基于Hough变换及卷积神经网络的工程图图线识别技术及应用研究

针对手绘工程图与设计自动化之间的矛盾、工程图图线语义较为丰富难以识别等问题,提出一种基于Hough变换及卷积神经网络的工程图图线识别技术。对扫描设备采集到的工程图预处理后,利用Hough变换检测工程图中直线,结合RANSAC(Random Samp... 针对手绘工程图与设计自动化之间的矛盾、工程图图线语义较为丰富难以识别等问题,提出一种基于Hough变换及卷积神经网络的工程图图线识别技术。对扫描设备采集到的工程图预处理后,利用Hough变换检测工程图中直线,结合RANSAC(Random Sample Consensus)算法及最小二乘法进行直线拟合,检测出正确直线。根据曲线特征,使用形态学开闭运算及漫水填充算法检测并分离图像中的曲线。采用卷积神经网络对各工程图生成的图线ROI进行图线线型分类,其分类准确率达到98.96%。最后结合工程制图类课程试卷自动评阅需求,在图线识别算法的基础上添加坐标转换算法及曲线一致性判断,对30份试题答案进行自动评分。其评分结果与人工评分结果差距在10%以内,证明文章算法的可行性。 展开更多

This paper describes a novel method of online composite shape recognition interms of the relevance feedback technology to capture a user's intentions incrementally, and adynamic user modeling method to adapt to various users' styles. First, the relevance feedback isadapted to refine the recognition results and reduce the ambiguity incrementally based on theestablishment of a feature-based vector model of a user's sketches. Secondly, a dynamic usermodeling is introduced to model the user's sketching habits based on recording and analyzinghistorical information incrementally. A model-based matching strategy is also employed in the methodto recognize sketches dynamically. Experiments prove that the proposed method is both effective andefficient. 展开更多

This paper presented a new-type CNC curve grinding machine, in order to conquer the disadvantages of conventional NC curve grinding machine and improve surface quality, dimensional accuracy and machining efficiency. The new-type grinder adopts some high and new technologies: ① the normal tracing device could make grinding wheel coincide with the normal direction of the machining points in work piece, and improve surface quality and dimensional accuracy; ② the digital image on-line recognition system could monitor machining process and compensate wheel wear in real time; ③ linear motor drive mechanism could realize the exact adjustment of the grinding head digitally and increase the machining efficiency. The math models of normal tracing and circular tolerance zone were presented. The experimental results show that the new-type CNC curve grinding machine equipped with the three devices mentioned above is easy to realize the precision grinding of any complex curve, and improve surface quality, dimensional accuracy and machining efficiency. 展开更多

The paper focuses on location of seal imprints on Chinese bank-checks based on region growing.Region growing method can be applied to searching and locating connection region in an image.A seal imprint,however,is generally composed of various connection regions which are unconnected to each other.In order to locate the seal imprint,these connection regions must be fused together.In the paper,an algorithm for locating seal imprints on Chinese bankchecks based on region growing is proposed, of which a fusion criterion for connection regions in a seal imprint is put forth based on the image feature of Chinese bankcheck,and a center-rays model is proposed to find the topological relationship between connection regions,for which externally-tangent rectangle of region is used as the mark of location of region.The location experiment is achieved with a false-acceptance rate of 7.1% and a false-rejection rate of 0% on Chinese bankcheck. 展开更多

In the method, a curve in an image is first detected. Next, a sequence of three points on the curve are selected, a sequence of parameters (a,b,r) corresponding to the three points are calculated by solving the circle equation of the curve, and two 2-D accumulators A(a,b) and R(a,b) are accumulated with 1 and r, respectively. Then the parameters {(a, b, r)} of the circles fitting the curve are determined from A(a,b) and R(a,b) by searching for the local maximum over A(a,b). Because no computation loops over center (a, 6) and/or radius r are needed, the method is faster than the basic and directional gradient methods. It needs also much smaller memory for accumulation. 展开更多

A reliability of flip-chip bonded die as a function of anisotropic conductive paste (ACP) hybrid materials, bonding conditions, and antenna pattern materials was investigated during the assembly of radio frequency identification(RFID) inlay. The optimization condition for flip-chip bonding was determined from the behavior of bonding strength. Under the optimized condition, the shear strength for the antenna printed with paste-type Ag ink was larger than that for Cu antenna. Furthermore, an identification distance was varied from the antenna materials. Comparing with the Ag antenna pattern, the as-bonded die on Cu antenna showed a larger distance of identification. However, the long-term reliability of inlay using the Cu antenna was decreased significantly as a function of aging time at room temperature because of the bended shape of Cu antenna formed during the flip-chip bonding process. 展开更多

Patch spraying to control weeds has advantages of chemical saving, reduced cost and environmental pollution. Advent of electro-optical sensing capabilities has paved the way of using machine vision technologies for patch spraying. Machine vision system has to acquire and process digital images to make control decisions. Proper identification and classification of objects present in image holds the key to make control decisions and use of any spraying operation performed. Recognition of objects in digital image may be affected by background, intensity, image resolution, orientation of the object and geometrical characteristics. A set of 16, including 11 shape and 5 texture-based parameters coupled with predictive discriminating analysis has been used to identify the weed leaves. Geometrical features were indexed successfully to eliminate the effect of object orientation. Linear discriminating analysis was found to be more effective in correct classification of weed leaves. The classification accuracy of 69% to 80% was observed. These features can be utilized for development of image based variable rate sprayer. 展开更多

Color information plays a key role in the research fields of object recognition and image retrieval. However, the actual color varies by the conditions of illumination, especially the open natural daylight. Four different color constancy schemes are proposed in the paper to minimize the effects of open illumination conditions. (1) The color constancy scheme based on the image statistics is proposed, which includes the color cast detection and removal. (2) The color constancy scheme based on the color temperature curve is proposed, which combines Gaussian model with linear fitting to estimate color temperature curve. (3) The color constancy scheme based on the double exposure theory is proposed, which is able to reproduce a color image under typical illumination. (4) According to the concepts of supervised learning, the supervised color constancy scheme is proposed. The transformation of color values from unknown illumination to typical illumination is solved by improved Support Vector Regression (SVR). 展开更多
