杭州市城西地区地势低洼,上承山水,下受杭嘉湖平原河流水位顶托,为易受洪涝灾害地区。以抵挡2007年"罗莎"台风洪水为目标,根据城西地区水系分布、城市布局,初步提出了洪水外排、湿地调蓄、建圩挡水的排涝布局及10种洪水出路... 杭州市城西地区地势低洼,上承山水,下受杭嘉湖平原河流水位顶托,为易受洪涝灾害地区。以抵挡2007年"罗莎"台风洪水为目标,根据城西地区水系分布、城市布局,初步提出了洪水外排、湿地调蓄、建圩挡水的排涝布局及10种洪水出路方案。对10个方案从水位、水量、工程投资、对周边地区影响、政策处理等方面进行比较,最终提出以建设西溪湿地至钱塘江的地下排水通道、西溪湿地内部调蓄、分区建圩的组合方案为推荐方案。经分析认为,推荐方案可有效减轻杭州市城西地区的洪涝问题。 展开更多

泗城岭—西大明山西部地区位于滇黔桂被动陆缘富宁—那坡陆缘沉降带之西大明山隆起构造单元内,区域构造为泗城岭背斜-古雾岭背斜。区域内断裂发育、有零星的岩浆活动,地质构造较复杂。区域上局部变质作用较强,主要有接触变质、动力变质... 泗城岭—西大明山西部地区位于滇黔桂被动陆缘富宁—那坡陆缘沉降带之西大明山隆起构造单元内,区域构造为泗城岭背斜-古雾岭背斜。区域内断裂发育、有零星的岩浆活动,地质构造较复杂。区域上局部变质作用较强,主要有接触变质、动力变质和气热液变质三种。在构造带中常常发生动力变质作用;受具有化学活动性的热水溶液和气体的交代,岩石常发生气热液变质作用。通过对泗城岭—西大明山西部地区进行蚀变填图,划分蚀变填图单元,圈定不同类型蚀变的分布范围,推断矿化中心,并对其进行异常查证,实现找矿突破。 展开更多

本研究搜集了近年来杭州城西区域遭受的较大洪涝灾害情况,分析了现状防涝能力,指出了城西防洪排涝工程的短板——下排通道受阻,提出就近深隧排洪方案(城西南排通道工程)。本研究采用一维非恒定流水动力学模型,建立杭州市运西片河网水利... 本研究搜集了近年来杭州城西区域遭受的较大洪涝灾害情况,分析了现状防涝能力,指出了城西防洪排涝工程的短板——下排通道受阻,提出就近深隧排洪方案(城西南排通道工程)。本研究采用一维非恒定流水动力学模型,建立杭州市运西片河网水利计算模型,分析深隧洞径和外排流量以及排涝效果。研究结果表明,实施城西南排通道工程深隧方案,隧洞衬后洞径11 m,隧洞长度约13.0 km,出口泵站设计排涝流量为200 m^(3)/s(远期300 m^(3)/s),可有效减轻杭州市区城西洪涝问题,达到城区近远期水位控制目标和20年一遇以上的排涝标准。本研究为今后城市深层隧道排水系统建设积累了经验,对城市市政水利工程建设也有参考价值和推广意义。 展开更多

The aim of this study was to evaluate the physical, chemical and microbiological quality of the water of the Aroeira River in the city of Silo Mateus, northern region of Espirito Santo State, Brazil, from April 2012 to March 2013, for use in irrigation of vegetable crops. Five points were selected along the river for analysis of pH, chloride (mg/L C1-), total hardness (mg/L CaCO3), dissolved oxygen (mg/L O2), ammoniacal nitrogen (mg/L N-NH3), total iron (mg/L Fe), phosphate/orthophosphate (mg/L PO43-), turbidity (NTU), acidity (mg/L CO2), temperature (℃), electrical conductivity (dS/m), as well as microbiological and parasitological analyses. Only point l, located upstream of the points of domestic sewage discharges, is the closest to be considered suitable for use in irrigation of vegetable crop, demonstrating the possible risks to the health of populations who use water with sewage discharges in urban communities for irrigation of vegetable crops. 展开更多

Taking social statistic data as basic data,this paper extended the meaning of urban land uses,highlighted the meaning of urban land uses in modern urbanization,which includes direct,indirect and induced land uses,quantitatively simulated the indirect and induced land uses by the substitution method of agricultural consumption and urban carbon emission and then,analyzed the spatiotemporal evolution of urban land uses in China during 1952–2005 by spatial analysis tool of Geographic Information System. The results indicate that the area of urban land use in China had been increasing since 1952,showing an inversed pyramid structure,i.e.,the direct<the indirect<the induced. Specifically,Chinese urban land use has changed from concentrated distribution in Northwest China to balanced spatial distribution,and the eastern coastal area is under great pressure. Moreover,the northeastern region has moved into the induced dominant stage,while the western region remains at the indirect dominant stage. Finally,it is proposed that in order to guarantee the future demand of urban land use in China,ensuring the induced land use in the eastern region should be taken as a priority goal of Chinese developing policy. 展开更多

Industrial Agglomeration Externalities, City Size, and Regional Economic Development: Empirical Research Based on Dynamic Panel Data of 283 Cities and GMM Method 被引量:3

Local governments have long been ardently pursuing the industrial specialization effect(MAR externalities) and industrial diversification effect(Jacobs externalities). Such a pursuit has resulted in severe distortion of resource allocation and negative effect on sustainability of local economic development. Regarding the effect from both MAR and Jacobs externalities on local economic development existing literature records notable disputes. Therefore, for local economic development, one important issue is which externality(MAR or Jacobs) can better bring the effect into play. By studying a panel data of 283 Chinese cities from 2003 to 2012 and applying dynamic plane data GMM method, this paper conducted a regression analysis of the relationship among industrial agglomeration externalities, city size, and regional economic development. The result indicates that with regard to the whole nation, MAR externalities are conducive to regional economy development whereas Jacobs externalities will, to an extent, restrain regional economic development. As regards eastern, middle, and western regions, MAR externalities are conducive only to the economic development of the eastern region; their effects on middle and western regions are insignificant. Moreover, the interaction item between MAR externalities and city size has a significant negative synergistic effect on national economic development and a certain acceleration effect on eastern region as well as a strong negative synergistic effect on the middle region and an insignificant effect on the western region. The interaction item between Jacobs externalities and city size has a positive synergistic effect on only the middle region and has an insignificant synergistic effect on both eastern and western regions. Capital stock and labor input have significant accelerating effects on GDP growth per capita of Chinese cities, whereas material capital and labor input remain primary driving forces for Chinese local economic development. Furthermore, human capital contributes to accelerating urban economic development, whereas government intervention restrains urban economic development. 展开更多

This study aimed to examine the relationship between meteorological variables and the clearness index for three sites in Cuiaba city and one site in Chapada dos Guimaraes city, Brazil during 2007. It described the microclimate of each site on the basis of constructive elements and their surroundings, considering sky coverage using a daily clearness index. The results were that micrometeorological values were influenced by the natural elements and construction within the surrounding site, with higher air temperatures in more urbanized areas and sites with high diffuse radiation. When determining the sky coverage, on average, the days were partly cloudy or cloudy due to two reasons: (a) during the wet season, rainfall created cloudy conditions and (b) during the dry season, increases of particulates in the atmosphere as a result of anthropogenic emissions of gases and aerosols in this region of the state resulted in sky conditions classified as partly cloudy and cloudy. Future research should aim to better quantify the measurements taken inside an urban area, considering the topography and vegetation cover. This will improve the models that support urban planning, therefore favoring the thermal comfort of areas already occupied or to be urbanized. 展开更多

Currently, Brazilian buses are divided in three categories: city buses, intercity buses and coaches. That categorization results from the understanding that citizens only need to move around urban perimeters. However, the current bus models available do not fully meet legal demands or cater for all of society's demands. Rural workers and students that live in rural areas also must be conveyed in buses and minibuses. Municipal and state directives prohibit employers to convey them in improper vehicles, such as trucks. Social demands, on the other hand, can be i[llustrated by federal and state programs that provide vehicles to transport students who dwell in rural settings. Accordingly, this paper proposes a new categorization of bus models available in the Brazilian market, which should account for the unique local operating conditions rural buses face, instead of only considering the type of service they provide. Further, a purpose-built vehicle is suggested i[n order to cater for the needs of rural workers and students. Rural students represent, in average, five million rural school bus riders. 展开更多
