Congo and China are bound by a traditional friendship, they have cooperated with each other since 1964, and both countries must be determined to further strengthen this cooperation to achieve a common development. It should also be noted that China is first and foremost a strategic partner of development for the Congo because of the positive results recorded by its actions in different areas of its operations in that country. The authors have also noted some pitfalls and have made some suggestions accordingly, in order to enhance the performance of cooperation between the two countries. It is particularly in terms of the transfer of technology, compliance with the regulations in force in Congo by Chinese enterprises, the adjustments made by China concerning the training of Congolese students who receive scholarships from the Chinese government for their training in China and on Chinese language, and finally the area of diversification of production, it is worth pointing out that the Congo only exports its main raw materials to China, such as oil and wood, and moreover, those materials are exported in the raw state, thus reducing the incentives of diversification of its domestic production. The data used in this article cover the periods from 1995 to 2005, which are inadequate for this work, given the momentum taken by the development of cooperation between the two countries. Then, for future researchers, they have to refine the work concerning the next state of Sino-African cooperation.

To Decide or Not to Decide. Recognition, Intersubjectivity, and the （Un）expected Role of Unexpectedness

Recognition is the key to intersubjectivity, as it implies a relation only possible between rational subjects. To recognize means therefore to make a decision, maybe one of the most important decisions, so that a philosophical reflection on intersubjectivity cannot be separated from a reflection on the social and political nature of decision. This leads, to how a simple theory of decision is to be found even in a deeply intersubjective context like the one of role and tabletop games. Aim of this research is to reflect on the role of unexpectedness and unexpected--and thus free---decisions in fields like those described by recognitions, States, and games, bringing into dialogue some thoughts of Hegel, Schelling, and C. Schmitt.

Chin ese Local Operas Fascinate Parisians

The Second Chinese Theatre Festival took place in the winter of 2005 in Paris, France. The event, organized by China Cultural Center in Paris, has seen six local opera troupes from Hebei, Jiangsu, Jilin, Fujian and Guangdong provinces, showing to Parisians scores of traditional programs of Chinese operas. Chinese theatric art is not novel to French people. Over past decades in the history of modern China, Chinese opera masters, in particular, Peking opera singers, visited Paris many times and made traditional Chinese opera known to French people. For example, when visiting Paris half the century ago, master Cheng Yanqiu gave lectures on Peking opera, the first Chinese opera genre that was introduced to French people.

Opera Translation and Globalization of Chinese Local Culture： A Case Study of Wuxi Opera

Against the background of a rigorous campaign of globalization of Chinese culture, the global dissemination of local operas has drawn attention from the government, art performers, translators and scholars. This paper takes Wuxi Opera, a precious cultural treasure in Jiangsu province, China, for example. We will discuss the difficulties in spreading Wuxi Opera globally and learn the successful globalizing experience from other operas, such as Peking Opera, Kunqu Opera and Sichuan Opera. Considering the important status and rich resources of Peking Opera, we will analyze Peking Opera thoroughly and the most important aspects of Sichuan Opera and Kunqu Opera. By analyzing their translations and globalization process, we believe that Wuxi Opera should make efforts especially in four aspects to make progress in its globalizing campaign.

＂They Are Married to kunqu＂ ——Cultural Studies Inspired by a Chinese Traditional Theatre

In recent decades, a new type of cultural upsurge surrounding kunqu1 has arisen in Chinese language sphere, though respectively due to different reasons in China's Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other Chinese diaspora. Against the global trend of culture heritage nationalization context, via the new media platform, the performative staging of individual emotions and reverie in the market society2, the longings to redeem various alienation in a vertical modernity3, as well as the yearnings for emotional balance in a burgeoning feministic modernity, all integrate with each other and together generate a restless transforming memory for kunqu. Just like a misty veil, this complex, contentious, contradictory and long-lasting collective memory-making process blurs kunqu＇s appearance, expands its layers, and ultimately generates a cultural myth. With detailed case studies this paper aims to reflect upon the deep reasons for the kunqu myth and to probe the transformative powers of a performative space in enabling remembrance and/or forgetting.

Research on the Game Theory and Logic Optimization and the Applications on Construction of China＇s New Energy Subsidy System

In this paper, we conduct research on the game theory and the logic optimization and the applications on construction of China’s new energy subsidy system. The management of energy and the general optimization of energy structure play an important role in the development of the national economy and the upgrading of industrial structure. Therefore, it is the inevitable choice to build a well-off society in an all-round way. The energy projects management in tradition adopts way from bottom to top, namely from the floor of project management starts to collect the data, progressive upward transmission to the high-level, after analysis carries on the management and control to the project, this method had guaranteed the project pays according to progress, quality, cost and other requests, in view of the management of single project. This paper integrates the game theory and the logic optimization to construct the revised system that will be meaningful.

International VAT Fraud： The Carousel Game

The EU market＇s free circulation principle severs the VAT chain at the EU States＇ borders, thus, encouraging VAT fraud. The increased ＂transit traffic＂ from outside the EU with final destination in EU countries also contributes to VAT fraud. To examine this issue, we model some different collusive features of these frauds, on which basis we explore their effects on the international trade and the domestic market.

Past,Present,and Future:The Practice and Exploration of Digital Performance Arts in German-speaking Countries

This article characterizes the development of digital theatre in German-speaking countries,spanning the periods before,during,and after the Covid-19 pandemic,and provides an overview of several representative formats for digital performances.These formats encompass various approaches,such as facilitating the transformation of public theatres'social identity through online forum mechanisms,engaging in transmedia production across time and scenes,developing mobile applications,participating in performances via cameras,and live broadcasts of online auctions.It was argued in the article that digital theatre is increasingly solidifying its place within the German-speaking theatre landscape,with the traditional unidirectional linear performance model transitioning into an era characterized by interactive,globalized,virtual,and multidimensional online and offline performance in the future.
