中国地级区域高质量发展格局与影响因素 被引量:16

高质量发展战略对中国生态经济系统的运行提出了更高要求。当前对高质量发展的研究侧重经济子系统,对生态子系统和社会子系统的分析相对薄弱,且缺乏省级以下中微观尺度的分析。从经济质量、创新潜力、环境质量、生态安全、人民生活和城... 高质量发展战略对中国生态经济系统的运行提出了更高要求。当前对高质量发展的研究侧重经济子系统,对生态子系统和社会子系统的分析相对薄弱,且缺乏省级以下中微观尺度的分析。从经济质量、创新潜力、环境质量、生态安全、人民生活和城乡协调六个维度解析了高质量发展内涵,搜集了全国306个地级区域2018年的数据资料,构建地级区域高质量发展综合评价指标体系,定量测算了地级区域高质量发展指数,揭示了区域格局,考察了影响因素,识别了问题区域,并提出了发展质量提升策略。研究表明:(1)高质量发展指数存在明显的区域差异,东部地区和长江流域发展水平相对较高,东北地区和黄河流域发展水平相对较低。(2)经济质量、创新潜力和人民生活指数的均值相对较低,是高质量发展的薄弱环节。(3)高质量发展水平受到自然环境适宜性、城市等级和人口集聚、投资水平、交通区位、数字经济等因素的综合影响,且具有较强的空间溢出效应。(4)识别出8大类174个高质量发展的问题地市,分布在26个省区,在黄河流域和东北地区相对集中。最后,从制度建设、全国层面和具体区域层面探讨了高质量发展水平提升路径,可为制定区域发展战略和区域政策提供科学参考。 展开更多

流动人口与经济发展关系的研究是制定地方经济发展战略的重要依据之一,也是中国目前面临中等收入阶段需要加以解决的重要问题。利用2005年全国1%人口抽样数据和地市级统计数据,采用2SLS回归分析法,本文分析了流动人口与区域经济发展的... 流动人口与经济发展关系的研究是制定地方经济发展战略的重要依据之一,也是中国目前面临中等收入阶段需要加以解决的重要问题。利用2005年全国1%人口抽样数据和地市级统计数据,采用2SLS回归分析法,本文分析了流动人口与区域经济发展的实证关系。结果表明,两者之间存在着互为因果的关系,并且相互的影响程度大致相当。流动人口每增加1%,将会使区域GDP提高0.54%。在金融危机之后,中西部地区逐渐成为中国经济增长的主力,沿海地区加工企业也逐渐向内陆转移,因而中西部地区将成为人口流动的主要区域,而流动人口的增加也会进一步加强中西部地区的经济发展。 展开更多

Impacts of land use and climate change on regional net primary productivity 被引量:8

Combined with recent historical climate data and two periods of land use datasets from remote sensing data, we test the net primary productivity (NPP) data sets in North Chinamodelled by the satellite data-driven Global Production Efficiency Model (GLO-PEM) for detecting thewidespread spatial and temporal characteristics of the impacts of climate and land use change onthe regional NPP. Our results show that over the past 20 years, the mean annual temperature in thestudy region has remarkably increased by more than 0.064 ℃, but over the same period, there hasbeen a 1.49 mm decrease in annual precipitation and decrease in NPP by an annual rate of 6.9 TgC.The NPP changes in the study region were greatly affected by the average temperature andprecipitation by ten-day periods as well as the seasonal temperature and precipitation in the studyregion. The correlation between seasonal NPP and seasonal precipitation and temperature is highlyconsistent with land cover spatially, and the correlation coefficient changes with the changes ofvegetation types. The analysis reveals that the related areas in land use change only take up 5.45%of the whole studied region, so the climate changes dominate the impacts on the NPP in the wholestudy region (90% of the total). However, land use plays an absolute dominative role in areas withland cover changes, accounting for 97% of the total. From 1981 to 2000, the NPP in the whole studyregion remarkably reduced due to obvious precipitation decrease and temperature rise. Between twoperiods of land use (about 10 years), the changes in climate are predicted to promote a decrease inNPP by 78 ( + -0.6) TgC, and integrated impacts of climate changes and land use to promote adecrease in NPP by 87(+-0.8) TgC. 展开更多

Preliminary Analysis of the Relationship between the Magnitude Deviation of the Station and Site Response in the Fujian Digital Seismic Network

Using the records of 3,069 regional earthquake events from the Fujian Digital Seismic Network from October 2008 to December 2015,in which the magnitude of each of the events was measured by at least six stations,statistics are taken on the deviation between the magnitude of a single station and the average magnitude of the network. It is found that the magnitudes average deviation of each station is-0. 31-0. 68. Statistics are also taken for the period corresponding to the maximum amplitude of the record measured in each station for calculating the magnitude,and the dominant period gained is 0. 06s-0. 38s; site response of each seismic station is inverted using the Moya method,and it is found that the site response of 98 stations is in the bands of 1-20 Hz,suggesting that the site has an amplifying or suppressing effect on the signals in certain frequency bands;Considering the site response corresponding to the inherent 0. 8s period of the WoodAnderson pendulum seismograph,and comparing the magnitude deviation caused by the site response corresponding to the dominant period time of each station with the average magnitude deviation, we obtain that there is a good linear relationship between the magnitude deviation from the dominant period site response and the average deviation of the magnitude of each station,indicating that the magnitude deviation of a single station has a close relationship with the site response of the period corresponding to the maximum amplitude measured for calculating the magnitude. 展开更多
