以玻璃纤维为增强材料,以镁基无机矿物质为基体材料,制备了新型纤维增强镁基无机复合板。研究了短切纤维、纤维网格布以及短切纤维结合纤维网格布3种增强方式对镁基复合板的物理力学性能和耐湿热性能的影响。结果表明,纤维增强方式对镁... 以玻璃纤维为增强材料,以镁基无机矿物质为基体材料,制备了新型纤维增强镁基无机复合板。研究了短切纤维、纤维网格布以及短切纤维结合纤维网格布3种增强方式对镁基复合板的物理力学性能和耐湿热性能的影响。结果表明,纤维增强方式对镁基无机复合板的密度、含水率、吸水率等性能影响较小,对复合板的力学性能和耐湿热尺寸稳定性影响较大,采用短切纤维结合双层纤维网格布增强方式获得的镁基无机复合板弯曲强度达到18.36 MPa,冲击韧性为27.97 kJ/m^(2),力学性能较优。干热试验和高湿度试验的总尺寸变化率分别为0.36%和0.20%,具有优异的尺寸稳定性。高性能镁基无机复合板属于新型环保建筑材料,具有优异的物理力学性能和尺寸稳定性,在室内装修隔墙、吊顶、地板等领域具有广泛的应用前景。 展开更多

碳含量及固溶温度对镍基合金复合板耐蚀性及冲击韧性的影响 被引量:2

采用控轧控冷(TMCP)工艺制备了N08825镍基合金/X70(碳含量为0.16%)复合板和N08825镍基合金/700L(碳含量为0.069%)复合板,并对复合板进行了900~1200℃的固溶处理,利用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了不同温度固溶处理后复合板界面... 采用控轧控冷(TMCP)工艺制备了N08825镍基合金/X70(碳含量为0.16%)复合板和N08825镍基合金/700L(碳含量为0.069%)复合板,并对复合板进行了900~1200℃的固溶处理,利用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了不同温度固溶处理后复合板界面碳化物形貌和分布、耐蚀性和冲击韧性。结果表明:碳含量降低后,复合板界面的碳化物减少,低温固溶时碳化物充分溶解,复合板已具有较好的耐蚀性和冲击韧性。镍基合金/X70复合板固溶后碳化物腐蚀坑较大,1200℃固溶时腐蚀速率达到最低值,为1.12 mm/a,平均冲击吸收能量降至16.20 J。镍基合金/700L复合板的冲击韧性、耐蚀性均优于镍基合金/X70复合板。镍基合金/700L复合板在1000℃以下固溶时,冲击吸收能量均高于33.00 J,在1000℃以上固溶后,平均腐蚀速率均低于1.00 mm/a,1200℃固溶时,平均冲击吸收能量为26.90 J。故采用低碳基材及低温固溶处理能有效防止复合板的冲击韧性剧烈下降并保证良好的耐蚀性。 展开更多

为了实现铝与碳纤维的无界面反应复合,以无涂层处理的碳纤维编织布和纯铝粉为原料,在低温下通过超声辅助加压复合法成功制备了碳纤维增强铝基复合板。利用OM、SEM、XRD和电子万能试验机等分析测试手段研究了热压温度对复合板的界面微观... 为了实现铝与碳纤维的无界面反应复合,以无涂层处理的碳纤维编织布和纯铝粉为原料,在低温下通过超声辅助加压复合法成功制备了碳纤维增强铝基复合板。利用OM、SEM、XRD和电子万能试验机等分析测试手段研究了热压温度对复合板的界面微观结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:热压温度为600℃时,碳纤维与铝基体仍呈分离状态;当温度达到铝基体熔点660℃时,碳纤维出现明显灼烧,界面处出现脆性相Al4C3;而热压温度为接近熔点的640℃时,在超声的作用下,碳纤维与固态的铝基体能很好地浸润,界面处无脆性相Al4C3生成,界面的结合方式主要以溶解与润湿结合为主,部分区域为机械结合,复合板的界面结合性能和拉伸性能达到最高值,主要可以归结于载荷的传递作用和位错的强化作用。 展开更多

In order to optimize the ductility of orthorhombic Ti2AlNb-based alloys sheet,Ti22Al27Nb sheet was treated by high density electropulsing(J max =6.80 7.09 kA/mm2,tp =110 μs) under ambient condition.Microstructures were observed by SEM,and the tensile properties were also studied using uniaxial tension tests.The experimental results show that electropulsing can refine the microstructures of Ti22Al27Nb sheets.The specimen with the fine and homogeneous microstructures has good plasticity,and its elongation reaches 19.4%.The mechanism about the effect of electropulsing treatment on the microstructure of Ti22Al27Nb sheets was discussed.It was thought that the increase in nucleation rate during phase transformation and a very short treating time were regarded as the main reasons of producing smaller grains and increase in the plasticity by electropulsing. 展开更多

不同温度下树脂基复合材料层合板力学性能试验 被引量:8

通过试验的方法研究了双马来酰亚胺树脂浇注体及碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料单向层合板在不同温度下的静态力学性能,并讨论了温度对材料力学行为的影响,最后对材料断口形貌进行了分析.试验结果表明:纯树脂浇注体拉伸、压缩性能受温度影响... 通过试验的方法研究了双马来酰亚胺树脂浇注体及碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料单向层合板在不同温度下的静态力学性能,并讨论了温度对材料力学行为的影响,最后对材料断口形貌进行了分析.试验结果表明:纯树脂浇注体拉伸、压缩性能受温度影响比较明显,且拉、压性能不同.对于拉伸性能,相对室温均值(20℃),160℃环境下模量均值及强度均值降幅分别为31.73%,44.71%,200℃时又分别下降了21.15%,20.37%;对于压缩性能,相对室温均值,160℃下模量及强度均值分别下降了26.67%,44.40%,而200℃时继续下降了6.66%,12.40%.层合板的纵向拉伸性能受温度影响较小,在200℃内,纵向模量与强度最大变幅分别为2.82%和2.53%,且材料断口从室温下的'毛刷'状变为了沿轴向劈断.材料的横向及面内剪切性能受温度影响较大,且应力-应变曲线存在明显非线性,但横向试件断口平整、面内剪切试件无明显紧缩现象,即均表现为脆性断裂特征.另外,相对室温均值,在160℃时,横向及面内切变模量分别下降约32.96%,41.25%,强度分别下降约15.83%,30.96%;在200℃时,横向及面内剪切性能继续下降,模量降幅为16.83%,22.52%,强度降幅12.24%,11.01%. 展开更多

A series of photocatalysts of un-doped, single-doped and co-doped nanometer titanium diox- ide (TiO2) have been successfully prepared by template method using Fe(NO3)3.9H2O, La(NO3)3.6H2O, and tetrabutyl titanate as precursors and glucan as template. Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and N2 adsorption-desorption measurement were employed to characterize the morphology, crystal structure and surface structure of the samples. The photo-absorbance of the obtained catalysts was measured by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, and the photocatalytic activities of the prepared samples under UV and visible light were estimated by measuring the degradation rate of methyl orange in an aqueous solution. The characterizations indicated that the prepared photocatalysts consisted of anatase phase and possessed high surface area of ca. 163-176 m2/g. It was shown that the Fe and La co-doped nano-TiO2 could be activated by visible light and could thus be used as an effective catalyst in photo-oxidation reactions. The synergistic effect of Fe and La co-doping played an important role in improving the photocatalytic activity. In addition, the possibility of cyclic usage of co-doped nano-TiO2 was also confirmed, the photocatalytic activity of codoped nano-TiO2 remained above 89.6% of the fresh sample after being used four times. 展开更多

Ni-Cr alloys with mass fraction of 1.4%23.9%Cr, 76.1%98.6%Ni, and hardness of 70.5 80.5HR were electrodeposited on aluminium substrate from the trivalent chromium sulphate-chloride solution using citric acid as complexing agent. The aluminium was pretreated by means of degreasing and eroding, polishing and twice chemical immersion of zinc. The effects of electrodeposition parameters such as current density, temperature, pH value and bath concentration on the composition and hardness of deposits were investigated. The results show that the Cr content increases with the increase of current density and the decrease of temperature, and that it increases with the increase of pH value to a maximum and then decreases. The increase of Cr content leads to the increase of hardness of the Ni-Cr layers. The deposits with high Cr content are of good corrosion resistance. Good adherence of Ni-Cr deposits to aluminium substrate is obtained. The Ni-Cr alloys are the Ni-Cr solid solution with fcc crystalline structure. The Ni-Cr alloy deposits are fine, bright and smooth and compact. 展开更多

A complex substrate consisting of fly ash, coal gangue and excess sludge was used as an experimental soil in pot culture experiments. Different soil compositions were tested by observing the growth of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi inoculated white clover, rye grass or com. The biomass of the host plants, the mycorrhizal colonization (MC) rate and the mycorrhizal depen- dency (MD) were measured. The research addresses the preferable AMF-plant-substrate combination appropriate for restoration of coal mines. We used two inoculation methods: single-inoculation with Glomus versiforme or Glomus mosseae and a dual inocula- tion with both Ctv and Gm. The results show that G^m is the preferable fungi and that dual inoculation does not show advantages for the restoration of coal mines. White clover inoculated with AM fungi is the most suitable condition for restoration of coal mines. The best weight ratio of fly ash, coal gangue and excess sludge was found to be 20:60:20. Dummy molecularly imprinted polymers (DMIPs) for 4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanol (NNAL) were produced using three structural analogues as dummy template molecules. The chosen analogues were 4-(acetymethylamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-butanol, 4- (methylamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanol, and 1-(3-pyridyl)-1,4,-butanediol. The molecular recognition characteristics of the produced polymers were evaluated by X-ray photoelec- tron spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Interactions between NNAL and methacrylic acid should be cooperative hydrogen bonds while the ni- trogen atom of the pyridine ring and the oxygen atom of the nitroso group in NNAL are two of the hydrogen-bond acceptors. It was further demonstrated that DMIP synthesized by 4-(acetymethylamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-butanol had the best binding performance by XPS and FT-IR. Then dummy molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction (DMISPE) was developed for the determination of the analyte using the hit polymer as the sorbing material. Under optimal conditions, the recovery of NNAL dissolved in standard solution reached 93%. And the investigated polymer exhibited much higher binding of NNAL when nicotine was acted as the competitive molecule. Also the proposed method was applied to the measurement of NNAL spiked in blank urine samples with recoveries ranging from 87.2% to 101.2%. 展开更多

In recent years, as the composite laminated plates are widely used in engineering practice such as aerospace, marine and building engineering, the vibration problem of the composite laminated plates is becoming more and more important. Frequency, especially the fundamental frequency, has been considered as an important factor in vibration problem. In this paper, a calculation method of the fundamental frequency of arbitrary laminated plates under various boundary conditions is proposed. The vibration differential equation of the laminated plates is established at the beginning of this paper and the frequency formulae of specialty orthotropic laminated plates under various boundary conditions and antisymmetric angle-ply laminated plates with simply-supported edges are investigated. They are proved to be correct. Simple algorithm of the fundamental frequency for multilayer antisymmetric and arbitrary laminated plates under various boundary conditions is studied by a series of typical examples. From the perspective of coupling, when the number of laminated plates layers N〉8-10, some coupling influence on the fundamental frequency can be neglected. It is reasonable to use specialty orthotropic laminated plates with the same thickness but less layers to calculate the corresponding fundamental frequency of laminated plates. Several examples are conducted to prove correctness of this conclusion. At the end of this paper, the influence of the selected number of layers of specialty orthotropic laminates on the fundamental frequency is investigated. The accuracy and complexity are determined by the number of layers. It is necessary to use proper number of layers of special orthotropic laminates with the same thickness to simulate the fundamental frequency in different boundary conditions. 展开更多
