A solution to compute the optimal path based on a single-line-single-directional(SLSD)road network model is proposed.Unlike the traditional road network model,in the SLSD conceptual model,being single-directional an...A solution to compute the optimal path based on a single-line-single-directional(SLSD)road network model is proposed.Unlike the traditional road network model,in the SLSD conceptual model,being single-directional and single-line style,a road is no longer a linkage of road nodes but abstracted as a network node.Similarly,a road node is abstracted as the linkage of two ordered single-directional roads.This model can describe turn restrictions,circular roads,and other real scenarios usually described using a super-graph.Then a computing framework for optimal path finding(OPF)is presented.It is proved that classical Dijkstra and A algorithms can be directly used for OPF computing of any real-world road networks by transferring a super-graph to an SLSD network.Finally,using Singapore road network data,the proposed conceptual model and its corresponding optimal path finding algorithms are validated using a two-step optimal path finding algorithm with a pre-computing strategy based on the SLSD road network.展开更多

First, the proposed method segments the image domain into two domains, a speckle domain and a non-speckle domain, based on the statistical properties of isolated speckles in the Laplacian domain. Then, depending on the domain type, different conductance coefficients in the proposed fourth-order PDE are adopted. Moreover, the frequency approach is used to determine the optimum iteration stopping time. Compared with the existing fourth-order PDEs, the proposed fourth-order PDE can remove isolated speckles and keeps the edges from being blurred. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多

It is typically used to interpret gravity and magnetic data, and find the horizontal boundaries of geological bodies. Large deviations between model and true edges are common because of the interference of depth and errors in computing the derivatives; thus, edge detection methods cannot provide information about the depth of the source. To simultaneously obtain the horizontal extent and depth of geophysical anomalies, we use normalized edge detection filters, which normalize the edge detection function at different depths, and the maxima that correspond to the location of the source. The errors between model and actual edges are minimized as the depth of the source decreases and the normalized edge detection method recognizes the extent of the source based on the maxima, allowing for reliable model results. We demonstrate the applicability of the normalized edge detection filters in defining the horizontal extent and depth using synthetic and actual aeromagnetic data.展开更多

A new parallel display algorithm with navigation data named N PDIS is then presented to adapt to limited embedded resources of computation and memory after a normal navigation data display algorithm named NDIS and related problems are analyzed, N_PDIS can synchronously create two preparative bitmapa by two parallel threads and switch one of them to screen automatically. In this paper, EIT_TJU_ II system is developed including both the data collection system and image reconstruction algo- rithm. The testing approach of the system performance, including spatial resolution and sensitivity, is described through brine tank experiments. The images of the thorax physical model verify that the system can reconstruct the interior resistivity distribution. Finally, the lung ventilation functional monitoring in vivo is realized by EIT, and the visualized images indicate that the configuration and performance of EIT_TJU_ II system are feasible and EIT is a promising technique in clinical monitoring application.展开更多

It can provide fixed estimations by matching real-time depth data with a digital terrain map, This study presents the concept of using image processing techniques in the underwater terrain matching process. The identification of fractures is of great importance in gravity and magnetic data processing and interpretation.In this study,four fracture identification methods are applied,and widely used in processing and analys...The identification of fractures is of great importance in gravity and magnetic data processing and interpretation.In this study,four fracture identification methods are applied,and widely used in processing and analysis of the gravity anomaly,including vertical second derivative method,tilt derivative method,theta map method and normalized differential method,for gravity data acquired in a given area in Heilongjiang.By comparing the distribution of the zero contour or maximum contour,we summarize the application effects,and both advantages and disadvantages of each method.It is found that tilt derivative method and normalized differential method provide better effects than other two methods:the narrower anomaly gradient belt and higher identification precision of fracture or geological boundary.The inferred fractures and geological boundaries have a great match with the results obtained from geologic map and remote sensing data interpretation.Those study results have definitely provided the theoretical foundation for identifying faults and the geological boundaries.展开更多
