小儿从出生至成年,是一个不断生长发育的过程。此过程并非单纯是量的增加,即小儿并非成人的缩影。除了量的增加以外,其机体形态与各器官的功能均易受到先天禀赋和后天各种内外因素的影响,生理、心理上均呈现阶段性差异,稳定性差、易于改... 小儿从出生至成年,是一个不断生长发育的过程。此过程并非单纯是量的增加,即小儿并非成人的缩影。除了量的增加以外,其机体形态与各器官的功能均易受到先天禀赋和后天各种内外因素的影响,生理、心理上均呈现阶段性差异,稳定性差、易于改变;加之小儿心智发育尚未成熟,不善表达,传统量表可能无法对其体质准确测评和判断。小儿体质具有6个特殊性:阶段性、可塑性、偏颇性、趋同性、两重性、病合性。提出从年龄分期、基础体质、个性体质3个维度建立新的小儿体质辨识体系。辨识小儿体质,要在保持中医特色的前提下,坚持科学性和客观性,与时俱进,同时,不夸大体质的适用范围。 展开更多

In order to evaluate the danger of debris flow properly, eight factors were selected as the risk assess- ment indexes of the debris flow, namely the vertical slope, valley relative difference, hillside slope, area of ba- sin, loose solid material reserves, the path length of sediment supply probability, silting and scouring derrieking and vegetation coverage. The improved Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) method was used to obtain the weights of the factors; and the efficacy coefficient method was adopted to evaluate the risks of six typical debris flow gullies. According to the research, the improved AHP method not only avoids the subjectivity in the indi- vidual factor valuation by comparing two factors of each layer, but also makes the subsequent consistency check unnecessary. 展开更多

Earthquake induced landslides are one of the most severe geo-environmental hazards that cause enormous damage to infrastructure, property, and loss of life in Nuweiba area. This study developed a model for mapping the earthquake-induced landslide susceptibility in Nuweiba area in Egypt with considerations of geological, geomorphological, topographical, and seismological factors. An integrated approach of remote sensing and GIS technologies were applied for that target. Several data sources including Terra SAR-X and SPOT 5 satellite imagery, topographic maps, field data, and other geospatial resources were used to model landslide susceptibility. These data were used specifically to produce important thematic layers contributing to landslide occurrences in the region. A rating scheme was developed to assign ranks for the thematic layers and weights for their classes based on their contribution in landslide susceptibility. The ranks and weights were defined based on the knowledge from field survey and authors experiences related to the study area. The landslide susceptibility map delineates the hazard zones to three relative classes of susceptibility: high, moderate, and low. Therefore, the current approach provides a way to assess landslide hazards and serves for geo-hazard planning and prediction in Nuweiba area. 展开更多

The establishments which produce,store and use kinds of inflammable,explosive or toxic materials may induce accident,such as fire,explosion or poisonous gas dispersion,etc. Therefore,there is a need to locate these establishments appropriately and conduct land use planning in the vicinity of these establishments based on risk analysis. Consulting advanced experience which obtained from land-use planning in European countries,this paper studied on locating hazardous establishment based on risk index,land-use planning based on consequence-probability,and land-use planning based on individual risk. Frameworks and procedures of the three approaches above were determined and applied to a proposed LNG station. The results show three methods are feasible when major projects' location and their surrounding buildings or establishments' layout are considered. 展开更多

This paper presents an overview of experimental investigations conducted at China University of Mining and Technology Beijing(CUMTB) on roadway excavation using large-scale geomechanical model tests.The simulated sedimentary rocks are composed by alternating layers of sandstone, mudstone and coal seam inclined at varied angles with respect to the horizontal including 0°, 45°, 60°, and 90°. During the excavation, infrared thermography was employed to detect the thermal response of the surrounding rocks under excavation. The obtained raw thermograms were processed using denoising algorithm, data reduction procedure and Fourier analysis. The infrared temperature(IRT) characterizes the overall rock response; the processed thermal images represent the structural behavior, and the Fourier spectrum describes damage development in the frequency domain. Deeper understanding was achieved by the comparative analyses of excavation in differently inclined rock masses using the image features of IRTs, thermal images and Fourier spectra. 展开更多

目的:探讨基于中医体质分型理论及护理措施对急性呼吸系统感染患者的应用效果。方法:将某医院2021年1月—2022年7月的72例呼吸科患者作为研究的调查对象,根据呼吸科患者入院并且开始接受护理的时间分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组... 目的:探讨基于中医体质分型理论及护理措施对急性呼吸系统感染患者的应用效果。方法:将某医院2021年1月—2022年7月的72例呼吸科患者作为研究的调查对象,根据呼吸科患者入院并且开始接受护理的时间分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组采用常规的护理措施进行感染预防。观察组采用基于中医体质分型理论基础的护理措施进行感染预防。结合医院呼吸系统感染诊断标准及相应的调查和评价量表进行出院后感染复发情况的统计,统计的时间点分别为出院1个月、出院2个月、出院3个月。结合常见并发症发生诊断标准对患者的并发症发生率进行统计,并且结合呼吸科临床诊断及护理的流程对患者的住院时间、症状消失时间进行计算和统计。使用修订后的临床患者身体健康状况评价调查表进行调查,患者的身体健康状况从心理维度功能、身体维度功能、交流沟通功能。结果:观察组呼吸科患者出院1个月、出院2个月、出院3个月的复发率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率、住院时间、症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组呼吸科患者的心理维度功能分数、身体维度功能分数、交流沟通功能分数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性呼吸系统感染患者应用基于中医体质分型理论基础的护理措施后能够获得较好的效果,呼吸科患者复发情况、护理干预质量及身体健康状况均得到了一定的改善。 展开更多

Under more than 20 years of development which begins to bud in the beginning of the nineteen nineties, the assets valuation industry has become the indispensable Intermediary trade of the socialist market economy system in China. With the scale of assets valuation agency enlarging and its rapidly growing business in recent years, however, some problems have been exposed gradually, which harm the social image of the industry of asset valuation seriously. So the social public and the relevant administrative departments pay close attention on the quality of the asset valuation. To know about what are the essential causes that affect the assets valuation industry managers' decision, this paper, through using some means which include literature research, interview and questionnaire investigation and utilizing the method of the factor analysis, relegates 24 questions which come from some answers of the respondents to three factors which are the practicing quality factor, the sting factor of an organization and the internal management factor of valuation organization. Furthermore, it will analyze the features of these factors which are divided into two factors that are internal motivation and external motivation, looking for the key cause of the assets valuation industry quality problem of China which purposes in order to promote the healthy development of valuation profession and much better standard the internal quality of valuation industry of China. 展开更多

DNA is constantly exposed to a wide array of genotoxic agents, generating a variety of forms of DNA damage. DNA-protein crosslinks(DPCs)—the covalent linkage of proteins with a DNA strand—are one of the most deleterious and understudied forms of DNA damage, posing as steric blockades to transcription and replication. If not properly repaired, these lesions can lead to mutations, genomic instability, and cell death. DPCs can be induced endogenously or through environmental carcinogens and chemotherapeutic agents. Endogenously, DPCs are commonly derived through reactions with aldehydes, as well as through trapping of various enzymatic intermediates onto the DNA. Proteolytic cleavage of the protein moiety of a DPC is a general strategy for removing the lesion. This can be accomplished through a DPC-specific protease and and/or proteasome-mediated degradation.Nucleotide excision repair and homologous recombination are each involved in repairing DPCs, with their respective roles likely dependent on the nature and size of the adduct. The Fanconi anemia pathway may also have a role in processing DPC repair intermediates. In this review, we discuss how these lesions are formed, strategies and mechanisms for their removal, and diseases associated with defective DPC repair. 展开更多
