This article presents the results of dividing the hydrogeological structure zones in aquifer of Cai Phan Rang river basin, Ninh Thuan province, Viet Nam, and the relationship between parameters of hydrogeological stru...This article presents the results of dividing the hydrogeological structure zones in aquifer of Cai Phan Rang river basin, Ninh Thuan province, Viet Nam, and the relationship between parameters of hydrogeological structure zones with water storage capacity of hydrogeological structure. Research results divided hydrogeological structure of Cai Phan Rang River Basin into four zones, including three zones with depression bedrock and one zone with slope bedrock, and the results assessed: (1) specific discharge of exploitation well is proportional to zone area of hydrogeological structure; (2) specific discharge of exploitation well is inversely proportional to slope of bedrock surface, slope of water level in zone and area of drainage surface of hydrogeological structure zone; (3) water level fluctuation in zone is proportional to slope of bedrock surface, slope of water level in zone and inversely proportional to distribution area of zone; (4) total mineralization of water is proportional to bedrock surface slope and water level slope in zone, and inversely proportional to drainage surface area of zone and volume of structural depression. Research results are practical significance in solutions proposal to increase exploitation capacity for various water use purposes.展开更多

The method is based on application of non-classically linearized theory of elastic waves' propagati...The method of determination of elastic moduli of the geological section rocks had been developed in real conditions. The method is based on application of non-classically linearized theory of elastic waves' propagation in the deformable media and utilization of neural networks when creating the geoseismic model. It is proposed to forecast the thin-layer model of medium by velocities of the shear waves on the base of seismic inversion of 2D profile by neural networks and geophysical well logging data. The method had been tested on materials of geophysical well logging data and 2D seismic profile related to one of the structures in the South-Caspian depression. The specific results for Poisson coefficient and elastic moduli of the third order had been obtained. The mentioned method can also be applied to forecast of other physical-mechanical properties of the medium.展开更多

After Albanian National Territory Council approved TAP AG's Compound Development Permit, the project should start Construction Phase 1. Existing gas pipeline connections of Albania within the European network via TAP, is highly estimated by energy authorities in both technical and regulating aspects. New pipelines are projected to be build in order to meet local energy consume and seasonal fluctuations, as well as needs of Kosovo and FYROM. Some of important points: determination on the capacity sector building for a due Albanian Gas Market Model, supply options on the future gasification, alternatives of opening underground gas storages in the salt domes of Dumre region and extending pipelines to neighboring countries. By assistance of the Secretariat of Energy Community, MEI starts drafting the new gas law to meet Third Energy Package. TAP project, IAP project, Albania-Kosovo Pipeline, an LNG plant and terminals coastal construction, can contribute on the diversification of gas supply. Underground Gas Storage potentials are geologic solution target, considering the Upper Miocene depleted sandstone gas fields of Divjaka, as well as the Dumre evaporitic deposits diapir of the Upper Triassic.展开更多
