图形测量系统在数字心电图机幅度和时间参数测量中的应用 被引量:1

数字心电图机可按照JJG 1041-2008《数字心电图机检定规程》进行检定,检定时需测量幅度-时间参数。常规方法是利用分规及5倍放大镜在记录纸上取样,并用钢直尺及5倍放大镜测量。由于常规方法费时费力且准确度不高,文章使用图形测量系统... 数字心电图机可按照JJG 1041-2008《数字心电图机检定规程》进行检定,检定时需测量幅度-时间参数。常规方法是利用分规及5倍放大镜在记录纸上取样,并用钢直尺及5倍放大镜测量。由于常规方法费时费力且准确度不高,文章使用图形测量系统优化了幅度-时间参数的测量方法。用扫描仪将已有的ECG波形图扫描成电子图片,然后在计算机的CAD软件中点选心电图曲线上相应的两个特征点,标注出的竖向距离即为幅度参数测量值(负值表示为绝对值),标注出的横向距离即为时间参数测量值,证实了图形测量系统的可操作性。进一步通过测量不确定度的比较分析,发现图形测量系统由波形取样判断、分辨力和最大允许误差3项引入的不确定度均小于常规方法,表明测量结果更加准确。 展开更多

为了掌握粗集料形态对宽温度域条件下沥青混合料高低温性能影响,基于集料图像测量系统(AIMS),对5种粗集料棱角性、三维形状和表面纹理进行量化分析,进而制备SMA-13试件进行不同温度范围高温车辙试验和低温弯曲蠕变试验,分析集料棱角性... 为了掌握粗集料形态对宽温度域条件下沥青混合料高低温性能影响,基于集料图像测量系统(AIMS),对5种粗集料棱角性、三维形状和表面纹理进行量化分析,进而制备SMA-13试件进行不同温度范围高温车辙试验和低温弯曲蠕变试验,分析集料棱角性指数、球度和表面纹理指数与高低温性能指标的相关性。结果表明:选用棱角性好、粒形饱满和表面纹理深度大的粗集料有利于改善沥青混合料高低温性能;随着试验温度增加,粗集料棱角性指数和球度对沥青混合料高温性能的影响程度逐渐增大,纹理指数对其影响程度则逐渐减小,且高温性能对棱角性指数和球度变化的敏感性增强;随着试验温度降低,粗集料棱角性指数、球度和纹理指数对沥青混合料低温性能的影响程度及低温性能对前述三指标变化的敏感性均逐渐降低。 展开更多

A self-developed laser image measurement system was established to study the behavior of bubble for- mation at a single orifice in non-Newtonian polyacrylamide(PAAm)solutions.Images of bubbles were captured by a CCD camera and volumes of bubbles were digitally analyzed online.The effects of rheological property of PAAm solution,orifice,reservoir,and gas flowrate on bubble formation were studied experimentally.It is found that the volume of bubble increases with the concentration of PAAm solution,the diameter of the orifice,and the gas flowrate,respectively,whereas little effect of reservoir is observed in experiments. 展开更多

During the 3D shape measurement,there are noises in the images that are obtained by the capture system.The traditional method,Fourier transform profilometry(FTP) technique,improves the accuracy only by the filtering method in the frequency domain.In this paper,the curve fitting method is used for the light field distribution calculation before the filtering process applied in the frequency domain by choosing a suitable filter window,and then the higher quality of the basic frequency component signal is got.This method can avoid the frequency overlapping caused by the noise,so the improvement of the measuring accuracy of FTP is realized. 展开更多
