浅论大理国际旅游目标市场的选择

一、大理国际旅游客源市场的现状 大理丰富的人文、自然资源,农厚的民族风情和气候,构成了丰富的旅游资源。加之,大理地处滇西及滇西地区的交通枢纽,是东联省会昆明,西向南亚及东南亚的门户,是范围广、容量大、功能全、组合佳,吸引力强、知名度高的不可多得的旅游胜地。在云南三大旅游热线和六大旅游区中占有重要位置。特别是处于昆明——大理——丽江—迪庆,昆明——大理—保山——德宏滇西旅游热线的中段,对于立足大理,联结丽江、迪庆、保山、德宏等旅游热区,依托昆明,背靠大西南,面向东南亚,拓展亚太市场,实现省委、省政府关于把云南建设成为一流旅游的大省的战略目标中占有重要的地位和作用,并具有巨大的开发潜力和广阔的发展前景。现在,大理旅游业已发展到一定规模,1994年底,国内外旅游者达250万人次,接待海外旅游者达34579人次,旅游社会总收入4.68亿元人民币,创汇803.38万美元。近年来,接待海外旅游者人数一直雄居全省第二,仅次于昆明,保持了较快的增长势头。

Boost Cruise Development by Improving the Personnel Training Level

The cruise tourism as an important way of outbound tourism has also been favored by a number of people of all ages. At the same time, in our country Shanghai, Tianjin, Xiamen and Sanya had built facilities and relatively complete cruise home port, which receive visitors from all over the world and large international passenger liner. However, because Chinese cruise industry started relatively late, talent cultivation is relatively backward, which results in cruise talent gap. This paper is based on the current situation of the development of the cruise industry in our country, comprehensively and objectively analysis the demand of talents on the cruise, and aims to put forward some suggestions for the training of the cruise personnel in our country.
