浅埋煤层覆岩破坏规律及裂隙发育特征是影响矿井涌水有关系,尤其在地表沟谷区,由于剥蚀作用使煤层埋深减小,为了研究清楚浅埋煤层过沟开采时,上覆岩层的扰动破坏规律与裂隙发育特征,以榆神矿区张家峁煤矿14213工作面的过沟段为研究对象... 浅埋煤层覆岩破坏规律及裂隙发育特征是影响矿井涌水有关系,尤其在地表沟谷区,由于剥蚀作用使煤层埋深减小,为了研究清楚浅埋煤层过沟开采时,上覆岩层的扰动破坏规律与裂隙发育特征,以榆神矿区张家峁煤矿14213工作面的过沟段为研究对象,通过相似材料物理模拟与数值模拟的方法,对覆岩的破坏规律及裂隙发育特征进行了研究。结果表明,煤层开采过程中,顶板覆岩会伴随产生层间离层与切穿岩层的垂向裂隙,回采至60 m时,煤层顶板悬露面积达到极限发生垮落,原有层间离层伴随垮落消失,新出现的层间离层继续向上发展,离层空间与垂向裂隙交替发育,回采至105 m时,垂向裂隙导通至地表,离层结构完全破坏,岩层发生整体下沉。裂缝的动态发育规律是:斜坡裂缝的宽度随着开挖的进行由小变大并趋于稳定,坡脚裂缝的宽度则是由小变大、再变小至闭合,沟底裂缝的宽度由小变大再变小的趋势。地表裂缝的这种演化规律主要与地形和地表应力状态有关。坡肩和斜坡上部,采动裂缝形成后受斜坡拉应力的影响而宽度增大;坡脚采动裂缝形成后受坡脚压应力的影响而宽度变小甚至闭合;沟底采动裂缝形成后受压应力和坡段岩块压实调整宽度变小。 展开更多

量化分析构造、侵蚀与气候之间的相互作用关系是现代地球动力学的前沿.断层陡崖是伸展构造环境中的一种常见地貌特征,是构造与地表过程密切耦合作用下演化的结果.断层崖面形态各异,如断层陡坎、断层三角面和断层梯形面等.本文基于数值... 量化分析构造、侵蚀与气候之间的相互作用关系是现代地球动力学的前沿.断层陡崖是伸展构造环境中的一种常见地貌特征,是构造与地表过程密切耦合作用下演化的结果.断层崖面形态各异,如断层陡坎、断层三角面和断层梯形面等.本文基于数值模拟方法,对断层滑动速率、断层滑动周期、河流下切系数、山坡蠕移系数等关键性控制因素对断层崖形态和几何特征的影响进行了系统分析,主要结论为:依据参数空间的动力学对比模拟结果,可以将断层陡崖分为三个主要类型,即沟壑型、断层三角面型和尖锥型;断层陡崖的最终形态主要受地表演化过程(即河流下切、山坡蠕移)的控制;三角面型陡崖的高度和宽度随时间增大,但坡度角在演化过程中基本不变,其几何特征主要受控于断层滑动速率,且在相同的气候和岩性条件下,与断层滑动速率呈正相关;在十万年时间尺度下,断层滑动周期与三角面的形态和几何特征基本无关.断层滑动速率与三角面坡度角间的正相关关系可用于解释观测数据的统计结果,如希腊和保加利亚的观测数据. 展开更多

Progresses and future directions on yardangs

Background,aim,and scope Yardang is a kind of typical wind-eroded landform in arid zones both on Earth and other planets.Their geomorphic process records the surface changes and climate,which may play a vital role in exploring the coupled landform-atmosphere system in arid zones.Recently,significant progresses have been made in this research field,and a review is still absent,which is the aim of the paper.Materials and methods Previous studies on the distribution,composition,morphology,and climatic driving force of yardang landform were reviewed.Results Earth yardang’s three evolutionary models were generalized:morphology evolution model,altitude evolution model and climate driven evolution model.Extraterrestrial yardang and its evolution are also summarized:the morphology is dominated by long ridges on Venus and Titan,and three yardang evolution hypotheses and an indirect dating method based on stratigraphic contact have been studied on Mars.Discussion In this study,firstly,the definition and morphology of yardang were described to define its characteristics.Secondly,we argue that yardang evolution has two dimensions:short-term variation and longterm variation.In the short-term variation,the morphological evolution of yardang on earth can be divided into four stages:embryonic stage,juvenile stage,mature stage,and demise stage.In the long-term variation,the evolution of yardang on earth is climate-driven,i.e.,it is controlled by atmospheric circulation changes during glacial-interglacial periods.Thirdly,yardang research on extraterrestrial bodies was also summarized:yardang has been found on Mars,Venus,and Titan,and the research focus by far are on geomorphology only.Conclusions(1)Yardang landform is an erosion landform with alternating ridges and troughs,with main form of whale back shape and fluctuations in the range of aspect ratios;(2)the short-term variation of yardang is manifested in its morphological evolution and height change,while the long-term variation is climate-driven;(3)based on Earth yardang,extraterrestrial yardang research has been carried out on Mars,Venus,and Titan.Recommendations and perspectives We then proposed that:(1)yardang formation ages,due to the erosion characteristics,are difficult to constraint;(2)the wind erosion capacity in the yardang areas might have been severely underestimated,making it essential to re-evaluate the previous paleoclimate reconstruction in the closed basins with limited chronological data;(3)yardang evolution is driven by climate change,but the coupling relationship between the yardang geomorphy and the air circulation is still unclear.Finally,future research directions:(1)more chronological data are needed,as well as the wind erosion capacity for yardang initiation and development;(2)the co-evolution of mid-low latitude landforms involved in yardang long-term variation and its relationship with global atmospheric circulation. 展开更多

In this paper, a co-polarized, co-located electric and magnetic dipoles(CCEMD) with high isolation is presented. The antenna consists of a loop based on segmented line and two independent feeding ports. Two modes of the antenna are exited separately, the first one has a radiation pattern equivalent to an electric dipole by exciting anti-phase current with symmetric distribution, and the second one is like a magnetic dipole by exciting uniform and in-phase currents along the loop. The antenna is fabricated and tested. Its measured common-10 d B impedance bandwidth at two ports is 280 MHz(2.32-2.6 GHz) with isolation better than 41 d B. Its MIMO performance in terms of capacity gain(CG) over the SISO system is investigated in a multipath rich environment containing two parallel PEC planes by both measurements and image theory based simulations. Results show that, in free space, the CG results are just slightly larger than 1, however, in the multipath rich channel, the CG values are very close to 2, which indicates that two separate subchannels can be achieved by the proposed CCEMD. The measured results of CG agree well with that obtained by simulation. 展开更多

Sensing structure of grid strip capacitors can be used in the design of capacitive micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) resonators, accelerometers etc. A grid strip structure consists of nonentirely overlap plates so that the capacitor fringe effect cannot be neglected in the design. Electricmagnetic Finite Element Method (FEM) software ANSOFF-Maxwell is employed to analyze the fringe effect of a grid strip capacitor. The analysis includes capacitance changes with change of overlap length, overlap width, plate thickness, grid strip density etc. The results show that fringe effect leads to non-linear change of grid strip capacitance with the change of overlap length and width, that the capacitance increases with the increase of grid strip width and plate thickness, and that sensitivity can be improved through the increase of grid strip density in the condition of identical total overlap area, but linearity is reduced. 展开更多

In the West Indies culture, it is the rhizome that is the best symbol to describe the identity of these peoples. The rhizome as explained by Deleuze and Gattari in their Introduction Rhizome of the book .4 thousand plateaus, is a tuber that makes roots after being cut off from its original plant. In this respect, it is most appropriate to describe the people of the Caribbean who have been cut off from their African roots by slavery but who have thrived on the island, re-establishing links with the different peoples who came to work there. The rhizome is similar to the mangrove that protects the island from marine erosion, it intertwines with other plants so that it is impossible to distinguish the source plant. In this respect, it is the best symbol to describe the creole identity and the refusal of the West Indians to return to a racial and social system that promulgated the white race as superior to the black race during colonialism.
