目的以大肠肿瘤患者作为研究对象,分析iscan联合OE放大内镜图像强化在早期肿瘤诊断方面的应用价值。方法以127例自2018年10月至2019年8月在我院进行结肠检查的患者作为研究对象,应用高清晰电子结肠镜为所有患者实施大肠病变筛查应用白... 目的以大肠肿瘤患者作为研究对象,分析iscan联合OE放大内镜图像强化在早期肿瘤诊断方面的应用价值。方法以127例自2018年10月至2019年8月在我院进行结肠检查的患者作为研究对象,应用高清晰电子结肠镜为所有患者实施大肠病变筛查应用白光内镜模式、iscan模式、放大内镜联合iscan模式、放大内镜联合白光内镜模式进行观察,对比各种检查方式检测价值。结果放大内镜+iscan模式检测敏感性、特异性、准确性以及阴性预测值均高于白光内镜模式、iscan模式及放大内镜+白光内镜模式,P<0.05,各种检测模式阳性预测值差异均不存在统计学意义,P>0.05。早期大肠癌放大内镜+iscan模式肿瘤浸润深度判断准确度为100%。结论iscan联合放大内镜图像强化有助于为临床进行大肠早期肿瘤病情诊断提供重要依据,具有较高的应用价值。 展开更多

目的提高脑转移瘤的诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析35例脑转移瘤的MR表现。35例均经1.5T高场强磁共振扫描仪检查,采用T1加权、T2加权和FLAIR序列进行扫描,所选患者平扫后均行Gd-DTPA增强扫描。结果病灶发生于大脑半球19例,小脑6例,全脑8例... 目的提高脑转移瘤的诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析35例脑转移瘤的MR表现。35例均经1.5T高场强磁共振扫描仪检查,采用T1加权、T2加权和FLAIR序列进行扫描,所选患者平扫后均行Gd-DTPA增强扫描。结果病灶发生于大脑半球19例,小脑6例,全脑8例,脑室内及脑干各1例。病灶多数呈类圆形不均匀长T1、长T2信号灶,发生坏死囊变13例,出血5例。病灶表现为不同程度的占位效应和瘤周水肿;增强后呈环状强化17例、结节状强化12例、花边状强化6例。结论脑转移瘤的MR表现形式多样化,但多数患者有一定特征性,MR增强检查有利于显示转移瘤的特征,对定位定性及定量诊断具有明显的优势。 展开更多

传统机器视觉用于检测车载触摸屏缺陷存在效率低、功能单一等问题,设计了一种新型车载触摸屏检测系统,实现了单台视觉检测设备对多尺寸、多种类缺陷的自动检测。首先对产品图像进行指数灰度变换以增强对比度,采用中值滤波实现图像降噪;... 传统机器视觉用于检测车载触摸屏缺陷存在效率低、功能单一等问题,设计了一种新型车载触摸屏检测系统,实现了单台视觉检测设备对多尺寸、多种类缺陷的自动检测。首先对产品图像进行指数灰度变换以增强对比度,采用中值滤波实现图像降噪;运用Canny算法进行轮廓提取,利用金字塔模板匹配法进行匹配,得到偏移信息后,利用仿射变换对图像进行矫正;然后采用动态阈值分割法提取字符等信息;最后通过建立合格样品模型库与透过率转换关系图,实现表面缺陷和透过率的即时一体化检测。实验表明,针对220 mm×180 mm尺寸的车载触摸屏的检测,处理速度达8片/min,是人工检测速度的3倍,缺陷检出率达97.5%,单片检测时间仅0.43 s,该系统实现了对车载触摸屏的高速、高精度、多目标检测。 展开更多

In order to improve image quality, a novel Retinex algorithm for image enhancement was presented. Different from conventional algorithms, it was based on certain defined points containing the illumination information in the intensity image to estimate the illumination. After locating the points, the whole illumination image was computed by an interpolation technique. When attempting to recover the reflectance image, an adaptive method which can be considered as an optimization problem was employed to suppress noise in dark environments and keep details in other areas. For color images, it was taken in the band of each channel separately. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is superior to the traditional Retinex algorithms in image entropy. 展开更多

A major problem encountered in enhancing SAR image is the total loss of phase information and the unknown parameters of imaging system. The beam sharpening technique, combined with synthetic aperture radiation pattern estimation provides an approach to process this kind of data to achieve higher apparent resolution. Based on the criterion of minimizing the expected quadratic estimation error, an optimum FIR filter with a symmetrical structure is designed whose coefficients depend on the azimuth response of local isolated prominent points because this response can be approximately regarded as the synthetic aperture radiation pattern of the imaging system. The point target simulation shows that the angular resolution is improved by a ratio of almost two to one. The processing results of a live SAR image demonstrate the validity of the method. 展开更多
