在3种地形坡度条件下,开展了施加生物炭后连续两年的土壤水动力学效应试验研究,探究不同坡度坡耕地施加生物炭当年和次年对土壤水分常数、土壤水分特征曲线、比水容量、非饱和导水率K(h)和非饱和扩散率D(θ)的影响。结果表明:施用生物... 在3种地形坡度条件下,开展了施加生物炭后连续两年的土壤水动力学效应试验研究,探究不同坡度坡耕地施加生物炭当年和次年对土壤水分常数、土壤水分特征曲线、比水容量、非饱和导水率K(h)和非饱和扩散率D(θ)的影响。结果表明:施用生物炭当年和次年均使土壤田间持水率和饱和含水率增大,且随坡度增加其增率变大,生物炭因子两年内对土壤水分常数的影响显著(P <0. 015),而坡度因子影响不显著(P> 0. 05),即生物炭因子作用更明显;施用生物炭两年内,在各个土壤吸力条件下土壤含水率均增大,土壤持水性增强,且同地形坡度呈正相关关系、同年限呈负相关关系;生物炭在两年内均增大土壤比水容量,使其供水能力加强,最大增量1. 830 207×10^(-3)cm^3/cm^4;地形坡度对K(h)无明显影响,但施加生物炭可使K(h)增大,土壤导水性增强,2016、2017年K(h)最高分别增加239. 61%、164. 04%;施加生物炭可降低D(θ),抑制土壤水分的水平运动,随地形坡度增加抑制效果增强。生物炭施用当年对各土壤水动力学参数的影响大于施用次年。研究结果可为东北黑土区坡耕地农业水土保护和利用提供理论依据。 展开更多

土壤酶是有机质降解的催化剂,其动力学特征是表征酶催化性能的重要指标,对评价土壤健康质量有重要作用。本研究选择黄土高原3种植被带下人工刺槐林土壤为对象,探讨了土壤酶动力学参数对温度变化的响应及其温度敏感性(Q10)的变化特征。... 土壤酶是有机质降解的催化剂,其动力学特征是表征酶催化性能的重要指标,对评价土壤健康质量有重要作用。本研究选择黄土高原3种植被带下人工刺槐林土壤为对象,探讨了土壤酶动力学参数对温度变化的响应及其温度敏感性(Q10)的变化特征。结果表明:随着培养温度的升高,土壤丙氨酸转氨酶、亮氨酸氨基肽酶和碱性磷酸酶的潜在最大反应速率(Vmax)和半饱和常数(Km)均呈线性增加,且Vmax呈现出森林带>森林草原带>草原带的地带性规律。Vmax的温度敏感性(Q(10(Vmax)))为1.14~1.62,Km的温度敏感性(Q10(Km))为1.05~1.47,且两者在森林草原带的值均低于其他植被带。在低、高温区,不同土壤酶的Q10在各植被带间的变化也不尽相同。冗余分析显示,Q10与环境变量尤其是土壤养分有显著的相关关系,这表明Q10可能还受到除温度以外其他环境因子的影响。 展开更多

Soil dynamic parameters are essential in guiding agriculture production, engineering designfor soil and water conservation and irrigation works. In this paper, RETC software is used to deduce thesoil water retention equations and soil hydraulic conductivity of van Genuchten model based on soilmechanical composition and bulk density in cinnamon soil. The soil specific water capacities are obtainedform differential coefficients of the equations for soil water retention. The result is verified by fieldmeasurement using EQ15 equilibrium tensiometers and Trime-IT soil moisture sensors. It is concludedthat the relative error of soil water retention is less than 10% and that of soil hydraulic conductivity is inthe range of 18%~39%, both of them tends to decrease with the decrease of soil water potential.Therefore, it is feasible to use RETC software to derive soil hydrodynamic parameters. 展开更多

From theequation, such kinetic parameters relating to K desorption from soils as the maximum desorbable quantity D, quantity of K desorbed within 40 minutes d40, initial desorption rate Vo, desorption rate constant k and half-time t1/2 could be calculated. An expression which describes the relationships between the kinetic parameters on the one hand and the responses of barley to fertilizer-K in the field experiments in different sites and the potassium-supplying power of soils on the other was established. Vo, D and d40 were significantly correlated with barley relative yield, K uptake by barley and the content of soil available potassium. The rate constants of K desorption varied between 4.42 × 10-4-1.80 × 10-3kg mg-1 min-1 and highly correlated with the relative yield of barley. The kinetic parameters including Vo, D, d40 and k were successfully used to estimate the K-supplying power of soils. 展开更多

This study aims to estimate the hydrodynamic properties of soils under various agricultural practices in the Tougou catchment in northern Burkina Faso. The methodology adopted is based on the determination of the unsaturated hydraulic conductivity and capillary sorptivity close to saturation. This method relies on the measurement of the transient infiltration flux at the soil surface with imposed hydraulic head varying from -60 to -20 mm. These tests are carried out on control, stony line, half-moon and zai plots. The results show a difference in hydrodynamic parameters according to the agricultural practices. The unsaturated hydraulic conductivity is 33.1 cm/h, 13.1 cm/h, 20.3 cm/h and 4.0 cm/h for zai, control, stony line and half-moon plots respectively. The unsaturated hydraulic conductivity is 33.1 cm/h, 13.1 cm/h, 20.3 cm/h and 4.0 cm/h for zai, control, stony line and half-moon plots respectively. The pores participating to water transfer also differ. The mean size of drainable pores is 43.7, 56.2, 22.3 and 87.2 pm on control, stony line, half-moon and zai plots respectively. 展开更多

The overall objective of the present study is to evaluate the impact of the heap fermentation of cocoa on microbial dynamics and physicochemical parameters of the soil. The methodology was to heap fermentation broad beans 600 cocoa pods moved to a place after the soil was taken for microbiological and physicochemical analyzes considered the control sample. In addition, cocoa lixiviate and soil were subjected to analyze. Chemical analysis of cocoa lixiviate revealed the absence of heavy metals such as cadmium, chromium. It appears from the analysis of soil than clays represent on average 46.67%, 8.03% for fine silt, heavy silt 5.69%, 15.39% fine sands and heavy sands 20.02%. Microbiological analysis revealed the abundance of total coliform up to 4.6× 103 CFU/g soil. The variations of the abundance of yeasts are 0.01 × 103 CFU/g soil obtained on day 2 at 12 o'clock to 3.5 × 103 CFU/g soil observed on day 3 to 18 pm (0-3 cm deep). However, further study on the assessment of biodiversity after the fermentation would determine its species richness. 展开更多
