水性航空漆面抛填剂的制备及其性能研究 被引量:1

面向航空器的应用要求,通过基础配方设计和添加纳米级稀土氧化物CeO_(2)改性填料,制备了水性航空漆面抛光填充剂(简称抛填剂),并开展了抛填剂的性能表征。运用红外光谱、热重、透射电镜、X射线衍射等测试手段表征粉体材料,研究偶联包覆... 面向航空器的应用要求,通过基础配方设计和添加纳米级稀土氧化物CeO_(2)改性填料,制备了水性航空漆面抛光填充剂(简称抛填剂),并开展了抛填剂的性能表征。运用红外光谱、热重、透射电镜、X射线衍射等测试手段表征粉体材料,研究偶联包覆对纳米CeO_(2)在水性漆面抛光剂基体中分散能力的影响。结果表明:制备的抛填剂具有良好的稳定性,可在航空器漆面形成具有良好的疏水性、抛填效果和紫外屏蔽能力的光滑致密薄膜。抛填剂中CeO_(2)纳米粒子质量含量为10%时,经抛填施工后,航空器漆层的表面粗糙度从此前的140.200nm降低为33.282nm,水滴接触角从84.7°提高为105.3°。在此基础上,经抛填施工的航空器漆层在人工荧光紫外灯老化7d后,在可见光区域(≥400nm)的透明度达到90%,在紫外光区(≤350nm)的反射率约为2%,接触角几乎不变,此种抛填剂具有良好的综合应用前景。 展开更多

Three different chromizing coatings were produced on Ni substrate using a conventional pack-cementation method with Al2O3,Al2O3+CeO2 and CeO2 acting as filler,respectively,at a greatly decreased temperature(700 ℃).Effects of different fillers on the isothermal and cyclic oxidation resistance of chromizing coating in air at 850 ℃ were comparably investigated.Microstructure results show that the addition of CeO2 into the filler significantly retards the grain growth of the chromizing coating.Oxidation results indicate that the chromizing coating using CeO2 as filler exhibits somewhat increased oxidation resistance than the normal chromizmg coating,while the chromizing coating using Al2O3+CeO2 as filler exhibits much better oxidation resistance.The effects of different fillers on the oxidation behaviors were discussed in detail. 展开更多

Effect of filler on the self-lubrication performance of graphite antimony composites 被引量:3

Graphite antimony composites were prepared using a mechanical pressure infiltration method to force molten antimony into graphite preforms having a percolation micro-structure and a hop-pocket power filler. The micro-structural and macroscopic properties of the graphite antimony composites were analysed. Observations included metallographic analysis, physical properties and friction and wear behaviour. The results show that the wear loss is decreased by 12.24% and that the friction coefficient is re-duced by 32.61% after hop-pocket power was used. The research indicates that the hop-pocket power method gives a useful way to reduce friction coefficients and wear loss, and to increase service life and self-lubrication properties, of the graphite antimony seal-ing material as compared to carbon black. 展开更多

The surface properties of the modified fly ash,including active index wetting angle,were measured in this paper. The modified fly ash was filled into rubber to improve the rubber properties. The results of rubber tests indicate that the type of the surface modifiers has a great influence on the rubber reinforcing properties. The fly ash modified by titanate coupling agents exhibits the best performance in respect to rubber reinforcing properties. The test results show that the fly ash can take place of some decomposition material so that the dosage of decomposition in rubber can be reduced,resulting in the low producing cost of rubber and the low pollution of fly ash. 展开更多

Isooctane is a promising gasoline additive that could be produced by dimerization of isobutene(IB) with subsequent hydrogenation.In this work,the dimerization of IB has been carried out in a batch reactor over a temperature range of 338-383 K in the presence of laboratory prepared Ni/Al_2O_3 as a catalyst and n-pentane as solvent.The influence of various parameters such as temperature,catalyst loading and initial concentration of IB was examined.A Langmuir-Hinshelwood kinetic model of IB dimerization was established and the parameters were estimated on the basis of the measured data.The feasibility of oligomerization of IB based on the reactive distillation was simulated in ASPEN PLUS using the kinetics developed.The simulation results showed that the catalyst of Ni/Al_2O_3 had higher selectivity to diisobutene(DIB) and slightly lower conversion of IB than ion exchange resin in the absence of polar substances. 展开更多

Additive manufacturing (AM) permits the fabrication of functionally optimized components with high geometrical complexity. The opportunity of using porous infill as an integrated part of the manufactur- ing process is an example of a unique AM feature. Automated design methods are still incapable of fully exploiting this design freedom. In this work, we show how the so-called coating approach to topology optimization provides a means for designing infill-based components that possess a strongly improved buckling load and, as a result, improved structural stability. The suggested approach thereby addresses an important inadequacy of the standard minimum compliance topology optimization approach, in which buckling is rarely accounted for; rather, a satisfactory buckling load is usually assured through a post-processing step that may lead to sub-optimal components. The present work compares the stan- dard and coating approaches to topology optimization for the MBB beam benchmark case. The opti- mized structures are additively manufactured using a filamentary technique. This experimental study validates the numerical model used in the coating approach. Depending on the properties of the infill material, the buckling load may be more than four times higher than that of solid structures optimized under the same conditions. 展开更多

[目的]探讨两种中药制剂,即右归和补益,对骨质疏松症模型大鼠骨代谢、骨生物力学的影响。[方法]48只雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、右归组和补益组,每组12只。假手术组动物不切除两侧卵巢,仅将卵巢周围的脂肪切除;其他动物切除双侧卵巢。术后2周所有动物每日上午灌胃1次,连续灌胃12周,右归组和补益组分别给予相应中药汤剂,药量为每次0.875 ml/100 g;假手术组、模型组以等量的0.9%氯化钠溶液。12周后,采集血液和24 h内尿液,取左侧股骨进行骨密度及骨生物力学测试。[结果]模型组尿Ca/Cr[(0.6±0.3)vs(0.4±0.1),P<0.05]和尿P/Cr[(0.7±0.2)vs(0.5±0.1),P<0.05]显著高于假手术组;补益组Ca/Cr[(0.3±0.1)vs(0.5±0.2)vs(0.4±0.1),P<0.05]和P/Cr[(0.3±0.2)vs(0.6±0.3)vs(0.5±0.1),P<0.05]显著低于右归组和假手术组。模型组ALP水平显著高于假手术组、补益组和右归组[(193.4±9.2)U/L vs(128.6±10.4)U/L vs(110.4±9.8)U/L vs(128.9±8.5)U/L,P<0.05];而模型组的PINP[(186.5±20.3)pg/ml vs(238.9±18.6)pg/ml vs(235.9±18.6)pg/ml vs(207.6±21.1)pg/ml,P<0.05]和BMP-2[(10.5±0.1)pg/ml vs(15.8±0.2)pg/ml vs(15.7±0.3)pg/ml vs(13.2±0.4)pg/ml,P<0.05]显著低于其他三组。补益组ALP水平显著低于其他组,而PINP、BMP-2浓度高于模型组和右归组(P<0.05),与假手术组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。补益组骨密度、最大载荷、最大位移显著高于模型组、右归组(P<0.05),与假手术组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]补肾健脾、益精填髓法具有对抗骨质疏松的效果。 展开更多

The Fluoresence quenching of Rh6G (λex/λem=543mn/558nm) when the metal ion coordination compound was add into the Rh6G solution step by step, the quenching intensity was directly proportional to the concentration of the metal ion in the certain range. So a new method of fast and simple for determination of trace metal ion in landfill lcachate was established to determine metal ion in sample of different landfill leachate in Three Gorge Water Reservoir, and comparison the classic assay method with satisfactory results. 展开更多

Alloying and nanocompositing are two most effective techniques by which isotactic polypropylene(iPP), one of the most promising polymers of the 21 st century, can be endowed with high performance for ever-demanding high-end applications. Thanks to the continuous advancement of catalyst technology, the technological trend for iPP alloy and nanocomposite fabrication has been projected to be in-reactor synthesis, the performance and economic advantages of which are beyond doubt. In this paper, we review two recent key developments in the iPP in-reactor alloy and in-reactor nanocomposite technology in our laboratory that will have profound influence on the continuing development of the prestigious iPP modification art. The first is the simultaneous EPR(ethylene-propylene random copolymer) cross-linking chemistry for controlling its physical growth pattern during in-reactor alloying, which helps to remove the compositional cap on EPR that so far greatly limits the iPP in-reactor alloying technique. The second is the nanofiller support fabrication strategy for simultaneously controlling both the phase morphology of the nanofiller dispersion and the polymer particle granule morphology of synthesized nanocomposites, which resolves the critical scale-up issue surrounding the iPP in-reactor nanocompositing technique. Based on these new developments, new advancements of iPP materials are envisaged. 展开更多
