针对工况下航空发动机叶片形变问题,实现航空发动机叶片动态检测系统,并开展形变分析研究。利用发动机叶片模拟工况实验平台,基于光电检测和结构光面型测量技术,开发高速三维测量系统,通过激光对射传感器和单片机同步触发控制高速相机... 针对工况下航空发动机叶片形变问题,实现航空发动机叶片动态检测系统,并开展形变分析研究。利用发动机叶片模拟工况实验平台,基于光电检测和结构光面型测量技术,开发高速三维测量系统,通过激光对射传感器和单片机同步触发控制高速相机进行测量,并结合傅里叶变换轮廓术,完成不同转速下,真实发动机叶片的形变图像采集与三维型面重建。型面重构数据表明:叶片处于加速和减速状态时,型面变化趋近一致并呈现非线性,但加速时形变量更大且随着转速增加而增加。论文结果对研究发动机性能和发动机叶片设计制造有一定参考意义。 展开更多

In order to evaluate the impact of off-road terrains on the ride comfort of construction vehicles,a nonlinear dynamic model of the construction vehicles interacting with the terrain deformations is established based on Matlab/Simulink software.The weighted root mean square(RMS)acceleration responses and the power spectral density(PSD)acceleration responses of the driver s seat heave,the pitch and roll angle of the cab in the low-frequency region are chosen as objective functions under different operation conditions of the vehicle.The results show that the impact of off-road terrains on the driver s ride comfort and health is clear under various conditions of deformable terrains and range of vehicle velocities.In particular,the driver s ride comfort is greatly affected by a soil terrain while the comfortable shake of the driver is strongly affected by a sand terrain.In addition,when the vehicle travels on a poor soil terrain in the frequency range below 4 Hz,more resonance peaks of acceleration PSD responses occurred than that on a rigid road of ISO 2631-1 level C.Thus,the driver s health is significantly affected by the deformable terrain in a low-frequency range. 展开更多

As a good method to solve the problem of high methane on the workface and inthe goaf,drawing coal strata methane through a surface borehole is used.However,theexcavation affected the overlying rock strata greatly.When the excavation face passedthrough the surface borehole position,the surface borehole fractures fast.This problemwas seriously related to the unformed squeeze effect.Therefore,a squeezing deformationfracture model based on the rock strata squeezing effect was set up.At the same time,a3DEC simulation model is presented to confirm the theory.The result shows that the modelis reliable and has a good engineering application value. 展开更多

The surface deformation after fully mechanized back filling mining was analyzed.The surface deformation for different backfill materials was predicted by an equivalent mining height model and numerical simulations.The results suggest that:(1) As the elastic modulus,E,of the backfill material increases the surface subsidence decreases.The rate of subsidence decrease drops after E is larger than 5 GPa;(2) Fully mechanized back fill mining technology can effectively control surface deformation.The resulting surface deformation is within the specification grade I,which means surface maintenance is not needed.A site survey showed that the equivalent mining height model is capable of predicting and analyzing surface deformation and that the model is conservative enough for engineering safety.Finally,the significance of establishing a complete error correction system based on error analysis and correction is discussed. 展开更多
