产教融合下“产学研培创赛”六位一体教学改革研究--以高职药品生产技术专业为例

药品生产技术专业实践性强,传统的理论学习和实训模式已无法满足学生对生产性技能的需求,药品生产技术专业教学改革迫在眉睫。以泰州职业技术学院为例,产教融合下“产学研培创赛”六位一体模式是将药品生产技术专业的课程体系与实训内容建立在制药岗位之上,将技能比赛规程、职业技能标准、创新创业大赛理念等融入课程体系,通过教学改革培养出更多的药品生产技术专业高水平技术技能人才。

江淮地区培创花生高产优质栽培技术研究

针对江淮地区土壤黏重板结、灾害性气候频繁特定的生态条件,采取有无机肥配合,起垄、盖膜、喷脱光碳核肥生物、微肥、防止病虫草害等栽培措施,对春夏播花生进行高产、优质试验示范,取得显著成效,花生荚果产量达6 t/hm2以上,尤其是解决了黑花生多年多地果大、空秕率高、出仁率低的难题,达到出仁率70%以上,创当地历史最高水平,为今后大面积推广应用提供科学依据。

我国人工智能卓越人才培养面临着学生人工智能基础知识储备不扎实,实践能力、独立自主能力和创新能力欠缺,高校卓越人才培养不足等问题。解决这些问题的关键是如何形成面向双创卓越人才培养的教学设计、实现双创赛事需求人才与传统教育知识型人才的平衡发展。为此,提出了“以创促培”的培养模式,通过面向工程实例化的人工智能基础创新课程设计、项目牵引制实践教学方法以及传统工科教育与双创卓越人才联动培养模式为我国人工智能卓越人才培养提供原动力。

Creation of Cultivars with High Productive Tillering Capacity and Synchronous Earing for Ridge Technology Cultivation

For cultivation of new common wheat cultivars having valuable morphological traits new resource-saving ridge technology was applied. Our collection of dwarf lines, obtained in the result of cyclical diallel crossings of genotrophs, induced by pyridine carbonic acids, zoned common wheat cultivars and short stem common wheat samples from the World Wide Collection of the Russian Institute of Plant Industry, was applied for creation of new common wheat lines having valuable morphological traits. It was observed that open blooming dwarfs were good for cross-pollination, and without insulation they demonstrated a great issue of natural hybrids. It was marked that cross-pollination promoted appearance of great number of hybrid plants with high productive tillering capacity. After individual selection among those hybrid plants and their propagation we got fertile constant lines of common winter wheat having 17-20 productive stems per one plant and a productive ear. These lines are firm and resistant to lodging. At the present time these constant lines are cultivated in conditions of resource-saving ridge technology.

Literature as a Means to Foster Tolerance and Respect

Literature need not be limited to studying the narratives of authors of other countries. Just like any other subject, literature lessons can serve to foster tolerance and respect among cultures by creating awareness in our students about the different traditions, the different history, and the different mentalities existing in other countries. In a world that is ever more globalized but ever more fragmented, in which a great technological leap has not been accompanied by a leap in tolerance and dialogue, the role of the literature teacher can be of great importance in either fostering tolerance or fostering bigotry.

On the ways of cultivating the creativity of talents

The creative talents are of constructive significance to the development of the country. Starting from the early exploration and the scientific definition of the creativity of the talents, this article summarizes the research achievements of the creativity of talents in China from three aspects of the determination of the nature and the research of the structural model, the research of the relationship between creativity and other factors, and the development and research of the cross cultural creativity. And from the perspective of the theory and the practice, the author puts forward the ways to cultivate the creativity of the talents from the five dimensions of optimizing the development of the brain functions, improving the abilities of the thinking, judgment and control, debugging the emotional stability and the creative personality, striving to improve the teachers＇ creativity, and drawing lessons from the practical experience of training innovative talents in western countries.

Reform of the emphasis on cultivating students＇ practical ability and innovative spirit

Graduate education is the main way of high-level personnel training, present, China has formed a shape of postgraduate training mode for China＇s industries to transport a large number of professionals. Fostering Creativity and Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy in Engineering Undergraduates： Curriculum Power and Context in One University of Technology

Through the Sequential Mixed Methods Approach, 24 final year power engineering students underwent 12 learnshops on creativity and entrepreneurship with an attempt to foster creativity and entrepreneurial self-efficacy among them. Pre- and post-test on creativity using Torrance＇s Test of Creativity （TTCT） and Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy questionnaires were used to determine the level of both creativity and entrepreneurial self-efficacy The findings of the study show that a significant leap in how teaching and learning takes place is necessary if we are to properly prepare students for the 21st century knowledge economy and that active participation, confidence and ideas generation taking place under teamwork and informal settings are a way forward and to harness the two constructs.

Open Approach-Based Subject Matter： A New Aspect of Mathematical Activity Fostering Students＇ Creativity

This study compares the subject matter appeared on traditional Thai textbooks and Japanese textbooks and analyzes how extension and integration sequence on Japanese textbooks evokes students＇ mathematical creativity. The data were collected from the series of four lessons in the fifth grade by teaching experiment methodology conducted following the professional development project implemented lesson study and open approach in Thailand. The results show that extension and integration sequence is an appropriate subject matter to generate lesson for problem-solving classroom. The sequence of lesson leads students to excitement, curiosity, confidence and intimacy in mathematics that are powerful effects of mathematical creativity. Students can produce the different and various ways to solve problems that indicate their divergent thinking.
