By field experiment in Sandaozhuang W-Mo mining area in Luanchuan of Henan Province, the authors analyzed the Experimental result of reverse circulation bit on the basis of different structures and obtained the following conclusion: the design parameter of reverse circulation bit, the number, diameter and angle of the spurt hole can influence on the reverse circulation effect. The bit with inner spurt hole is better obviously than that one without inner spurt hole in reverse circulation, one or two right and the best choice of inner spurt hole is that the diameter is Φ8, the angle is 30° dip up and the suitable number is two to three. 展开更多

In order to economically and effectively develop shale gas in China, Sinopec introduced foreign technologies and integrated them with available domestic technologies and self-developed tools according to geological characteristics and complicated mountainous geomorphology in marine shale plays of southern China. A technology series composed of innovated theories concerning geological characterization during drilling, new generation of PDC bits, friction-reducing tools, low-cost oil-based drilling fluid system, high-efficient washing fluid and elastic mud systems, integrated drilling engineering design, long lateral cementing, modified well facto~ drilling method and etc., was developed to ful)qll fast and optimized drilling for shale gas wells. The application of the technology series in about 251 wells of Fuling gas Jield, Chongqing City, southwestern China, showed positive results: mechanical rotating speed increased by 191%, drilling duration redueed by 53%, and quality passing percent 100%. 展开更多

The high potential of geothermal energy in quantity and availability can be a great option, facing the huge problem of growing energy use linked with the climatic problems. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce costs and risks for the use of geothermal energy sources. Because most of the problems have to do with insufficient knowledge about the conditions in the earth crust, the key to take root of geothermal energy is widespread research. The cooling system allows the use of all needed devices in deep boreholes without strict time or temperature limitations, which promotes the achieving of comprehensive information.
