双钢板联合入路内固定治疗SchatzkerⅤ型胫骨平台骨折对关节面塌陷度及并发症的影响 被引量:2

目的分析SchatzkerⅤ型胫骨平台骨折患者采取双钢板联合入路内固定治疗对其关节面塌陷度及并发症的影响。方法86例SchatzkerⅤ型胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,各43例。对照组以单钢板与空心螺钉进行固定... 目的分析SchatzkerⅤ型胫骨平台骨折患者采取双钢板联合入路内固定治疗对其关节面塌陷度及并发症的影响。方法86例SchatzkerⅤ型胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,各43例。对照组以单钢板与空心螺钉进行固定,研究组以双钢板联合入路内固定治疗。对比两组患者的临床指标、膝关节功能情况、胫骨平台后倾角(PSA)与胫骨平台内翻角(TPA)、并发症发生情况。结果研究组骨折愈合时间(93.67±25.32)d、患肢负重时间(99.71±21.15)d均短于对照组的(109.38±29.45)、(115.79±28.43)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后12个月,研究组膝关节功能优良率90.70%高于对照组的74.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后12个月,研究组PSA度数(89.42±2.79)°、TPA度数(8.72±2.43)°均小于对照组的(91.86±3.99)、(9.87±2.01)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率4.64%低于对照组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SchatzkerⅤ型胫骨平台骨折患者采取双钢板联合入路内固定治疗可减少关节平面的塌陷程度,帮助患者恢复膝关节的功能,且降低术后并发症发生几率,能有效促进其早日康复,临床上值得推广使用。 展开更多

以糯米粉和含10%(以粉质量计)糯麦粉的糯米-糯麦组合粉为研究对象,在研究不同添加量(0、0.5%、1%,以粉质量计)转谷氨酰胺酶(TGase)对其糊化特性影响的基础上,探讨TGase对这2种不同体系制得的糯性糕团样品所产生的影响,并对含TGase的糕... 以糯米粉和含10%(以粉质量计)糯麦粉的糯米-糯麦组合粉为研究对象,在研究不同添加量(0、0.5%、1%,以粉质量计)转谷氨酰胺酶(TGase)对其糊化特性影响的基础上,探讨TGase对这2种不同体系制得的糯性糕团样品所产生的影响,并对含TGase的糕团样品的冻藏特性进行研究。结果表明:与糯米粉相比,添加10%糯麦粉会使得组合粉的峰值黏度、低谷黏度和最终黏度相对降低。而经TGase处理后,组合粉的峰值黏度和最终黏度分别增加了15.19%和15.23%。在糯米粉中混入糯麦粉可降低糯性糕团的硬度,延缓样品老化。而添加TGase,可明显降低糯米粉和糯米-糯麦组合粉制作的糕团的塌陷度。此外,在用糯麦-糯米组合粉制作的糯性糕团中添加1%TGase,可使冻藏6周的糯性糕团仍保持90%的表面完好率。因此,通过糯麦粉和TGase的应用可制得抗老化的、弹性大且冻藏稳定性好的糯性糕团产品。 展开更多

为优化糯米团制作工艺获得品质良好的糯米团,采用单因素和正交试验对粳米粉添加量、加水量和蒸制时间等因素进行研究。用模糊数学评价法评价糯米团品质,对糯米团色泽、气味、外观结构和适口性感官评价权重进行分析,同时,采用仪器对样品... 为优化糯米团制作工艺获得品质良好的糯米团,采用单因素和正交试验对粳米粉添加量、加水量和蒸制时间等因素进行研究。用模糊数学评价法评价糯米团品质,对糯米团色泽、气味、外观结构和适口性感官评价权重进行分析,同时,采用仪器对样品的塌陷度和质构特性进行测定。结果表明:糯米团品质权重集K=(色泽0.21,气味0.19,外观结构0.24,适口性0.36);模糊数学综合评价优化试验结果表明,影响糯米团感官品质因素主次顺序为粳米粉添加量>加水量>蒸制时间,最佳工艺条件为粳米粉添加量25%、加水量58%、蒸制时间20 min,与塌陷度和质构正交试验结果相同。模糊数学评价方法与仪器分析方法结果一致,验证了模糊数学感官评定方法优化糯米团制作工艺的可行性和准确性。 展开更多

目的通过计算机纤维喉镜下mller's检查上气道阻塞平面的结果与多导睡眠监测指标进行相关性分析,评价纤维喉镜在OSAHS定位诊断中的应用价值。方法对52例OSAHS患者及15名正常人分别进行多导睡眠监测(PSG)及计算机纤维喉镜下mller&... 目的通过计算机纤维喉镜下mller's检查上气道阻塞平面的结果与多导睡眠监测指标进行相关性分析,评价纤维喉镜在OSAHS定位诊断中的应用价值。方法对52例OSAHS患者及15名正常人分别进行多导睡眠监测(PSG)及计算机纤维喉镜下mller's检查;将52例OSAHS患者与正常人mller's检查结果进行比较,同时将52例OSAHS患者mller's检查的咽腔塌陷度与其PSG检查指标AHI、LSaO2进行相关分析。结果OSAHS患者和正常人腭咽最小截面积差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而舌咽最小截面积无统计学意义(P>0.05);但腭、舌咽塌陷度在两组间有差异。mller's检查的咽腔塌陷度与呼吸紊乱指数AHI呈正相关,即咽腔最大程度塌陷时截面积越小,塌陷度越大,则AHI越高,呼吸紊乱程度越严重,而咽腔塌陷度与最低血氧饱和度LSaO2尚无明显相关关系。结论纤维喉镜下mller's检查法不仅可以反应OSAHS的严重程度,还可以直观地观察到上气道塌陷的部位和程度,为外科手术的选择提供依据。 展开更多

Ground subsidence induced by extraction of coal seam belowground brings about changes in surface environment leading to trough and pot-hole subsidence.Pot-hole subsidence is extremely hazardous and does not give any prior indication before its occurrence.In India,several pot-holes have occurred in the coal mines of South Eastern Coalfields Limited triggering the need for in-depth studies.In line with the requirement,literature review and field investigations were conducted to develop an in-depth understanding of various parameters influencing the occurrence of pot-holes.The critical parameters identified were rock to soil ratio,depth to height of extraction ratio,brittleness index of rock and rock density.Risk assessment of pot-hole subsidence has been done by developing an empirical rating approach named as pot-hole subsidence rating(PHSR),involving the critical parameters with suitable corrections for certain structural and mining conditions to obtain corrected PHSR(CPHSR).CPHSR was then applied for all the 34pot-holes studied and it was found that all the pot-holes fall under Class I and Class II category of risk representing a very high to high risk class.An effort was made for the estimation of pot-hole depth utilizing the developed CPHSR in both the development and depillaring cases.The developed approach was found to yield consistent results in pot-hole depth prediction. 展开更多

Herein, cone-type throttle valve experiments are carried out to study the thermodynamic processes of cavitation. First, the processes of growth and collapse are analysed, and the relationships between the hydraulic oil temperature and bubble growth and collapse are deduced. The effect of temperature is then considered on the hydraulic oil viscosity and saturated vapour pressure. Additionally, an improved form of the Rayleigh–Plesset equation is developed. The effect of cavitation on the hydraulic oil temperature is experimentally studied and the effects of cavitation bubble collapse in the hydraulic system are summarised. Using the cone-type throttle valve as an example, a method to suppress cavitation is proposed. 展开更多

136 earthquakes,taking place in the west of Xietan area,recorded by portable stations deployed in the Three Georges reservoir area were relocated using the double difference algorithm.The relocations show that the roo... 136 earthquakes,taking place in the west of Xietan area,recorded by portable stations deployed in the Three Georges reservoir area were relocated using the double difference algorithm.The relocations show that the root-mean-square deviations of the relocations in the directions of E-W,N-S and U-D are 0.38km,0.33km and 0.98km,respectively.The earthquakes in clasolite area with focal depths of about 4km~5km take on linear distributions from the shallow to deep parts.These earthquakes were deduced to be reservoir-induced earthquakes of fault fracture type.In contrast,the earthquakes in limestone pavement with the focal depths about 2km~3km take on slightly divergent distributions and have the characteristics of reservoir-induced earthquakes of the karst collapse type. 展开更多
