针对大规模科学计算中的强非规则结构负载问题,作者开发出一种基于实测的动态负载平衡方法.首先,将由规则结构化网格组成的模拟区域剖分成多块;其次,把块的高维坐标转换成一维Hilbert空间填充曲线(HSFC)索引;然后,基于实测信息采用多层... 针对大规模科学计算中的强非规则结构负载问题,作者开发出一种基于实测的动态负载平衡方法.首先,将由规则结构化网格组成的模拟区域剖分成多块;其次,把块的高维坐标转换成一维Hilbert空间填充曲线(HSFC)索引;然后,基于实测信息采用多层均权法剖分按一维HSFC索引排列的块;最后根据剖分信息重分配块以平衡负载.它把仅适用于一维的多层均权法扩展到二维和三维,并引入更多的实测信息和块数据结构.与ISP方法相比,该方法在64个CPU上提高负载平衡效率10%,在某MPP的500个CPU上模拟强非规则结构负载问题时,获得了88%的负载平衡效率和84%的并行效率. 展开更多

文章以成都市2011~2016年统计数据为基础,构建成都市环境绩效评估指标体系,采用4种客观赋权法(均权法、熵值法、标准离差法和CRITIC法)和一种主观赋权法(专家评分法)进行权重分配实验,得到了不同方法下指标体系的权重分配结果、环境绩... 文章以成都市2011~2016年统计数据为基础,构建成都市环境绩效评估指标体系,采用4种客观赋权法(均权法、熵值法、标准离差法和CRITIC法)和一种主观赋权法(专家评分法)进行权重分配实验,得到了不同方法下指标体系的权重分配结果、环境绩效指数(EPI)和排名结果。结果表明,4种客观赋权方法在权重分配结果和EPI指数方面与专家评分法具有较大差异。但不同方法间的排名差异则较小;对排名结果进行进一步分级评价后,一致性随着差异减小而提高。笔者认为,客观赋权法不适合单独使用,其结果也不适合以绝对值的形式出现;以排名等较宏观的形式来应用客观赋权法的成果可以有效提高结果的可用性并减小争议。多种赋权法相结合方式是未来环境绩效评估工作中权重分配工作更好的选择。 展开更多

客观评价农业农村现代化发展程度,有助于把握区域农业农村现代化发展水平、短板弱项和关键问题。基于农业农村现代化内涵特征,从农业现代化、农村现代化、城乡融合3个维度构建了包括24个指标的珠三角地区农业农村现代化评价指标体系,参... 客观评价农业农村现代化发展程度,有助于把握区域农业农村现代化发展水平、短板弱项和关键问题。基于农业农村现代化内涵特征,从农业现代化、农村现代化、城乡融合3个维度构建了包括24个指标的珠三角地区农业农村现代化评价指标体系,参考发达国家标准和国内先进城市标准,设定各指标全面实现农业农村现代化的目标值,利用均权法测度珠三角地区及其市域农业农村现代化发展指数,借助障碍度模型诊断农业农村现代化发展的主要障碍因素。结果表明:2020年珠三角地区农业农村现代化处于转型跨越阶段,距离基本实现现代化目标尚有不小差距;3个维度中农村现代化发展最好,城乡融合次之,农业现代化发展较差;指标达标程度整体不高,有一半指标不及格。珠三角各市域农业农村现代化发展水平差异显著,核心6市明显高于周边3市,呈梯次发展格局。制约珠三角地区农业农村现代化发展的主要因子为二元对比系数、农业保险深度、农村居民人均可支配收入等,其中城乡二元经济结构是最大障碍因子。推动城乡全面融合发展,对珠三角地区农业农村现代化发展至关重要。为加快珠三角地区农业农村现代化步伐,提出发展农业适度规模经营、加快农村剩余劳动力转移就业、推进化肥农药减量增效、发展高效设施农业、提升农业风险保障水平、推进农村人居环境整治提升等建议。 展开更多

Anthropogenic aluminum cycle in China was analyzed by the aluminum flow diagram based on the life cycle of aluminum products. The whole anthropogenic aluminum cycle consists of four stages: alumina and aluminum production, fabrication and manufacture, use and reclamation. Based on the investigation on the 2003-2007 aluminum cycles in China, a number of changes can be found. For instance, resources self-support ratio (RSR) in alumina production dropped from 95.42%to 55.50%, while RSR in the aluminum production increased from 52.45%to 79.25%. However, RSR in the Chinese aluminum industry leveled off at 50%in the period of 2003-2007. The respective use ratios of domestic and imported aluminum scrap in the aluminum industry of 2007 were 5.38% and 9.40%. In contrast, both the net imported Al-containing resources and the lost quantity of Al-containing materials in aluminum cycle increased during the same period, as well as the net increased quantity of Al-containing materials in social stock and recycled Al-scrap. Proposals for promoting aluminum cycle were put forward. The import/export policy and reducing the loss of Al-containing materials for the aluminum industry in China in the future were discussed. 展开更多

Partition-based clustering with weighted feature is developed in the framework of shadowed sets. The objects in the core and boundary regions, generated by shadowed sets-based clustering, have different impact on the prototype of each cluster. By integrating feature weights, a formula for weight calculation is introduced to the clustering algorithm. The selection of weight exponent is crucial for good result and the weights are updated iteratively with each partition of clusters. The convergence of the weighted algorithms is given, and the feasible cluster validity indices of data mining application are utilized. Experimental results on both synthetic and real-life numerical data with different feature weights demonstrate that the weighted algorithm is better than the other unweighted algorithms. 展开更多

Methods The theoretical analysis and Monte Carlo simulation methods were ed to compare the traditional fusion algorithm with the new one,and the comparison of the root mean square error statistics values of the two algorithms was made. Results The hierarchical fusion algorithm is not better than the weighting average fusion and feedback weighting average algorithm The weighting filtering fusion algorithm is simple in principle, less in data, faster in processing and better in tolerance.Conclusion The weighting hierarchical fusion algorithm is suitable for the defective sensors.The feedback of the fusion result to the single sersor can enhance the single sensorr's precision. especially once one sensor has great deviation and low accuracy or has some deviation of sample period and is asynchronous to other sensors. 展开更多

The S/N of an underwater image is low and has a fuzzy edge.If using traditional methods to process it directly,the result is not satisfying.Though the traditional fuzzy C-means algorithm can sometimes divide the image into object and background,its time-consuming computation is often an obstacle.The mission of the vision system of an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) is to rapidly and exactly deal with the information about the object in a complex environment for the AUV to use the obtained result to execute the next task.So,by using the statistical characteristics of the gray image histogram,a fast and effective fuzzy C-means underwater image segmentation algorithm was presented.With the weighted histogram modifying the fuzzy membership,the above algorithm can not only cut down on a large amount of data processing and storage during the computation process compared with the traditional algorithm,so as to speed up the efficiency of the segmentation,but also improve the quality of underwater image segmentation.Finally,particle swarm optimization (PSO) described by the sine function was introduced to the algorithm mentioned above.It made up for the shortcomings that the FCM algorithm can not get the global optimal solution.Thus,on the one hand,it considers the global impact and achieves the local optimal solution,and on the other hand,further greatly increases the computing speed.Experimental results indicate that the novel algorithm can reach a better segmentation quality and the processing time of each image is reduced.They enhance efficiency and satisfy the requirements of a highly effective,real-time AUV. 展开更多

Unlike the limit equilibrium method(LEM), with which only the global safety factor of the landslide can be calculated, a local safety factor(LSF) method is proposed to evaluate the stability of different sections of a landslide in this paper. Based on three-dimensional(3D) numerical simulation results, the local safety factor is defined as the ratio of the shear strength of the soil at an element on the slip zone to the shear stress parallel to the sliding direction at that element. The global safety factor of the landslide is defined as the weighted average of all local safety factors based on the area of the slip surface. Some example analyses show that the results computed by the LSF method agree well with those calculated by the General Limit Equilibrium(GLE) method in two-dimensional(2D) models and the distribution of the LSF in the 3D slip zone is consistent with that indicated by the observed deformation pattern of an actual landslide in China. 展开更多

By analyzing the structures of circuits,a novel approach for signal probability estimation of very large-scale integration(VLSI)based on the improved weighted averaging algorithm(IWAA)is proposed.Considering the failure probability of the gate,first,the first reconvergent fan-ins corresponding to the reconvergent fan-outs were identified to locate the important signal correlation nodes based on the principle of homologous signal convergence.Secondly,the reconvergent fan-in nodes of the multiple reconverging structure in the circuit were identified by the sensitization path to determine the interference sources to the signal probability calculation.Then,the weighted signal probability was calculated by combining the weighted average approach to correct the signal probability.Finally,the reconvergent fan-out was quantified by the mixed-calculation strategy of signal probability to reduce the impact of multiple reconvergent fan-outs on the accuracy.Simulation results on ISCAS85 benchmarks circuits show that the proposed method has approximate linear time-space consumption with the increase in the number of the gate,and its accuracy is 4.2%higher than that of the IWAA. 展开更多

This paper briefly introduces the two methods,then taking a high-rise building in the Yantai area as a case study,we use the weighted average method and maximum probability method to realize seismic hazard analysis, determine earthquake magnitude, the epicenter and specific space position,and then give two response spectrums of the two methods. By comparing the differences of response spectrums between the two methods,we find that the weighted average method is more suitable for long period structures,while considering long period safety. The maximum probability method is more suitable for short period structures. 营商环境是一个国家或地区经济软实力的重要体现,是提高竞争力的重要内容。建立营商环境评价体系是经济转型发展的需要,通过分析营商环境指标,有助于扬长避短,提高补短板的针对性,更好改善营商环境,助力经济高质量发展。本文使用2008-2... 营商环境是一个国家或地区经济软实力的重要体现,是提高竞争力的重要内容。建立营商环境评价体系是经济转型发展的需要,通过分析营商环境指标,有助于扬长避短,提高补短板的针对性,更好改善营商环境,助力经济高质量发展。本文使用2008-2019年我国省际面板数据,构建我国营商环境评价指标体系,运用均权法测算出各省份营商环境发展水平指数。研究发现:我国的营商环境在不断改善,东部地区的营商环境好于中西部地区,而中西部地区提升速度更快;全国整体、地区内和地区间营商环境差距均在缩小,但地区内的差距是全国营商环境指数分布不均衡的首要原因。基于此结论,本文从执行政府营商环境优化政策、着力提升营商环境各项指标体系、有针对性地推动各地区营商环境的协调发展三方面,提出优化我国营商环境的实施路径。 展开更多

Customers are of great importance to E-commerce in intense competition.It is known that twenty percent customers produce eighty percent profiles.Thus,how to find these customers is very critical.Customer lifetime value(CLV) is presented to evaluate customers in terms of recency,frequency and monetary(RFM) variables.A novel model is proposed to analyze customers purchase data and RFM variables based on ordered weighting averaging(OWA) and K-Means cluster algorithm.OWA is employed to determine the weights of RFM variables in evaluating customer lifetime value or loyalty.K-Means algorithm is used to cluster customers according to RFM values.Churn customers could be found out by comparing RFM values of every cluster group with average RFM.Questionnaire is conducted to investigate which reasons cause customers dissatisfaction.Rank these reasons to help E-commerce improve services.The experimental results have demonstrated that the model is effective and reasonable. 展开更多

The investor's preferenceis based on his optimum degree about the nature, and his attitude can be described by anOrdered Weighted Averaging Aggregation function. We construct the OWA portfolio selection model, which is a nonlinear programming problem. The problem can be equivalentlytransformed into a mixed integer linear programming. A numerical example is given andthe solutions imply that the investor's strategies depend not only on his optimum degreebut also on his preference weight vector. In order to exploit the enhancement of the multi- objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition (MOEA/D), we propose an improved algorithm with uniform de- sign (UD), i.e. MOEA/D-UD. Three mechanisms in MOEA/D-UD are modified by introducing an experimental design method called UD. To fully employ the information contained in the domain of the multi-objective problem, we apply UD to initialize a uniformly scattered population. Then, motivated by the analysis of the re- lationship between weight vectors and optimal solutions of scalar subproblems in the study of MOEND with adaptive weight ad- justment (MOEA/D-AWA), a new weight vector design method based on UD is introduced. To distinguish real sparse regions from pseudo sparse regions, i.e. discontinuous regions, of the complex Pareto front, the weight vector adjustment strategy in MOEMD-UD adequately utilizes the information from neighbors of individuals. In the experimental study, we compare MOEA/D-UD with three outstanding algorithms, namely MOEA/D with the dif- ferential evolution operator (MOEA/D-DE), MOEA/D-AWA and the nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) on nineteen test instances. The experimental results show that MOEA/D-UD is capable of obtaining a well-converged and well diversified set of solutions within an acceptable execution time. 展开更多
