The results indicated that the proteins secreted by stage Ⅱ-Ⅵ Ⅶ-Ⅷ,Ⅸ-Ⅻ,ⅩⅢ-Ⅰ of seminiferous tubules stimulated the production of total protein secreted by Sertoli ceils by an increase of 290±117%, 253±59%. 268±27%, 290±25% (X±SD) respectively. The autoradiography either from electrophoresis of(^35S)-methionine labeled total protein or transferrin seereted by Sertoli cells exhibited the stimulatory, effect from defined stage of serainiferous tubules. Most de novo proteins synthesized by Sertoli cells were secreted into the apical chamber. However, no significant differenee in stimulatory effeet from different stages of seminiferous tubules has been observed.展开更多
