钻探高技能人才纳入地勘资质管理探析

随着资源环境问题探索的不断深入,地质钻探技术手段的应用越来越广泛,对钻探工提出了更高的技能要求。高技能钻探工是钻探资质单位核心竞争力的重要组成,将钻探工纳入地质钻探资质分级标准已迫在眉睫。目前,无论是从法律层面、实践层面... 随着资源环境问题探索的不断深入,地质钻探技术手段的应用越来越广泛,对钻探工提出了更高的技能要求。高技能钻探工是钻探资质单位核心竞争力的重要组成,将钻探工纳入地质钻探资质分级标准已迫在眉睫。目前,无论是从法律层面、实践层面,还是人才储备层面都已具备将钻探工纳入地质钻探资质分级标准,并实行钻探工持证上岗制度的条件和基础,应尽快修订地质勘查资质分类分级标准,将钻探工纳入地质钻探分级标准,比照地质勘查技术人员的条件要求,设置钻探工人员要求;依托地勘行业职业技能培训与鉴定体系,建立钻探工持证上岗制度;地质钻探资质申请单位必须同时具有符合条件的钻探技术人员和相应条件的钻探工。 展开更多

Based on studies of existing mines, the residual apparent polarization ηα^sy, calculated from the induced-current middle-gradient apparent polarizations ηα^sy at large and small electrode spaces over the known deep Jiaojia-type gold mines, have been shown to separate the effects of mines from the anomalous polarizations generated from the strongly altered rocks in fracture zones. 展开更多

Based on first-hand material from the geological exploration of petroleum,we made a detailed study of the tectonic development in the Early Cretaceous and the distribution of basement rifts in the Songliao Basin.The sedimentary characteristics of this epoch and the tectono-paleogeography of the basin were expounded.The results show that in its early stages,the Songliao Basin was characterized by a detached faulted basin in which mainly lake facies developed among mountains.It became gradually one lake during the late stages of the Early Cretaceous.During this period,the fault activity in the Songliao Basin changed from a turbulent to a quiet development,the water area from small separated lakes to one large lake,in which the sedimentary facies were divided into asymmetric eastern and western parts.In the basin a volcanic clastic rock-alluvial fan system developed and a fan delta-lake-small delta-river system was mainly deposired.Our research also shows that the basement rifts not only controlled the distribution of fault depressions and the tectonic development in the Early Cretaceous,but had also an effect on the orientation of sedimentation,source area and river system,which determine the tectonopaleogeography of the Early Cretaceous. 展开更多

The hydrocarbon detection techniques used currently are generally based on the theory of single-phase medium, but hydrocarbon reservoir mostly is multi-phase medium, therefore, multisolutions and uncertainties are existed in the result of hydrocarbon detection. This paper presents a fast way to detect hydrocarbon in accordance with BOIT theory and laboratory data. The technique called DHAF technique has been applied to several survey area and obtained good result where the coincidence rate for hydrocarbon detection is higher than other similar techniques. The method shows a good prospect of the application in hydrocarbon detecting at exploration stage and in reservoir monitoring at production stage. 展开更多

A carrier type gamma irradiator is an advanced device currently installed in Qingdao Irra- diation Center (QIC) and has been put into operation for nine years in Qingdao, China. It utilizes Co-60 as the radiation source; the initial Co-60 loading is 1.48×1016 Bq (0.4 million Curies). Rubber, natural and synthetic polymers, heat-shrinkable films and tubes, disposable medical supplies, some foods and drugs have been irradiated for test in the past. Especially a great success achieved on the radiation of compound food for young shrimp. The practice demonstrates that the bacteria in the compound food can be de- stroyed by the irradiation at optimum dosage between 5 000–6 000 Gy. 展开更多

Its results have proved that faults with a throw of 5-10 m can be detected in an area with good seismogeologic conditions by using 3D seismic technique.Detection of underground tunnels for the first time utilizing 3D seismic data indicates that subsided columns, gotten and mine goaf can be detected using 3D seismic technique, so it has a broad applied prospect. 展开更多
