基于卷积网络模型的低照度激光图像特征增强方法 被引量:1

针对当前低照度激光图像特征增强方法在图像增强过程中需进行多次翻转平移处理,造成激光图像特征增强后损失值较大的问题,提出基于卷积网络模型的低照度激光图像特征增强方法。应用激光图像色彩模型以及去噪自编码器,完成低照度激光图... 针对当前低照度激光图像特征增强方法在图像增强过程中需进行多次翻转平移处理,造成激光图像特征增强后损失值较大的问题,提出基于卷积网络模型的低照度激光图像特征增强方法。应用激光图像色彩模型以及去噪自编码器,完成低照度激光图像预处理。使用分段性变换方法设计激光图像映射关系函数,得到低照度激光图像增强目标函数。构建卷积神经网络模型以及模型对应损失函数,完成低照度激光图像特征增强。至此,基于卷积网络模型的低照度激光图像特征增强方法设计完成。实验结果表明:此方法增强真实与合成图像特征后的损失值较低,分别为0.245和0.361,其峰值信噪比较高,分别为45.52和48.54,极大地提高了图像的应用价值,且文中方法对图像增强处理的时长最短,在13 s到16 s之间,其应用性能较高。 展开更多

基于蚁群算法优化极限学习机的声学底质分类方法

海洋底质作为深海海底环境的重要组成部分,其类型及分布特征在深海资源开发利用和海洋工程建设中有着巨大的参考价值,是海洋测绘调查的一项重要内容,基于多波束测深系统采集强度数据的监督分类方法逐渐获得广泛应用。随着人工智能的迅... 海洋底质作为深海海底环境的重要组成部分,其类型及分布特征在深海资源开发利用和海洋工程建设中有着巨大的参考价值,是海洋测绘调查的一项重要内容,基于多波束测深系统采集强度数据的监督分类方法逐渐获得广泛应用。随着人工智能的迅速发展,神经网络在声学底质分类中得到广泛应用,极限学习机(extreme learning machine,ELM)权值和偏重不再需要迭代优化,是一种学习速度较快的神经网络。针对ELM神经网络中由于初始权值和偏重矩阵随机确定而导致ELM分类器鲁棒性差的问题,本文选取蚁群算法优化ELM神经网络的初始参数,构建了ACO-ELM神经网络分类模型,经多次迭代后,由于信息素的累积,蚂蚁种群不断向最优路径偏移,训练精度逐渐增高,模型逐步达到平稳。通过底质分类实验验证表明,BM3D+ACO-ELM分类器处理的多波束声呐图像斑点噪声得到了有效控制,在西南印度洋脊龙旂热液钙质软泥和硫化物混合区域,BM3D+ACO-ELM分类器相比于其他三种分类器具有明显优势,底质分类精度得到较大提高,其中硫化物分类精度为93.23%,深海钙质软泥分类精度为93.78%。 展开更多

This paper proposes multirate algorithms for efficient implementation of edge detector, and a design example is illustrated.The multirate (decimation and/or interpolation) signal processing algorithms can achieve considerable savings in computation and storage. The proposed algorithms result in mapping relations of their z-transfer functions between non-multirate and multirate mathematical expressions in terms of time-varying coefficient instead of traditional polyphase decomposition counterparts.The mapping properties can be readily utilized to efficiently analyze and synthesize multirate edge detection filters. The Very high-speed Hardware Description Language (VHDL) simulation results verify efficiency of the algorithms for real-time Field Programmable Gate-Array (FPGA)implementation. 展开更多

In order to eliminate the pulse and Gaussian noise, the multi-scale dyadic wavelet methods are presented and discussed. The experimental results show that the multi-scale dyadic wavelet methods can successfully extract the features from noise image.The accuracy of 2D edge detection is 5.4 μm with the resolution of 2.7 μm. 展开更多

In order to solve the problem caused by variation illumination in human face recognition,we bring forward a face recognition algorithm based on the improved multi-sample. In this algorithm,the face image is processed with Retinex theory,meanwhile,the Gabor filter is adopted to perform the feature extraction. The experimental results show that the application of Retinex theory improves the recognition accuracy,and makes the algorithm more robust to the variation illumination. The Gabor filter is more effective and accurate for extracting more useable facial local features. It is proved that the proposed algorithm has good recognition accuracy and it is stable under variation illumination. 展开更多

A colored 3D surface reconstruction method which effectively fuses the information of both depth and color image using Microsoft Kinect is proposed and demonstrated by experiment.Kinect depth images are processed with the improved joint-bilateral filter based on region segmentation which efficiently combines the depth and color data to improve its quality.The registered depth data are integrated to achieve a surface reconstruction through the colored truncated signed distance fields presented in this paper.Finally,the improved ray casting for rendering full colored surface is implemented to estimate color texture of the reconstruction object.Capturing the depth and color images of a toy car,the improved joint-bilateral filter based on region segmentation is used to improve the quality of depth images and the peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)is approximately 4.57 d B,which is better than 1.16 d B of the joint-bilateral filter.The colored construction results of toy car demonstrate the suitability and ability of the proposed method. 展开更多
