Method: 100 vitiligo patients admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to May 2024 were randomly divided into two groups. The Western medicine group (50 cases) was treated with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment, while the Chinese and Western medicine group (50 cases) was treated with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment + color enhancing formula combined with filiform needle. Compare the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, skin lesion area, antioxidant stress response (superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA)), quality of life (Dermatological Quality of Life Index (DLQI)), and overall efficacy between two groups of patients. Result: After treatment, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups decreased compared to before treatment, with the Chinese and Western medicine group being lower than the Western medicine group, P < 0.05. The area of skin lesions in both groups decreased compared to before treatment, and the Chinese and Western medicine group was smaller than the Western medicine group, P < 0.05. The SOD in both groups increased compared to before treatment, and MDA decreased compared to before treatment. The SOD in the Chinese and Western medicine group was higher than that in the Western medicine group, and MDA was lower than that in the Western medicine group, P < 0.05. The DLQI scores in both groups decreased compared to before treatment, with the Chinese and Western medicine group being lower than that in the Western medicine group, P < 0.05. The total effective rate in the Chinese and Western medicine group was higher than that in the Western medicine group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: The combination of Zengse Fang and Haohuo Needle has a good effect on treating vitiligo, which can alleviate patient symptoms, reduce skin lesion area, improve antioxidant stress response indicators, and improve quality of life. In order to enhance its absorption of sunlight,dark color zinc oxides have been prepared by traditional hydrothermal method directly using a zinc foil as both source and substrate. We found that we could tune the optical properties of ZnO samples by changing the temperature. In particular, increasing temperature could significantly reduce the reflectivity of solar energy in the visible range. We speculate that the phenomenon is relevant to the sharp cone morphology of the ZnO nanorods grown on the surface of Zn foils, which furthermore enhance refraction and reflection of light in the nanorods. The capacity to improve the light absorption of ZnO may have a bright application in raising the efficiency of solar cells.展开更多

In this paper we deifne three economic growth patterns (green growth, brown growth and black growth) according to the relationship between economic scale and carbon emissions, and then trace the historical trajectory of economic growth over the last 40 years. Granger causality is used to test China’s economic growth and carbon emission linkage. We argue that green growth means that the rate of carbon emission reduction is faster than the increase in GDP. When carbon intensity reduction is slower than GDP growth, brown growth occurs. Black growth occurs when both carbon intensity and economic scale increase. For China, we denote the four periods of black growth (1971–1977), brown growth (1978–2001), black growth (2002–2004), and brown growth (2004–2010). Granger causality tests indicate that mutual causality between carbon emissions and economic growth exists in the short term, but not the long term. In order to achieve the goals of economic growth and carbon intensity reduction, it is necessary for China to actively participate in global carbon reduction activities, technological innovation and ecological civilization construction.展开更多

This proposed method employs wavelet transform and guided filter instead of the soft matting procedure to estimate and refine the depth map of haze images. Moreover, a contrast enhancement method based on just noticeable difference(JND) and quadratic function is adopted to enhance the contrast for the dehazed image, since the scene radiance is usually not as bright as the atmospheric light,and the dehazed image looks dim. The experimental results show that the proposed approach can effectively enhance the haze image and is well suitable for implementing on the surveillance and obstacle detection systems.展开更多
